The End of Hogwarts.

First topic message reminder :

Shadow stood on one of the ruined towers, looking at the dust falling to the ground. She looked up at the night sky, watching the stars coming out. People were slowly coming out of the Forbidden Forest, shaken at having been inside the school as it started to collapse around them.

"Shadow got angry and lost control." Raven said. "She knew that she wasn't meditating enough, and this is the result."

Hayley nodded, slightly confused.

Holly looked around.
"Look lets just go to your dorm Raven yeah?"

Raven nodded and led the way down to the dungeons. She laid a hand on a stone and muttered something, opening the entrance to the slytherin common room.

Holly stepped through, looking around interestedly.
"Never been in here," shes said, "Only Gryffindor and Ravenclaw...."

Hayley nodded, "Me too," she said, looking around her.

Raven strode through a corridor to her dorm and started to gather her stuff together.

Hayley did not follow, but sunk herself in a large squishly armchair, thinking about all the ones she had lost.

Holly sucked her teeth for a moment and followed Raven.

After moments of thinking, Hayley felt alone, and followed Holly.

Raven stuffed all her stuff into her trunk, doing the same with Shadow's before levitating them with her magic.

"Ready to go?" Holly asked, examining the Slytherin hangings, so different from the scarlet Gryffindor ones.

Raven nodded, heading back towards the surface.

Holly followed her absently, levitating her own trunk in front of her.

Raven walked out into the dead air and jumped before hurrying off.

Hayley summoned her own trunk, and winced as it clattered on it's way. She levitated it, before saying, "We off then?"

"Aye," Holly said, and followed Hayley out.

Hayley took a fleeting glance of the corridors as she walked out, she didn't think this would be how she left.

Raven dropped the trunks next to the still unconscious Shadow, watching as Shaeman nickered at her.

"Shad okay?" Hayley asked Raven, as she set her own trunk down.

Holly fell to her knees beside Shadow, exhausted.
"Do we leave now?" she asked, not looking anyone in the eye for fear of further sadness.

Raven examined her sister quickly.
"Coma."

Hayley sat down on the ground, leaning against her trunk. "I can't believe this is happening," she said sadly, "Will she be okay?" she added, looking at Shadow.

"I'll wait till she wakes until I leave," Holly said quickly, "I gotta .... y'know..... say bye and stuff...."

Raven nodded.
"Normally, I should slit her throat..."

Hayley nodded, "Me too," she said to Holly. "And why's that?" she asked, turning to Raven.

Holly glared at Raven.
"You go through me first," she muttered.

"And I would." Raven said.

Holly looked at her for a second and then looked back at Shadow. You cant hit her sister she thought.

Raven sighed, rubbing her temples.

Holly lay beside Shadow and looked at the stars.
"This pretty much sucks," she said.

Raven and Shaeman said nothing.

"How long y'reckon it will take for Shadow to wake up?" Holly asked Raven, looking at a spot some feet above Raven's head.

"No idea." Raven said.

Holly sighed and took a toffee from her trunk.
"She's not gonna....." Holly looked uncomfortable, "Like....die is she?"

"Depends how much damage the holy water did to her." Raven replied.

Holly looked into Shadow's face and then looked back at George, stroking his head silently.

Raven looked through her trunk and found a dagger.

Holly furrowed her brow and automatically spread her arm over Shadow.
"Whats that for?" she asked sharply.

"I have to." Raven said.

Holly stood up quickly, wand outstretched.
"I said y'hadda go through me first. If I cant change your mind we fight. Now. Go."

"Do you think I want to kill my own sister?!" Raven spat.

Holly shrugged.
"I dunno, but Im bored so ... "

"I have to." Raven repeated.

"Have to....." Holly said encouragingly, with gestures.

"Kill her." Raven said.

"You dont," Holly said quickly, "You dont have to I swear!"

"I do." Raven said, and plunged the dagger into Shadow's chest.

Holly yelled and pushed Raven to the side before panicking in front of Shadow and wrenching the dagger out.
Holly swore repeatedly and then turned on Raven.
"WHY THE HELL?" she yelled at her.

Raven looked at Holly before standing up.
"There are rules to be followed, and she is in too much pain. Since when have you had to live with someone's painful screams echoing in your head?"
