The Heart of the Forbidden Forest.

Shadow into the forest, running as fast as she could. The night was cold around her, but she didn't care. It was coming, and she could feel it. She had to get away from the school. She couldn't bear it if something happened and it was her fault. Her feet pounded on the mosy ground and she hurtled over fallen trees. She was nearly there, nearly there...

"YOUR ALIVE, DUMB ARSE!" Natalie yelled at Riley, angry with herself for letting Voldemort escape, "we need to get Holly's body back to Hogwarts...and quick."

Riley looked hurt, but ambled over to Shadow peering down on her.
"Alright?" he asked quietly.

"Leave me alone." Shadow muttered darkly.

NAtalie walked over too, looking at Riley.
"Sorry," she said to Riley without looking at him, "I guess it's only hitting me that I may never hear Holly's voice again..."

Riley stopped and looked away.
"Dont say that...." he said, "We still.....might?"
He faced Natalie and smiled slightly.
"You were good back there..."

Shadow got up shakily and walked over to the door, she took a good look at the lock.

Riley sighed lightly and crawled to Holly. The real one.
"Wake up...." he urged pushing her fringe out of her eyes.

Chucky ambled up to the doll Holly.
"PLEASE! I'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO LIVE WITHOUT YOU!" he screamed.
"Tiffany's gonna be p*ssed off," whispered Natalie, crawling over to Riley, "listen....we need to get her back to Hogwarts Riley...."

Shadow sat down, her back against a tree, hood pulled low over her face.

"What the- Chucky, do you want to confess your inner feelings for Holly too?" Riley asked seriously.

"Um....no," said Chucky, going red.

NAtalie looked at them all.

Natalie took hold of Holly's body, Chucky and the china doll and apparated to the forest again.

Riley took a deep breath and apparated after them, landing unstedily next to Natalie.
"What now?" he asked, double checking that Holly was still there and unscratched.

Shadow stayed where she was, not wanting to teleport after them.

"Where's Rothers?" Riley asked looking around, "Nat where is she?"

"Stay here," Natalei said to Riley.

She apparated back to Shadow.

"I'm not leaving you here," she said firmly to her.

"Leave me alone." Shadow said, not looking up, her hood shielding her bowed head from view.

"No," said Natalie, looking at Shadow, "I can't die....so I don't care if I'm in danger...I need to know that you are ok and won't hurt yourself."

Shadow's fists clenched beneath her cloak.
"Nat, just leave me alone!"

Alice took a deep breath and stood up. She was so scared she was silent she was still in shock. She blinked "wow" is all she could manage to say.

Natalie made herself invisible and sat in the corner, watching Shadow.
She was careful not to make any noise, appart from using her wand to make a popping noise to make Shadow think she had apparated.

Shadow sighed.
"Nat, I'm not an eejit. I can sense you're there." She said to the empty room.

"You alright?" Riley asked Alice, tossing his long blond fringe from his eyes.
He thought of the possibility of not seeing Holly again. Then he dismissed this completely.

Natalie remained silent, still crouched in the corner.
She stayed very still.

"Natalie. Leave me alone." Shadow roared, standing up.

Meanwhile Riley broke a few twigs, crouching next to Holly's body.
"Where are ya Nat," he muttered, "Hurry up...."

Natalie apparated from the room, leaving a note behind that said:

Shadow...be careful....and don't do anything you may regret.

"Finally!" Riley said sighing with relief, "Where's Shadow?"
He looked around to double check that she wasnt behind him.
"Does she know Holly's......as she is."

Shadow looked at the note, and one drop of water fell onto it from her tear streaked face. She never wanted her friends to see her break down like this. It was bad enough that they'd seen a power surge and her going demonic.

Riley sighed lightly and looked up at the sky.
"Hard to believe it was just hours ago that we were in the common room .... talking."

Natalie's tear stained face said it all.
"She's staying there...'til she has her energy back," whimered Natalie.
"You don't suppose we could....do the transfear spell now," she said, looking at Chucky.
He looked up at the sky.
"They lightning is apparent in the air...yes....I think you can," he said.

Natalie nodded and look out her wand again.

She muttered the words of some accent spell. She doubted very much if anyone else would know what they meant.
As she did this she waved her wand over both Holly and the doll in a circler motion.

The lightning forked, and hit the doll.

Natalie looked at Holly's body, waiting.

"really wierd!" Alice said back to her perky self. She looked around.

((Hm...evil or nice.....evil.....or.....nice..... the decision is made))

Riley blinked furiously, staring at Holly.
There was silence for a whole minute.
"It didnt work," Riley said in disbelief, "I actually thought it was going to......Jezuz Holly....talk to me..."
He peered over her.
"Please talk to me...." he whispered.
"Yabrenis....." Holly muttered.
"What?" Riley asked, unaware Holly had just spoken.
"Your breath smells nice," Holly said clearly.

Alice tilted her haed and then put it back to her origanal position. "so whats going on?" Alice asked wondering if she should be sad or happy or whatever.

Natalie smiled.

"Holly," she said, sitting beside Holly, "it worked didn't it....how do you feel?"
She grinned at Holly, tears shining in her eyes.

"ok i guss im suppose to be happy?" She said in a questoning form with a smile.

"Riley's crushing my leg," Holly said without opening her eyes, "That is you isnt it?"
"Yeah!" Riley said, close to tears himself, "Oh right sorry."
He removed his knee.
"Can you sit up?"
"Can you stand on your head?" Holly asked smiling, "And no...just let me lie yeah?"
"I thought you were dead," Riley whispered, about to explode with happiness.

Alice giggled for no reason just because she could. Alice always giggked so it was no surprise to her.

Holly smiled again.
"Alice?" she called out, unable to open her eyes, "That's Alice right?"

"Yes...and I'm Natalie....I brought you back to life....me and Chucky saved you," said Natalie, smiling.

"Yes...it's true," said Chucky, grinning.

"yep!" She was somewhat exsited but agin there was no reason for it.

"Thank you Chucky," Holly said, "And you Natalie. But then you're always savin my butt aintcha?"
She blinked.
"Hello," she said grinning up at Riley.
"Hi," Riley said softly, unsure of what to say.

"Riley...um...had to tell you something..." said Chucky.

"Oh yeah," Natalie remember.

"um do you mind if i ask how this happened?" Alice asked with a worried smile.

"What was that again?" Riley asked still smiling down at Holly, "OH! Oh yeah....."
He hesitated before whispering something into Holly's ear.
Holly looked dumbstruck and then looked at Natalie.
"Really? Thats gross! Why would you do that Nat?"

"ok i guss you do. ok well" Alice was so confused and curiuse but not enough.

"Its a long story," Riley said grinning at Alice, "Nat will tell you wont you nerd?"
"Thats my name for her," Holly said, holding out her hands. Riley pulled her up.
"Hey, Im okay,"

"its a miracle" Alice said with a slight tone of sarcsym.

Holly smiled at Alice sarcastically and rolled one eye.
Riley shuddered.
"Dont do that," he said grinning, "That creeps me out."

Alice giggled " sometimes you guys and gals bicker like old maried cupples!"

Holly grinned at this comment and Riley looked alarmed.
"Shadow said that once," Holly said, "And you, kid, I like your sarcasm, you're Alice.....who?"
