In the Ravenclaw Common Room

First topic message reminder :

Dominus LeStrange was currently reading a book on the couch of the Ravenclaw Common Room. The book was titled Advanced Dark Arts and What You Need To Know. His hair was currently dark green and was styled to look a palm tree.

"Heh, I thought you would enjoy it. This is the form I take when I don't want to be recognized" he said with a grin in a more masculine voice that really didn't fit his new appearance.

Lolly laughed as he spoke too manly for his appearance. "Okay, but maybe next time just don't speak??" she told him within her laughs.

"Bite me" he said with a scowl as he crossed his now feminine arms as he flared his nostrils as a clear sign of anger.

"Chill! I didn't mean anything..erm..too wrong. it just didn't fit your look, y'know," she explained.

"Maybe but then again, I'm not a woman so excuse for wanting to keep a male voice, especially in this form" he said with a sniff as he stuck his nose in the air, which was a Pureblood's way of saying that he was offended.

"Okay, I'm sorry," she said to end the apparently starting heat. "I didn't meant to say that just to offend a new friend. That's not my kind. Sorry."

"Eh, it's alright" he said as he shrugged his shoulders and turned back into his real form.

(Sorry for the picture and all that if it got you annoyed but I couldn't really describe the appearances well enough without visual aid)

"Good! Now I can laugh at you again," Lolly said jokingly. "I'm not serious..."she quickly added with a little smile. "..a little actually." she followed right after and beamed.

(It was actually cool. I don't mind, really. And it helps a lot, so no problemo. Don't worry. + i must say, I love Naruto. lol)

He grinned and chuckled. "I understand. I find it funny too" he said as he turned back into his real form but he kept the dark green hair in the style of a palm tree because he really liked it.

"Nice. But I should say, thou shall not let me see that form of you again, ever! It really freaks me out!! Well, snakes specifically," she frowned.

He chuckled and patted her head. "OK then, I won't let you see that form ever again" he said with a smirk on his face.

"Thank you very much," she chanted in relief.

"Your welcome Lolly" he said with a grin as he sat back on the couch and started reading through another book.

"Aside from books and theories....and...equations, what else makes your world go round?" she wondered.

"Practicing my spell casting. That's the only other thing I really do, to tell you the truth" he said truthfully as he shrugged and skimmed through some of the pages.

Alice walked into the ravenclaw commonroom, immeadiately spotting two people. One girl, Lolly, whom Alice kind of knew, and a boy who Alice had never seen before in her life. She was quite sure he was knew to Hogwarts as Alice was sure she would've remebered seeing him before. His hair was very... unique, and Alice noticed it at once.

''Wow!'' ALice exclaimed, ''I love you hair! Who did it? Is there an occasion or...? Im Alice by the way''. She introduced herself, hoping not to seem rude. He seemed youg-ish. Alice estimated he would be a first year, or a small second year at the most. Even though she was a couple of years older than him, he still towered over her tiny 5 foot frame, though not so much as everyone else Alice knew.

''Oh, hi Lolly,'' Alice said, smiling in a friendly manner. She brushed some of her long, chocolate brown, wavy curls out of her face and danced towards one of the comfortable sofa's. She sat down, still smiling, and crossed her legs underneath her, leaning back.

''So what are you guys doing?'' Alice asked, ''Im not interupting anything..?''

He smirked at Alice that said he was amused by her reaction to his hair. "Thank you. I actually do it myself, to tell you the truth" he said.

"Alice!" Lolly squealed as she saw her, she ggiggled as she watch her bemused with Dom's hair. And later joined her on the sofa leaning on her shoulder. "We're just chatting. And as he said, he did it himself. He can even turn into lots of different looks. Gorgeous ones and even...erm..not so gorgeous ones," she stated to her getting quite not wanting to say the last words. "I think he is a metamorphmagi, but I doubt though, cause he's still a firstie," she added as the thought came into her mind.

"Well, are you a metamorphmagi?? Are you?" she then turned to Dom.

He shook his head at her. "No, I'm not a metamorphmagus. I'm a shapeshifter like a boggart" he said as he crossed his arms.

"How come?" Lolly asked him in a seemingly jokeful manner as she gloated and smiled at the same time.

"I have no idea, truthfully. I was just born with the ability" he said as he shook his head, obviously having no clue about how he obtained his abilities.

"You must be special," Lolly said and wondered as she think barely wrinking her forehead.

"I guess I am" he said with a smirk as he crossed his arms. It was obvious that he liked having his shape shifting abilities.

"When have you discovered that you have that kind of ability?" she asked.

"Ive had it all my life. From the time I breathed my first breath of air all the way to now, I've had it. I can just control it more these days" he said truthfully.

"Still is a puzzle for me. You being a shapeshifter just like that. Hmmmm.." Lolly cupped her chin as she hardly think of reasons, but apparently she haven't thought of researching about such. So, she is a bit clueless.

"I see. Well, it's a puzzle for me too, considering neither my father nor my mother know how I got the ability" he said as he started thinking of possibilities on how he got his shapeshifting ability.

Lolly have thought of the possibility, but she's refusing to blurt out what she have thought. She thought he might not like what her theory is. So, she kept it to herself, thinking if it could really be considered or not.

He looked to her and gave her a curious look. "Do you have a theory, by any chance?" he asked her with a raised eyebrow.

"Who, me??" she nearly jumped as Dom asked as she wasn't expecting. "I'm not sure," she said, playing safe.

He narrowed his eyes at her. "You do have a theory. Tell me what your theory is" he said as he crossed his arms.

"Not until, I am sure," she said looking at the floor. "If I'll be sure," she added in whispers.

"I still want to hear your theory, even if your not sure of it yet" he said with narrowed eyes as he tapped his foot on the ground as an obvious sign of waiting for her to tell him her theory.

"Erm...Just promise you'll not be mad," she said.

"I promise I won't be mad, trust me. Now, what is your theory?" he asked her, raising a green eyebrow as he crossed his arms.

"Erm..Have you ever considered the thought that...erm..you're not a LeStange after all??" she stammered with hesitation.

"What do you mean by that?" he asked her with a confused look on his face. It was obvious he had no idea what she was talking about.

"That you might be.." she refused to continue, but she decided to, too "..adopted" And she looked away from him clinging more to Alice now.

"Not possible. I was tested for my heritage and it said I was the son of Bellatrix Black and Rudolphus LeStrange" he said as he crossed his arms.

"Okay. Well, I just thought...never mind." she said to close her first theory. "How about your ancestors?? There could've been somebody else in your line that's like you!!" she exclaimed as she felt that she have pointed out a better theory.

"I never really took the time to look up my ancestors. I'm not really interested in learning about all my stuffy, arrogant, bigoted relatives" he said as he rolled his eyes.

"Then you'll never know how you became so special like that," she told him.

"I suppose your right. Perhaps I shall research my ancestors to see if they had any shape-shifting abilities.

"Glad I have you change your mind. It is the best way to do know though," she said and so went cak to studying runes as she still clinged to Alice.
