Thierry sighed, pushing her hair back some. She made sure the curls in her hair stayed in place as she as she placed her white and sapphire mask on. Her dressed was long but puffy at the waist and she slipped her shoes on, wondering why the hell she was going anyway.

"Whats that for?" She asked him, pulling her hair back into a ponytail again. She let her bangs hand in her face and she blew at him, looking stupid as she done so.

''It will show Kurt and whoever he brings with him that we don't want to get toyed with. Most vampires hate the thought of losing their head, a sword is the best way to do that. Sarral is a silver blade sword, which means it is effective against werewolves as well. Silver has to abbility to block spells but it doesn't exactly make a large shield now does it.

Remember, for tonight you will act as the Alpha vampire, I will act as your shadow kin. That means I won't make a move unless you order me to, or it is to protect you. A friend of yours made the contact with Kurt, he doesn't need to know more. Ready?''

"Um...no. I am not Alpha vampire...and I'm not gonna act like that." she told him, crossing her arms.

''what?? why not?'' he had stopped in his tracks and had turned around briskly ''it's not that hard, it just means you will do all the talking and I stand behind you''

"No..I refuse to do so." She said, shaking her head. "Act like yourself or I will stay here." She told him, glaring

''Fine!'' he yelled turning on his heel and storming out of the room mumbling on his way out

''acting like a effing Alpha all the time and when she for once has to she doesn't want to. bloody females. It's not like I asked her to perform brain surgery. this all better turns out right. I hope there is a little fight beforehand, I need to let of some steam. you comming or what?''

Thierry glared at him, following him. "Well excuse me for not wanting to be like a leader." She hissed at him.

''well la dee da'' he said in a sarcastic tone, waving a finger in the air
''I wouldn't exactly call you a follower either'' he grumbled

they didn't speak much for the nexthour or so as they made their way over to the spot Kurt had assigned to meet him. It was a church a few towns further then where they were.

''Okay keep your eyes and ears open, I'm sure we'll get company shortly'' he said as he franticly looked around for any signs of vampires or werewolves awaiting them, but it looked as if they had gotten there first

"HOw about I not and let them kill you? Would that help everything?" She hissed softly, glaring.

he closed his eyes and took a deep breath
''yes, that would solve everything marvelously. We're here to help you, remember. Now would you please listen to me as I have to be the Alpha''

Thierry glared, closing her mouth. She shook her head, closing her ears.

he wanted to scream at her, even use his sire power over her if needed be. but before he could utter a word his senses went in overdrive

''they're here'' was all he said

"Naw shoot sherlock...why do you think I'm closing me ears." she hissed angrily at him.

he just shrugged at her and turned his attention back to their surrounding

he wondered when they would make their move, if they would make one and what it would be

he was faily confident Thierry and himself could stand their own, there would have to be a small dozen of them to overpower them but he was certain that was not the case

Thierry pressed her hands closer to her ears before looking back at him. "They are waiting for use to make a move." She mumbled.

''got any ideas?'' he asked looking at her over his shoulder

he didn't want to come over to agressive but he didn't want them to think they were pushovers either

"Yeah...run like hell towards wherever." She told him, glaring.

''I'm glad you're on my team'' he said with a roll of his eyes

''Let's play a little'' he grinned
he turned around for a bit, trying to sense where one of their visitors was and when he had a vague idea he moved his wand in a circular motion before stabbing it forward

bright light did aggravate vampires

Thierry sneered at him, not moving. "Who said it was vampires?" She asked him.

''that one should be, I think'' he looked at her uncertainly

''are you saying they are not?''

"not unless they like growling and flesh.." She mumbled.

he shuddered slightly, werewolves were so not his favorite kind to meet

''at least I didn't aggravate them with the blinding light'' he quipped

with a sigh he turned around again and hollered

''Kurt get out here, we have no time for petty games''

Thierry moved closer to Mar, wrapping her arms around his arm.

he tensed up for a moment as she wrapped her arms around his

''are you okay? is something wrong?'' he asked her

"They are thinking bad things..." She whispered softly.

''well they better think twice before doing something stupid'' he said with conviction

he wasn't here to be triffled with, he was here to help her and he would be damned if they made things worse. He was on edge as it was so they better not test his patience. Kurt was making this way more bothersome then it should be

Thierry moved closer to him before looking behind her. "Whose that.." She mumbled.

ignoring the prickling sensation on his neck as she spoke he slowly turned his face around to see who she was talking about. to his relief it was Kurt that was approaching them

''Finally!'' he grunted

''Thank you for meeting us on such short notice, Kurt. This is the girl I mentioned, I realy hope you can help her. You better keep her safe while you teach her or things might get ugly'' he said staring hard at the strange vampire

"You arent leaving me are you?" She asked him, tighten her grip.

''I won't be far'' he said grabbing her shoulders gently
''but you and Kurt need to be away from others to fully concentrate. Remember, all you have to do is think of me and I'll know. I'll be with you before you know it''

"But...but...Mar..." Thierry pleaded, not letting him go. "I dont wanna be alone agian." She mumbled.

''I will just be outside the door, no worries, I wouldn't leave you, okay?'' he had put his hands on her shoulders and looked her right in the eye, hoping to convinve her this was something that needed be done

Thierry shook her head, moving to grab him again.

he lowered one of his hands to the small of her back and guided her closer to Kurt
''better show us the way and get this over with'' he grumbled at the vampire

''think of the constant headaches you have had since your power manifested, he'll help get rid of that, and more'' he whispered to her

Thierry nodded, looking down at the ground. She grabbed onto his shirt, not wanting him to leave.

Kurt eyed them up and down for a few seconds before slightly inclining his head, turning on the spot and leading the way

he slightly pushed Thierry forward to get her to start moving and they could follow him

they didn't walk far, after a few turns, Kurt halted outside an old looking house, by the bathered state it was in it looked as if it hadn't been inhabited in a long time

come on we have to hurry he heard in his head and started slightly

''save that four your lesson'' he hissed after a second and followed Kurt and Thierry inside, closing the door behind him so none of Kurts friends could come in as well. he magically locked the door and turned back to Kurt raising his eyebrows

''well, work your magic'' he said with a shooing motion

Thierry just followed them, not sure of what she was suppose to do.

he could feel a lot of anguish coming of her at first but not so much later on
after the first hour had gone by he started to get bored and decided to amuse himself somewhat with some spells

soon he had transfigured a couple of stones that were littering the floor and had them racing across the room, ocassionaly crashing into one another

he didn't know how long he had sat there touing with the stones when he heard a noise to his left indicating they were coming back in the room

Thierry left the room, looking down. "Can we leave now?" She asked him, pulling at her hair slightly.

''Su-sure'' he said before waving his wand and opening the door. The three pieces of rock crashed into a wall and remained there motionless

''Thanks for the help, Kurt'' he said before turning and following Thierry outside

he didn't dare ask her how it went so they just started walking back to the house in silence

Thierry mumbled to herself, playing with her hair as she looked at the ground.

''should we go see into your sister or would you rather not?'' he asked her when they had reached the border of the town they were staying

"I just want to sleep." Thierry told him.

''okay'' he nodded ''back to the house it is then''

it was nice walking outside but the silence that hung between them did bother him somewhat

Thierry nodded and started humming.

they were back at the house in no time, it was a small town after all

''here we are'' he said for no appearant reason as he opened the door

''I think I'm gonna read a bit'' he said to her ''hope you have a good rest''

Thierry nodded, walking up to her room.

he watched her as she walked up the stairs and it wasn't until he ehard her door closing he let out a sigh and started moving himself

he went into the living room, got comfortable on the couch and summoned the book he had been reading in his room

soon he was nose deep in his book

Thierry laid down in her bed and fell asleep.

several chapters later he started having trouble concentrating, the letters started to swim in fornt of him and his eyes kept falling shut

with another sigh he got up and went to his room to have a rest as well, it had been a long day after all
