Stephaine walked onto a small field her shoes fitting the grass to a a odd shape that matched her coture high hills. Alice skipped over to her as they both sat down apon the wet grass.
"Im stuck" Stephaine proclaimed.
"What?" she asked joyfully.
"I'm stuck... I had a fake love. I was mad at everyone for his death, so now almost no one likes me and Its to late to start being likeable" she said without any enthosiasym.
"Oh you will find someone" Alice said trying to cheer her up. It didnt work.
"Whatever"

"i know i just dont know if i am ready to trust a guy i bareley know with my heart again last time i lost it" She said no emotion showed from her tone to her face she was just simply existant there.

"If you need time we have forever." His tone was soft and encouraging.
"I would never do that to you..." He repeted focusing all his attention on Stephaine.
His eyes warm, bouncing brightly under the moonlight.
She did the same watching him unsure of herself.
Demitri was ready for her answer and would quickly build up his own.

Stephaine tok a deep breath and pushed aray grasping her self protectivly.
"i just dont know what to say what to do it just seems to perfact my life is to far from perfact making the transition hard and then i change only to wake up to see that i to good to be true" She said now olmost starting to talk in poetry meadephores leaving her lips uncontrollably.

Demitri listened as Stephaine explained.
Speechless, he stood, mentally he fought a battle.
Outrage and pride fighting the war.
Her exemplary choice of individual better for herself was admirable.
But still he sat there, pleading for her love, she was perfect but she was leaving him.

As he had said before, he wasn’t giving up, he would wait for her until she was ready.

"its not that i dont love you is i'm just not sure why i cant seam to grasp the thought in my hand of us beaing together i cant see it an di am so confused from past experiences i dont know what to do" she said trying to explaine herself her emotion attacking her from the inside out it was just to good to be true.

Demitri could understand this.
For once she hinted him in on why she was slowly drifting away.
He continued to stand there, speech less.
He wanted her, to claim her, no one else could be more perfect than he would.
Demitri closed his eyes and imagined the moment when he saw her in the field,
her scent eluminated his senses; he couldnt resist.

"I..." He began cut short, clueless on what was to come next.

"i what i want you i want to own you?... i am not a piece of property you can claime i am a huma.. mythical being i have feelings even if i have no heart" Stephaine stated sternly the air getting tenser by each passin second.

Demitri fell to the ground, resting his head in his hands as he listened.
He could sense her frustration and anger from previous events fall out.
She grew tense, watching him with weary eyes and a smirk on her face.
Why must she go on him now, he was different, not the inferior being who hurt her before;
Playing with her emotions, pushing her bottons, pulling her strings.

"Stephaine..." He whispered his perfect face wrinkled and desperate.
He said her name with a passionate undertone, yet it was painful.
He adressed this goddess with perfection, but she was changing...
His eve, leaving him, afraid of commitment when there was nothing to hide,
he would do nothing to hurt her.. he dreaded the thought of it.

Stephaine layed on the floor facing the sky it looked like she had fallen but no pain showed her face.
"Demetri..." she whispered like they were drowning in a lake and she reached up to his hand but fell short. her breathing became shallow. her neck out strechted not moveing not breathing laying flat as if she was a dead bug smooshed by a windshield whipper she was paralyzed defenslise hopeless lost. Lost inside her mind of a battle that she thought she won but now the war was coming back. Her brain spinned as she tried to think clearly but she was choking drowning left to die. Alone she would always be.. She mustered enough strength to get out three words,
"i love you" she wanted to break down in crying histaria but her body wouldnt let her instead it starved her of each though each breath each emotion tanggaling a forever weve of confusion. She didnt know what life was any more. She was sure he was her adem then why did she want to leave him.

Demitri rolled over on his back, he laid close to Stephaine
playing with her hand, intertwining his finger into hers,
locking them together, refusing to let go.
The cards turned and as his name fell out of her mouth he felt whole once more.
His face hid in her hair, he took a deep breath in, her illuminating scent of violet
washed over him once more. Her body loosened as he held her,
her breathing cleared, calm once more as he remembered it.

She anticipated his response so Demitri fell silent and closed his eyes.
His Stephaine, the woman of his dreams, his Eve returned back to him;
her darkening thoughts warmed by the sun.
"Promise not to do that again..." He whispered, he wanted to cry but nothing happened.
He gently kissed her neck and closed his eyes again laying his head on the grass next to hers.

Stephaines breathing quikened again her eyes wanting to leak everywere everything he said was rong and everything she said was worse. She couldnt think through what to say what to do so she just layed there motionless. She had no words no sound left in her voice no movement not even a flintch she laid uncontrolled. She no longer knew what she was doing she no longer had the strength.

Demitri wanted to hit himself,
What was I thinking! She’s too sensitive to tell her not to express herself.
He laid there with her, motionless as she was.
He rolled over on his back and apologized.
"I’m sorry..."

Stephaine rolled over to him hugging him never wanting to let go.
"its ok i just... you know i just am.." she couldnt get the word out she barely managed to choke out those words and yet the most important one she couldnt say.
"you did nothing rong" she changed her subject to making him feel better and not explaining.

"Unsecure?" He guessed his voice calm and warming. Demitri was comforted by Stephaine's assurance that it wasn’t his fault, even though that was wrong. It was his fault; he closed his fist, angry at himself. How could he even accept that? She felt unsecure and untrustworthy of him. Demitri couldn’t believe it... She said it was her... wrong.

Stephaine nodded moving coser to him. She felt him tighten.
"demitrie dont be that way i trust you i dont trust myself its not even releveant in any way shape or form to you" Steph suddgested smiling sweetly at him. She snogged him pasionatley.
"feel better or do you need alittle more kissing" she said trying to bring back the happier moments that were only a few minuestes ago.

(steph when will you get it in your head that i never said snogged ever in my writing! sad

)

Demitri loosened his grip and responded to Stephaine's kissed and smiled.
"It defiantly helps..." He said flirtatiously reaching in to kiss her once more.
"Why? I can’t imagine you not trusting me..." Demitri face washed with worry,
his past frustration and questions partially admitted.

(i know i am just doing that to bug you lol)
"why because its not your fault its mine so you cant be frusterated at yourself" she said and reached over to kiss him again.
"remember i love you" she said over exagerating the love.

"I know that..." He groaned.
"Just trust me okay? Everything will be fine."
Demitri ensured hoping it would make Stephaine feel better.
He smiled and waited for her reaction.

In her head she wanted to say sure sure like she always did with everyone but she filtered her mouth and in stead said.
"how can i not" wich was way more romantic and sweet. Snuggaling closer to him looking up at the stars. she sighed. and then looked down at her watch.
"well prince charming cinderella has to leave before her caraige turns into a pumkin.

"Well wouldnt that be a shame..." Demitri said laughing, refering to the pumpkin.
"Too bad I cant have you longer, but every prince gets his next dance." He said flirtatiously,
almost ensuring she would come back for more. He knew she would and he didnt hesitate to think she wouldnt.

"well when will the next ball be my young prince?' she asked standding up her hand reaching down to his. her smile over whelming her face as her eyes sparkled in the now morning sky.

"That my darling is up to you... But now I must go and I hope I see you again." He said kissing her and running his hands through her hair. He turned and continuesly looking back walked away. He blew her a kiss and gently said, "I love you..."

stephaine smiled and as he walked away she managed to get in acupple of warod before he could turn to leave.
"i love you" she said gentlly and as he laft she yelled a few more words.
"sunday!" she yelled making a date with him.

"Sunday..." He repeated in a low whispering voice like he was talking to himself. He looked forward to seeing her again on an official date.

Stephaine was pleased as she walked away glancing over her shoulder every so often to watch him walk away at the same i am trying to be human speed wich always ended up slower then ment and definatly not human.

Demitri smiled and made him way back to the school.
"I am the luckiest man in the world..." He said quietly chuckling.

she couldnt stop smiling as she sneaked to the school trying not to get cought from staying out all night. oh wow he was amazing i must be the luckeist girl ever she thought to herslef each step.

Demitri quickly ran through the halls and turned corners at a steady speed, as silent as ever. No one would notice him presense. He thoughtlessly did this, his mind on Stephaine, that was all he could think of. Her face, her scent, all so hevenly.

Stephaine ran throught the hall ways like a mouse quickley reaching her couridore. she sneeked up to the little sections of beds laid out were only vampires slept so that way they wouldnt disturb that many people.

Demitri hummed to himself and closed his eyes to serinate the moment. He had met the greatest girl in the world and she would soon be all his with no worries, just two lonelly birds united in love. He hadnt realized his direction and when he opened his eyes he was in a new hall that he recognised as the 6th. ah crap...

She laid back but was to excited to stay still so she sneaked back down into the coman room waiting for something to happen but nothing would be able to compete with the nite she just had.

Demitri stopped running around like a lost child paranoid from the experience. He could sense someones presense nearby. Strange...
Demitri noticed a small passage open. Someone must have ran down to get somewhere... Then all of a sudden he had a flash of curiosity and ran down the flight of stares himself. Before he knew it he was in the dungeon. He turned around and shuddered as the knights stood soluted, their eyes watched him, their heads turning as he moved.
He leaned against a cold, black, stone wall. Demitri didnt know where he was going, to procupied thinking about Stephaine.

Stephaine sat close to the burnt out fireplace in an oversized love seat her legs streched across it. she hummed a once familiar song as she swayed slightly.

Demitri heard a corus of humming, following the sound he realized he had ran into a wall blocking him from the singer. He groaned and looked for the entrance to the hidden room. Alot bigger than he realized he would be getting himself into trouble.

"Hello?" He whispered into the darkness, magical tapers lighting themselfs. His voice crystal clear and perfect.

Stephaine shook at the sound of someones vioce.
"whos there?" she asked somewhat playfully and almost in a catty way she honestly didnt care and was kind of expected to act that way anywho so it didnt bother her to live up to her slytherene standerds.

Demitri grew breathless at the sounds of an angels voice. He longed to hear it once again, but the sound of her voice was so stunning he couldnt comprehend speaking. He stood still for several seconds, rather long for a vampire to sit still and silent. Finally he spoke, only one word man, one word!
"St-Stephaine?" He whispered astonished he could get that far. Demitri wasnt sure if she even heard. He peaked his head around the corner. He anticipated Stephaine to run up and jump into his arm but he wasnt sure. It was what he wanted.

Stephaine rolled her neck craking it. beofre saying with her eyes closed.
"that depends whos asking?" then she looked up to see demitri wat the heck was he doing there was he some sort of crazy stalker had he followed her what on earth was he doing standing by the entry like an idiot anyway? so many questions flew through her head.

Demitri chuckled quietly to himself. Your an idiot demitri...
"I swear I didnt follow you..." He warned putting his hand forward, shaking his head and walking backwards. "Please..." He pleaded now feeling smaller than he already did.

"please what?.." she asked unsure of what he was going on about.
"and if you didnt follow me what are you doing here in the first place" she said alittle more inviting and then motioned him to come sit down.

Demitri started to laugh. She didnt get it did she?
"I was on my way back to the towers when I ended up exploring a tunell and here I am, hearing you sing to yourself." He explained in a low voice.
"If you got to know me.. You would learn I am very curious and explorative person. I did not intentionally follow you in any way. Sure coincidence I assure you."

"wich tower in wich you were refferring to" she asked almost starting to tslk in full blown ittalian but restrained her self to only speaking a little bit old english.

"Hufflepuff of course..." Demitri said smiling.
"Unless you have a problem with Hufflepuffs?" He teased.

"no i just was wondering how of corse you managed to get all the way from your way into hufflepuff and managed to get to the deep depths of Slytherene?" she asked but smiled at every word like it was a joke they were both playing along with.

"Tell you the truth I have no idea.. Its all in a days work, you really shouldnt be so suprised." He said laughing, smiling along with Stephaine. He was amused and decided to let her be.
"If you want me to go I am more than happy to let you be alone."

"no... its not that i want you to go its i dont want you to get in trubble aafter all technachlly these grounds are off limits to you" she explained in a rushed tone.

Demitri let out a short chuckle.
"Yes thats very true.." He agreed in a soft tone. Obviously not afraid of a little rule breaking.
"But why my love should I stay if you are afraid?"

"because i am in slyhterene and rules are not on my agenda" she said slyly flirting with him.

Demitri chuckled smiling, baring his teeth. She was still the same girl he had met under the stars. The girl who he pledged to love, and swore to himself she was the one. She was his Eve as he was her Adam. He was going to stay, for her. She deserved it, or at least he though she did. He chuckled once more and grabbed her chin with his hand and pressed his lips against hers softly. He was laughing and Stephaine easily joined in with a symphany of giggles.
