Hogwarts years: SECOND YEAR

Ralph Rundell walked into Hogwarts to began his second year. He walked over to the Ravenclaw table to where he was sorted last year and sat awaiting a grand feast.

jamie looked at Holly and laughed
"your so funny Natz!" he whispered because people were athing him

Holly laughed along with them.
"Not a queen any more Natzo?" Holly asked, eyebrows raised, "Oh shall we both curtsey?"

Jamie bowed his head a little then decided not to

"Thanks Jamie," said Natalie, "you too."

She turned to Holly.

"No need," she said, "I'd rather be friends with actual people than my courteers," she laughed.

Jamie stayed silent and didn't look at her

"Wazzap with you Jimbo?" Holly asked, using a nickname in the spur of the moment, "Youve gone very quiet all of a sudden,"

"servent must be seen and not heard2 he saod dutifully

Natalie laughed at the nickname and what Jamie said.

"okay, lets drop the act now!" he said quickly

"Holly's confused," Holly said, having a rather "blond moment", "Oooh there's pie over here!"

jamie rolled his eyes but orbed the pie over tothe table anyway

"Thank you!" Holly said, and cut herself a silce, "Mmm strawberry....,"

Jamie doubleds the pie and staeted tp eat

"Cut me some too, will you Bris?" asked Natalie hungrily.

Jamie doubled the pie again and passed some to holly

he finished eating and wiped his fingers

"Messy messy....naughty Jamie," said Natalie, wagging a finger and using her baby voice.

Holly raised her eyebrows in Natalies direction, wandering how someone could be so flirty and not know it.

Jamie looked kinda scared as Natalie pointed her finger at him.
"whatever!?" he said shaking it off

Holly stiffled a laugh.
"You kids," she said shaking her head, "So, coming to Hogsmede today?"

"Aye....I suppose," said Natalie, "what you wanna do there?"

Holly grinned.
"Oh just stuff. Hogs Head....joke shop....walk....the works,"

"That looks like some seriously good pie!" Hayley had just enetred and sat down beside her friends at the Hufflepuff table. "Holly, Nat, Jamie," she said acknowledging them each in turn, "S'up?"

Jamie looked at the girl
"hey!" he said not knowing if he'd meet her before,,,

"Oh, yeah," Holly said, "Um, Jamie Hayley, Hayley Jamie. Yay!"

"Yay Hayley," said Natalie, "so, whats up with you and your sister Hayley....is she settling into Hogwarts...and are you?"

"Is she settling in?" Holly repated.

"Yeah...like...you know, having fun...learning magic and what-not," said Natalie.

"Yeah that," Holly said pointing to Natalie.

jamie looked confussed,
"okay, im not going to open my mouth." he said quickly

"Why?" Holly asked in an air head fashion, "Im confizzled. Want a slushie Jimbo?"

Jamie took it off her
"thanks!" he said quickly before she withdrew her offer

Holly grinned.
"So, any banter Jimbo?" she asked slurping her own slushie.

"nape! not really you?" he asked her back

"I wish," she said sadly, "Havent had much of a social life in liiiike...fourteen years!"
Holly then remembered she was 13.
"Well in at least two weeks,"

Natalie laughed.

"I feel so....old sometimes...especially when I've been sitting around doing nothing but homework all day," said Natalie.

"Yeah," Holly said thoughtfully, "They should ban homework....,"

"What? No..." said Natalie, eye's welling up, "I need to get I life, don't I?"

"Kinda," Holly said, hoping not to hurt the girls feelings.

"I just care too much about education," said Natalie.

Jamie nodded in agreement, Natalie did care too much about school fcousre jamie did too, he didn't liek to miss school or forget a homework but sometimes he just realxed instead of being all uptight about everythiong

"I dont care all that much about education," Holly said, making George resist the temptation to read Jamie's mind, "When you're going to be a famous Quidditch player like myself, you dont need it,"

Natalie could definately believe that Holly would become a famous quidditch player, and she smiled at Holly.

"so you want to be a Qudditch player then," Jamie said eying George up and down " thats very commendible" Jamie smiled

"It is," Natalie agreed, smiling.

"Yup," Holly grinned, "Ill play for Ireland someday,"

id i tell you all i tried out for keeper for qudditch for huffies, its only temp but it should be fun if i get it :])
