HEBB: The Kitchen

Having studiously avoided the squealing that emanated from the bedroom, Jimmy grinned broadly as he walked slightly faster than normal to the fridge.

"Hah, salami, cheese, bread, butter..." He called out in a sing-song voice, loading himself up with ingredients. He closed the fridge door with his heel, before sighing. "And an empty kitchen." He frowned suddenly, opening cupboards and units frantically as he searched for the vital ingredient.

"NO KETCHUP?"

"JIMMY YOO--" ::she began and ran out form the bedroom, tackling Jimmy down:: "My fridge, don't touch it!"

"NOOOO!" he cried, as his delicate balance of sandwich foods toppled over with him. With a sigh, he glanced up at Caree. "You owe me a sub." He stated in a flat voice, eyes narrowed.

::as prinny walked into the kitchen she saw that car and jimmy had already raided the fridge:: "typical" ::she muttered and went over to join them, carefully avoiding the sandwiches all over the floor::

::Caree picked up a sandwich from the floor and took a bite, smiling widely:: "Yummiiiiiie!! By the way, where's everyone else?" ::she asked, looking around while eating::

"maybe they let the cool people into the house first!" ::she said, grinning at carr she too grabbed a sandwich from the floor::

"Most likely, yes" ::she grinned back at Aliza:: "Hmm, didn't imagine HEBB to be this boring.."

::Amber walked into the kitcen.::

"Hey guys I see how it is chowing down without me!" ::she said.:: "Ma first you leave me to fall off my bed and don't help then you don't even wait for me." she laughed.

"My...my..." Jimmy sputtered, glaring dangerously at the two women currently eating their ill-gotten gains. "MY DINNER!" He tossed the knife he'd been using to spread the butter on his bread into the sink. "Hi Amber," He said, nodding her before sighing, and moving off towards the bedroom.

::Amber looked around the kitcen, for taco sauce. Not the off brand stuff, but the Taco Bell kind.::

"Where in the world is it?" ::she asked searching through the cuboards.::

Delta arrived, smiling at the sight before her. She plopped down next to Amber and began making her own sub - with no cheese of course.

"I'm starved!" ALyssa announced, walking into the kitchen. She spotted Amber and Delta already making some snadwhiches. "Hey guys!" she greeted.

:Then she started making her own sandwhich.:

:::Amber gave up and instead grabbed a bag of Doritos and a can of Sprite from the fridge.::

"So delta how are you this fine big brothery day?" :: she asked munching on the Doritos.:: "Hey Alyssa."

Illy saunters into the kitchen, not realising a sock was on her head from when she fell over in the bedroom

"Ah sandwiches" she said grinning as she began to fill her bread with anchovies, peparami and brown sauce

::Amber watched as everyone else at sandwhiches.::

"You know you could have something else, I'm trying to avoid the dreaded sandwhich for as long as possible."

"I feel like having something sweet..." Alyssa said as she got up and searched the freezer. "AHA!" she pulled a jug of ice cream. "Anyone want some?" she asked, pulling out a spoon.

"YEAH!" ::Amber exclaimed.:: "I mean yeah please!"

:Alyssa laughed and gave Amber a big mound of ice cream: "There!" she said, happily, passing it over to her friend. She served herself a big mound as well (with sprinkles and choclate syrup) and dug in:

"Yum!!!!" she exclaimed, looking at Amber. "Oh, ow...brain freeze."

::Amber laughed.::

"I don't see how you could get a- OWWW! Brain Freeze!!!" ::she exclaimed.::

"That's how." Alyssa laughed. "It's too cold, I'm sticking mine in the microwave." she announced. She slipped it in and shut the door, pressing 1o sec into the number pad. Then se went to sit next to Amber. But, instead she punched into 10 minutes by mistake:

Illy sat down next to Dimples and Amby. She was just about to bite into her sandwich when she noticed smoke coming from the microwave

::Amber looked over at the microwave.::

"Oh my goodness!" :: she said laughing.::

"No...why?" she asked, Amber. Then she remeber. "MY ICE CREAM!!!!" she ran over to the microwave and pulled it open. She looked at her ice cream and carefully set it down on the counter. "It's all lumpy and hot!!! Ice cream is not supposed to be hot! Stupid microwave...it messed up my numbers!"

:she put her head down and cried:

::Amber hugged Alyssa.::

"Its okay," ::she said.:: "Don't worry other people will mess up."

::WL stepped into the kitchen to see Amber pulling burnt cookie dough ice cream from the microwave. Waving away the smell, WL giggled,

"Hey, that's a nice dish...I've never tried it before!"

:Grabbing a spoon, WL looks questioningly at everyone with dare in her eyes...who would dare to eat burnt ice cream with her?!?!

::Amber grabbed another her spoon from her empty ice cream bowl.::

"Serve me up some WL!"

Illy looked at her soggy sandwiches and then to the hot icecream mix. Grabbing a spoon from the side she grinned and said "Im in!"

::Amber was first to take a bite.::

"Eww!" ::she exclaimed.::"Thats worse then the burnt sugar, I want some more." ::she grinned.::

Knowing it wasnt poisoned, Illy dipped her spoon into the mixture and put it to her mouth.

"Actually thats not too bad...it just needs one little thing..."

Illy reached across the table and picked up the brown sauce and tipped it over the mixture. Dipping her spoon in again she grinned.

"perfect"

::Amber giggled.::

"I want my own personal touch!" ::she said as she grabbed taco sauce and poored it in.::

"ooh what about sprinkles?" Illy said as she grabbed the sprinkles pot and poured them in

"I draw the line at sprinkles," ::Amber said.:: "However steak sauce I don't mind."

skyla walked in and shook her head as she watched her mad housemates eating a big bowl of something that looked absolutely yukky.

"what on earth?" she said laughing

"Mum!!" ::Amber yelled.:: "Hi mum!"

Skyla ran over and hugged her daughter

"what are you eating?" she asked laughing

"Helloooooo everyone!" Elana called brightly as she skipped into the Kitchen in an extreemly good mood. "My, doesn't that just look- er- interesting?" she said, bending over and peering into the bowl. Grinning, she linked arms with Illy and started humming 'Annie Waits' (the most awesome Ben Folds song ever!!!!!)::

"lets see burnt ice cream, taco sauce and steak sauce," ::Amber replied.::

Skyla laughed again before waving to Elana.

Not fancying the mixture in the bowl, skyla made her way to the fridge in search of other food

"Theres Doritos on the counter!" ::Amber said.::

Dancing walked into the room to Grab some cookies, and saw Amber and Illy leaning over a wierd concoction of sorts.

"Two questions 1- What are you eating and 2- can I have some?" She laughed and sat down at the table.

::Lifey walked into the kitchen, grabbed a bag of mini marshmellows, chocolate syrup, carmel corn, chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter, and warm milk.::

::She took a bowl, carefully, combined the ingreadiants into a much, heated them together, grabbed a spoon, and smiled happily::

::Jenn walked into the kitchen and wrinkled her nose at the slightly burnt smell in the room. Looking at the clock, she decided to cook breakfast for everyone.::

"Okay, what do you all want to eat?" She asked as she conjured up an apron that said "Kiss the Cook....and you're Dead..." (lol)

"Is that going to ruin your appetite Lifey?" Jenn joked as she started piling eggs, bread, bacon, and muffins on the counter.::

::Lifey looked up::

"Hey jenn, nice apron!" ::Lifey laughed a little::

"and this happens to be my comfort food. It's very good. It' like a sugary mushyness.....of chocolate" ::Lifey smiled weakly::

"although i can save it for later, breakfast looks wonderful, do you need a hand?" :and lifey raised her wand to help::

"Jenn! That looks delicious," streams said excitedly. "I'm so hungry." ::Poking around in the cabinets to see what she could snack on till Jenn was finished cooking, she found a STILL CLOSED package of chocolate. "Wow, this is a miracle," she murmured, and quickly broke off half while hiding it behind her back.

"Anyone want chocolate?" she asked sweetly, holding up the rest.

"Jenn," Elana said with a giggle, "I just adore your apron! Wherever did you find it? Ewwww, you guys aren't honestly going to eat that....are you?"

::She gagged, turning away from their...creation.::

::The chocolate began melting in streams' grip, but she was reluctant to eat it.:: "I'm so hungry...but how do I know if it's poisoned or not?"

::Jenn chopped up some mushrooms and onions for her scrambled eggs.::

"Sure just stir that on the stove over there. It should be finished soon." She cut the onions like she saw the Iron Chefs do it on TV. "If only I could somehow get to be a judge on Iron Chef." She murmured to herself with a sigh.::

::Streams decided to keep a close eye on Jenn while she was cooking, reasoning that if she watched her every second it would be difficult for her to poison the food.::
