Herbology lesson had just ended, and Hayley's class were leaving the Greenhouse. Hayley glanced around made sure no one was watching, and grabbed Holly's arm. "C'mere," she whispered. She looked over to the Forbidden Forest. "Let's be rebels, and go for a wee walk...." she trailed off smiling, hoping no one else had saw.

"You have a craving for blood and need to get away from us," Holly said wisely.

((Natalie is somewhere else in the forest you nutwit lol))

Natalie had no blood pops, and she was beginning to go made with the hunger....or thirst.

Holly laughed at her moment of stupidity.

Natalie was starving...she needed help.

She opened her mind connection.

Shadow...I need you!

Shadow's head shot up at the mental message and she strode off into the night, tracking Natalie's mind signal.

"What? Where're you going?" Holly called, scared, "Wait!"
She stumbled after her.

Natalie sat on the grass, head in her hands, fighting off her hunger so that she could consentrate on her mind connection.

Shadow saw Natalie and ran towards her.

"Nat? Whats wrong?" Holly yelled coming to an abrupt hault next to her.

Natalie heard the footsteps.

"Shadow...thank goodness you got my message...I need blood....and fast....before I do something I regret...that's why I ran away from you'se...to keep you safe," said Natalie frantically.

Shadow nodded and reached to her belt to find that she had left all her potions at Hogwarts. She took she small dagger she always had on her and made a small slit on her wrist ans held it out to Natalie.

"Must it have been your wrist?" Holly muttered watching.

Natalie hesitated, then began to drink.

She stopped after about thirty seconds.

"I can wait until I get a blood-pop out of my book-bag now...thanks Shadow....you saved me...again... even though I dead," she said, grinning.

Shadow smiled gently and healed the cut over.
"Welcome."

NAtalie smiled again.

"You have good blood....sustains me longer than any other," remarked Natalie conversationally.

"Weird," Holly commented.

"Not when you're me it isn't," said Natalie.

"Aye," Holly said nodding, helping her up.

"Thanks," said Natalie thankfully.

Holly grinned.
"You nerd," she said lovingly.

"I am a nerd," said Natalie, "but I'm your nerd."

"That you are," Holly agreed smiling.

Natalie grinned at Holly.

Holly grinned back.
"Can you introduce me to Edward Cullen?"

"Holly....you ditched Riley....I'm not letting you ditch Matt too," said Natalie firmly, "maybe someday..."

"I didnt ditch Riley!" Holly said, "We werent ever going out! Sure we fooled about a bit but we were never going out! Plus he's.....he's got a girlfriend now...."

"Who?" asked Natalie, sorry to hear that, but interested all the same.

Shadow walked with them silently, thinking.

"I didnt ask," Holly said softly, "Havent really spoken to him since..."

"Since....what?" Natalie asked.

"Since Matt," Holly finished.

"Ah...I see," said Natalie quietly.

"Mm," Holly murmured.

Natalie walked in silence for a minute, and then looked at Holly.

"Are you sure you want to be with Matt?" Natalie asked her, "I mean...I see what he wants to do to you....he wants to transform you for his own gain...that's all I'm saying."

Holly shrugged and walked ahead.
"I dont wanna talk about it," she muttered.

Natalie caught up with her.

"I know you don't...but someday you will....please Holly.....we never had secrets before...but now it's like you suddenly don't want tot talk about anything," said Natalie pleadingly.

Holly stared at her for a moment.
"Maybe I dont want to talk about anything," she said softly, "Look Nat I ... I dont know. Thats just it, I dont know..."

"Do we have to torture it out of you?" Shadow asked.

"You don't know what?" NAtalie asked softly.

"No torturing," Holly said, "No thank you ..."
She sighed lightly.
"What do you want to know?"

"We want to know what the hell is up wth you lately...you're so moody when we talk about Riley," said Natalie.

"Im a teenager!" Holly said, "Im allowed to be. Hormones and what not."

"It's not just that.....you don't seem to want to play quidditch as much now either...and that's what is really worrying me," said Natalie.

"Maybe I changed," Holly said shrugging.

"Yeah, I don't really like changes in my friends." Shadow said.

"People don't just change like that Holly, there is always a reason," Natalie said, more anxiously this time, her voice cracking under the strain of trying to keep it steady.

Holly looked around uncomfortably.
"Neither do I," she said honestly.

"Hol, I've always been wary since Raven changed. Tell us what's bugging you." Shadow said.

"Then tell us what the hecko is wrong with you," Natalie said worriedly.

"Who says hecko?" Holly muttered, "And I dont know what "changed" me. Personally I dont think Ive changed! Im the same person I was ... last week!"
