Hogwarts years: SECOND YEAR

Ralph Rundell walked into Hogwarts to began his second year. He walked over to the Ravenclaw table to where he was sorted last year and sat awaiting a grand feast.

Jamie walked into the Great hall, there was a excited mumor about the place, thi swas going to be the best Halloween party ever

Natalie Patterson is back from her summer holidays. She spots her friend Jamie and waves before joining her housemates at the Gryffindor table. She waits for the plates to load with all her favourites ( triple chocolate fudge cake and the special Hogwarts unlimited flavour ice cream buffet)

Ralph looked over to his fellow Ravenclaws and than spotted a couple of Gryffindors.. He scaled at them for he didn't really like most proud Gryffindors..

Jamie walked over to the Hufflepuff table (Jamie is a huffkepuff)
and shook one of his hands friends, he offered Natalie a seat bside him at the Hufflepuff table

Natalie was talking to a friend, but said goodbye to her as she hadn't seen Jamie in a while. She went over to the Hufflepuff table and sat down beside Jamie, who's fellow Hufflepuffs gave her the same strange look they always did when she sat down; she must have looked a right sight sitting in her red robes amoung those would were wearing sun-shine yellow.

~"don't worry about it" Jamie whispered in her ear
"so whats the crack in brave house?" he said motioning over to the Gryiffindor table

"Oh, not much," said Natalie, "not if you don't count Sophie Tate having to wear a wig because she blasted half her hair off in Potions the other day, Danny Clapton and his rash and little Jimmy Yoyo's mum getting kidnapped....they think she might be being tortured...but other than that, not much....whats new with the Popular crew at the Huffie's table?"

(BTW, I made those names up...and there problems....but I'm sure you know that.)

(DUH lucy, who do you think i am mr. clueless?)

"nah nothing really, second years hard on me. I'm not bothered abo the work or the exams, its getting through everyday life thats hard, you know. The huffle den is good, always a barrel of laughs... don't spend much time in the common room tho, usually just for sleeping as i do my work at the black lake..." he finished sighing #"cant wait till next year..."

"Whats so special about third year?" asked Natalie, "I'm really loving second year."

"i wish" Jamie answered his hands on his head, "i can't stand it"

"the work has no point,school doesn't have a point until i get to chose what im doing for my owls"

(okay i seems some of us done know what feast it is, so well say christmas feast!)

"I love second year....and I love doing the work, as its all new to me, and I am especially loving my bassoon lessons with professor Flitwick, he's moved me from grade 3 to grade 5 and-" Natalie stopped abruptly...she had just let slipped something that she had never told the wizarding world before. She had played the bassoon at her old muggle school too...

"Bye," said Natalie, still looking very red in the face.

"what do you want to do today Nat?" Jamie asked her, its been a long time since we hung out together

"Oh," Natalie was taken aback, "we could go down to the marshy bit of the lake and look for Hinkypunk footprints....I wanted to do about them for Care of Magical Creatures....you know....our project!" said Natalie irritably staring at Jamie's blank expression.

"Yea okay then, we'll go later on somewhere cus i'm too tired now, Gosh! look at what time in the morning it is, im never usually up at this time on a holiday!" Jamie yelled at his watch, clearly very tired.....

"Yo....cranky pants, it's just a watch," said Natalie, trying to sound cool.

Jamoki walks into the Second Year area in the Great Hall and looks around. He had seen no one he knew. Maybe that was a good thing.

Jamie giggled then sort of hit his head off the table,

"too early for laughing Nat!"

"Ow, that looks like it hurt," said Natalie looking at Jamie.

(yes lucy, i seen that like 1000000 billion years ago! lmao)

Jamie opened one eye and glared at her, then closed it again

(ok then lmao)

"Ok, you want some ice Jamie," said Natalie on the verge of laughter, but instead, she conjured up a glass of ice for her friend.

(you love me....but not in a love love way....more like a pet mouse or ferret)

"thanks Nat"he smiled and took the glass

"....turn this water into rum"

*loud bangs*

"okay that'll never work will it?" Jamie asked Natalie

"Do you really think thats a spell, because I don't think so, not so much," said Natalie, grinning at his shocked face.

"hey! Ive been deprived of a bit of the good suff for ages now! don't begrudge a poor boy from a bit of fun...."

"Nah," said Natalie, "butterbeer is the closest were going to get to that here, at our age....though I'd love to try firewhiskey, I have a bit of a wild side."

"wow" jamie said mockingly

"at our age... I think if our parents are willing to send here, to this mad house then a bit of rum wouldn't do us any harm!" he laughed

"I'm luckey to be hear," said Natalie, affended that Jamie had called it a mad house, "My parents are as non-magical as you can get."

"I'm well aware of that, i can smell your blood," he lyed trying to scare her,

"You don't scare me," said Natalie, "I'm a Gryffindor remember.....I pity the fool who tries to scare me!" Natalie said in a Mr T. voice.

Jamie fell in a fit of laughter,

"don't do that!!!!!" he laughed harder punching the table

"Stop killing that table!" said Natalie, "I warn you, I'll roport you to the WSPCT...The Wizarding Society of the Provention of cruelty to tables!"

Jamie looked up

"you not serious! are you?" he had every right to act this way, she had been known to do silly things before

"Oh my goodness Jamie....look at your your face....of course I won't," Natalie laughed.

"Well baiis," Holly said entering, slotting herself in between two slytherins at the slytherin table. She looked the two up and down, "Wrong table- ma bad!"
She spotted Jamie and Natalie at the Hufflepuff table and made her way over to them, cringing from her mistake, George shaking with silent laughter.
"That was funny," Holly agreed, slotting herself in between her friends, "Well baiis,"

"Um Holly..." said Natalie, "did you just go and sit down at the Slytherin table and say 'well baiis'?" asked Natalie, sniggering.

Jamie looked at Holly,
"you know Natalie, I think she did. Lets never let her forget this!" Jamie said.

"Well....knowing us....we'll probably forget within the next five minutes...but still...it was hillarious," said Natalie, giggling.

"hey not all opf us have memories like a fish!" Jamie yelled

"So it's just you then," joked Natalie, giving him a little punch, then falling off her chair.

"Oh dear lord I've fallen down," said said.

Jamie started to laugh again hitting the table, then decided to stop incase Natalie got all table lover on him again.

"I'm not amused Jamie...Holly....neither of you helped me up, queen as I am," said Natalie, picking herself up and laughing.

Jamie just stared
"all hail queen Natalie," he yelled in the hall everyone looked around

"Did you have to do that," Natalie said in a dangerous voice, then she laughed and said, "one was not amused young Jamison!"

"amused" he said poshly
2oh are they not amused at me?" he said poshly again

"They ain't amused, ok" said Natalie, trying to sound as un-posh as possible.
