Shadow, Raven and Shaeman's leaving party.

The trio stood in the shadows just inside the forbidden forest, waiting for the friends that they had called. Everyone had been called so that they could say a last farewell before they had to leave them, their home, Hogwarts, everything, and return once more to their home dimension. Shadow held her head low, trying not to cry. Raven was picking at the hem of her cloak, and Shaeman was emotionless, even though he screamed out to the sky in his heart. They had told no one that they were leaving, and now was the time to tell them, before anyone tried to find a way to let them stay.

Shadow had read the stars so often, that she knew that there was no hope of being allowed to stay. The High Priestess' orders were clear. All Synari were being called back to their home dimension, no exceptions. She blinked back her tears desperately, trying to put a brave face on their leaving, but to no avail.

Raven wasn't crying, but her heart was filled with anger. Anger at the orders they had received. Just as they found their place and a close circle of friends, somewhere that didn't care who your parents were or how dangerous you were, they had to be ripped cruelly from everything that they wanted.

Shaeman stood a little way off, standing with two pegusi, one a rich brown, the other pure black. He was rubbing the black one's shoulder, trying to sort out his head. One part of him wanted to break down and cry, the other begged him to scream aloud in anger, but he did neither. It was not his place. He had found company on Earth, even though he was more dangerous than his half sisters, he had found a girl he loved more than anything, but no. It was not meant for him. Not for someone like him.

Violet closed her eyes, biting the sides of her cheek so she couldnt scream. 'How much longer?' she asked.

Shadow hit the ground hard and Shaeman spread his wings, slowing the descent and anding in a gallop until he reached Merlas and Shadow.

Violet slid off him when he landed on the ground, shaking. "Never! Never ever!" She shouted. "No way am I ever riding a horse, bird, what ever the hall you are." She shouted to Shaeman, holding her hands around her.

Shaeman morphed back.
"As you wish." He said, jogging over to Merlas, who was standing guard over Shadow, looking around for danger like a mare protects her foal.

Violet walked forward, her legs feeling like jello. "I really hate flying, and sometimes I wonder why the hell I'm on the qudditch team." She mumbled, looking at Merlas.

Shaeman picked Shadow's limp form off the ground and strode towards the castle.

"Maybe I shouldnt have shouted a really bad knock out charm." Violet mumbled walking beside him.

Shaeman's face remained grim.
"I meant for you to persuade her verbally, not terrify her senseless by firing spells after her."

"Well I'm sorry. She wouldnt listen to me." Violet mumbled, stopping. "I'll just go over here." She said, pointing to som place random.

Shaeman nodded and continued back up to the hospital wing.

Violet set down on the floor, tracing her scar again.

Shaeman walked back out of the hospital wing looking shocked.

"Whats the matter?" Violet asked, looking up.

"Shadow." Shaeman said simply.

Violet nodded, looking down.

Shaeman sat next to Violet, still stunned.

Violet scooted away from him a bit, pulling her wand out.

Shaeman noted the action and stood up, striding away, his cloak billowing behind him.

"Why did you do that?" She asked, with a confussed look on her face. Trying not to cry, she looked down, looking at her wand.

Shaeman turned back to look at Violet with an impassive face.
"I see it in you, you don't want me around."

"I was just trying to get my wand." She whispered, still looking down.

Shaeman bowed his head.
"Do not take me for a fool. O can see, and I can sense."

Violet looked up, before standing up and walking away from him. Tears rolled down her face as she walked back to her common room.

Shaeman sighed, walking outside. He sat on the steps, playing with a small orb of his red magic, making it fly around by just pointing his finger and moulding it into all sorts of shapes.

Violet laid on her bed, crying a bit. She never even though about not having Shaeman around her, was he getting tired of her? Sitting up, she walked into the bathroom, opening the cabinet to get her bottle of firewhiskey she had been hiding. Putting a cham on it to make sure it refilled on it own, she took a long swallow from it.

Shaeman continued to play with the orb until he saw something in the woods. He went to invesitgate, unsure of what he was seeing.

Aftre swallowing what she thought was 5 bottles, she started feeling weird. Walking back out of her room, she walked into the hall, bottle still in hand.

Shaeman approached the wood and backflipped suddenly as a jet of green light narrowly missed him.
"Identify yourself!" Shaeman shouted to the darkness.
"I do not need to identify myself to you." Came the hissing voice of Lord Voldemort.

Violet walked to the front of the school, sitting on the steps. Swallowing more of her firewhispey, she looked back down at her feet,

Shaeman glared at Voldemort, his hands glowing red with his magic, but Voldemort strode on, heading towards the school, no matter how much Shaeman tried to stop him.

Violet took another swallow of her drink and looked ahead of her. She started giggling. "Hello father." She said, clearly drunk.

Shaeman stood in front of Violet until he was thrown away by a spell. Voldemort stood in front of his daughter, one eyebrow raised.
"Drinking again? Remember what happened last time?"

Violet was laughing. "Nope." She said, after thinking for a bit. "Do you remeber what happen last you drank!" She asked, laughing even more.

"I have another mission for you." Voldemort said boredly, flicking his wand, sobering VIolet and making the firewhiskey vanish.

"Ow." Violet said, leaning on the wall to hold her head. "My head...what happe...father?" Violet asked, clearly afraid.

"As I said, I have a mission for you." Voldemort said sternly.

"No..no no no." Violet said. "I'm no longer a death eater." She said. "i told you that." She said.

Voldemort's hand was at Violet's throat in a flash, pinning her to the wall.
"You will do this mission, and you will fulfill it." He hissed.

Violet's eyes widen. "Father, I cant...." She said, trying to move his hand. "Stop." She whispered. "I'll do it. I....do the mission." She said, trying to breath.

Voldemort released Violet, dusting down his robes.
"Good."

Violet slide down the wall, wrapping her arms around her body. She started shaking, trying to hold back tears.

Voldemort ointe his wand at Violet.
"Stop the worthless display of emotion."

Violet nodded, trying her best not to shake. Standing up, she swallowed hard to keep from coughing. "What do I have to do." She whispered.

"Your friend is weak, convert her to our cause, or kill her." Voldemort said.

Violet looked at Shaeman, before looking at her father. "Ok." She whispered, looking back down.

"I will be watching you." Voldemort hissed, disappearing.

Violet nodded, turning around to walk inside.

Shadow was lying on a bed in the hospital wing, having just woken up. She could feel her broken ribs and grimaced in pain.

Violet walked into the hospital wing, glaring at Shadow. Pulling her wand out, she held it under her throat. "Either you say yes, or die." She said, glaring. Violet was shaking really bad, trying not to cry. "Father has given you a choice. Join back or die."

Shadow looked blankly at Violet before raising an eyebrow.
"What choice is there?" She said with difficulty.
