Hogwarts Graduates- The Final Day of Hogwarts

"......Zeth Zymbler," Professor McGonagal called, and Zeth accepted his award, "Well, thats everyone. Goodbye and good luck students, you have a few hours before the Hogwarts Express arrives....make the most of it."
Graduation day. Holly would never have thought seven years ago that on this day she would be happily accepting her scroll for McGonagal along with everyone else. She assumed she would be expelled before then.
"Last day Georgie," Holly stroked her monkey, "Y'gonna miss it here?"
"Yes," George said sadly, "Very much. Mostly the people though....where are we going to go now?"
Holly sighed.
"I dunno," she said uncomfortably.
The seventeen year old skimmed a flat rock into the black lake, wondering.

"It's the least I can do for you after all these years...and for you Shadow...this..." she gave Shadow a piece of paper which said, "I owe you....60 years of slavery for saving my butt....14 time."

"Its a piece of paper," Holly said, unable to see how this was cool.

"Not just a piece of paper...it's a ticket for mmy help...anytime...anywhere," said Natalie, grinning.

"Ooooh" Holly said, "I didnt get you guys anything...oh hold on!"
She dug into her pockets and produced two gum wrappers. She passed one to Natalie and one to Shadow.
"Remember me," she said, "When you chew..."

Natalie grinned, taking it.

"Well...at least this is something...I mean...for my last birthday, you gave me a hug," said Natalie, looking at the wrapper as though it were the most special thing in the world.

"I know. Im poor, cant help it," Holly said laughing.

Natalie grinned at Holly.

"I'll treasure this always...even when your a famous internation quidditch player and you can afford real prescents...this'll still be my most treaured gift," said Natalie.

Holly smiled at her.
"Thanks....I'll treasure....this hairclip."
Holly took a hair clip out of Natalie's pocket.
"Thank you," she said meaningfully.

"Um...ok," said Natalie unsurely, not bothing to mention that the hairclip Holly had took had belonged to her great grandmother and was like a hundred years old.

"Or this Drooble's wrapper," Holly said, replacing the hairclip and taking out an empty wrapper. She did not know however, that this had belonged to Natalie's great grandmother, and was like 657849308578493205876 million years old.

Natalie smiled as Holly replaced the hairclip back in her pocket and took out the wrapper.

"That has the details of your meeting on it...on Saturday," said NAtalie to Holly.

"Excellent," she said, "Thanks again dude. I likey."

"I know," said Natalie, grinning at Holly.

Holly laughed and took out a slushie.
"I like these more though," she said, "Sorry..."

"I understand...they've been in your life longer than anyone here...including me," said Natalie,e grinning at holly.

Holly nodded.
"Its better than alcohol," she said.

"Yes...I agree," said Natalie, never having had alcohol, even though it was legal for her now.

Holly raised her eyebrows.
"Its good you dont drink. It aint even legal for me yet...oh no! Im of age!"

"Oh yes you are," said Natalie, "but I don't drink...unless oak-matured mead is alcoholic."

"No its not....." Holly said nodding slightly.

"Ok...good," said NAtalie quietly, beginning to cry again.

"Aw Naaaaaat," Holly said patting her back, "Its alright mate. Look Ill make special plans to visit you and Gary. Promise."

Natalie turned to Shadow and Holly.

"You're invited to out place every Christmas," said Natalie, smiling through her tears.

"Great," Holly said smiling, trying to ignore the little lump that was forming in her throat.

Shadow smiled at her friend, hugging her.
"And you just call if you need me, ok? I'll be there before you can say 'what happened?'."

Natalei grinned at Shadow and hugged her back.

"Ok...I will...even if I am 17 now and can never die...I could probably still not survive without Shadow Roth." she said, grinning.

Holly grinned at the pair.

"Nor could I survive without my right hand woman," she said, grinning at Holly in a Ox fashion...oh yes...that's right...she had brought grinning to a new level.

Holly laughed and shoved her lightly.
"Same same," she said.

Natalie grinned.

"Tis never time to say goodbye to true friends," said Natalie softly to them both.

"It isnt goodbye," Holly assured her.

"I know," said Natalie, smiling slightly as fresh tears roller down her face.

Holly smiled and patted her arm.

Natalie wiped her tears and sighed as she took out the compact Tiffany gave her that magnifies spot. She laughed.

"This makes my tears look huge," she she, laughing and then hiccuping.

Shadow hugged her friend again.
"We'll always be there for you."

"I know," said Natalie, hugging her back.

"I'll be there," Holly assured her, "You just wont see or hear me."

"I know," said NAtalie again, hugging Holly.

Holly laughed and hugged her back.

"You are two of the bravest people I've ever come across...and I'll save you're butts any day...if you need me to of course," said Natalie, grinning.

"Aint I the nuttiest?" Holly asked.

"Yes...you are," said Natalie, "appart from me of course."

Holly acted like she was hurt.

Shadow looked at Holly and Natalie.
"Thanks for giving my daughter ideas."

"No prob- aw you were being sarky? I never impart wisdom."
Holly sighed.

Shadow rolled her eyes.

Holly stood up and began to break dance to "Where is the love" by the Black Eyed Peas.

Archangel grinned and copied her.
