Well after fighting and debating with myself, I decided to do this. And because I actually like this. Not really long to make. Seeing as I’m going to have to provide one picture because I made the tears on her face, I’ll just add all of them, which is just really two of them.
Can work for any program, but I can only translate PSP7, if you know how to do it on others, feel free to add it on here.
Pictures:
Girl BoyFirst I placed the girl in the middle like and then the guy beside her on the right. I erased the parts on her until I got to the shoulder.
Like this:
ClickMerge them together.
Then I went to Layers>>New Adjustment Layer>> Curves
Here are the settings:
RGB: input: 151 output: 119
Red/Blue/Green: input: 113 output: 132
(the slashes mean for all of them)
Next I went to Layers>> New Adjustment Layer>> color balance
The settings:
Midtone: 30/18/-66
Shadows: -20/30/44
Highlights: 37/23/-2
It should now look like this:
ClickMerge again, copy and paste. Or you can just go to Layers/Duplicate
Once you do that, go to Color>> Colorize and put the settings in.
Settings: Hue: 0 Sat: 81
It should now be a dark red. Set it to Multiply and lower the opacity to 43
Go to your color bar and put this in: #060812
Flood fill it.
Set it to Exclusion: 100
Make a new raster layer and flood fill it with #E8DDF7
Set it on softlight and lower the opacity to 27
And that’s it.

For the text, I used:
Lion King BurlingtonMake it as big as you want, but I made mine about 16-20 and put it in a spot that wasn't crowded.
It should be SOMEDAY, SOMEHOW in white.
and then im gonna make it right was about 12-14 and was white.
It should be placed above the SOMEDAY, SOMEHOW.
End Results:
