what boks have you recently bought?? Well post here what it was and why you bought it

I bought the twilight companion.. . why cause I wanted to see what was all in it... also I got the lexicon... iot was harry potter how coukld I pass it XD

I've been reading books by Dan Brown (The DaVinci Code, The Lost Symbol) and Jodi Piccoult (My Sisters Keeper, Handle with Care, Change of Heart)

I've liked all the Dan Brown ones but My Sister's keeper is by far the best from Jodi Piccoult.

Oh, and I also read The Lovely Bones and I wasn't impressed - it was too odd for my taste.

Hmmm let's see, I think my latest book buys were 2 volumes of the "Ouran High School Host Club" manga .... then a book for my French course, "Chagrin d'ecole" by Daniel Pennac ... and last but not least, a wonderful textbook by the very friendly name of "Corporate Financial Management" - sounds really dull, is actually quite interesting and explains what is a quite complex subject really, really well (hey come on, who wouldn't like to read a book that contains the words "boardroom drama"? XD) XD

Paper Towns by John Green
Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll

I got Geektastic since it has some of my favorite authors, Ironside because it is part of a series I love, Paper Towns because John Green is the shizz, and the Alice combo because I have always wanted to read them.

I just ordered a boxed set of the first three books in The Sword of Truth series, a book that teaches you how to knit Harry Potter stuffs, and a book that teaches you how to knit Twilight stuffs. Now I just need to learn how to knit!

I drove an hour and a half yesterday to go to the closest used book store to my town. I finally found Perelandra and That Hideous Strength by C.S. Lewis. I also got 4 books that I liked when I was a kid. I have been re-buying all of the books I liked when I was a kid but don't have anymore.

I bought Restaurant at the end of the universe... and #3 Hitch Hikers guide to the galaxy. $3 all up :D lol second hand, they didn't have four or five.

I bought the second First Law book by Joe Abercromie, the second in this series by someone called CJ Cerryh (or something, it's hard to spell) as well as this other one called the Bone Doll's Twin, which sounded interesting... 2nd hand, I love that store xD
