The Final Battle

skyla hid in the shadows. She didnt know if she was ready for the final battle and realised that it could go on for years. Her hand shook. She was too young to die, yet she knew she must help the DA and the Order get rid of voldemort for good

Dancing was nevous, jumping at every little noise and such. She saw a fellow member of the DA and hurried over to greet her.

"Skyla, I don't know if I'm ready for this." She whispered, hoping her voice didn't show to much fear.

Lynn walked over toward Skyla and Dani. She put on her best smile she could and looked brave. They were probably worried about being killed by the Death Eaters, she however was worried about being found out. However she didn't let it show.

"Hey Skyla, Dani." She said nodding toward them each.

::Lynn became aware of the fact that Zexion was listening, very quickly. Was he on to her? Did he know? As far as she knew he was neutral and that may have been the biggest threat of all, for now.::

Dani waved at Lynn she was nice even if she was always hanging out with some of the meanest people. "Hi Lynn," Dani asked. she was nervous and here they were having a normal conversation.

"So this is it," ::Lynn said letting out a nervous laugh. This was it, this could make her or break her. She knew were her loyailties lay and she knew what she had to do.::

Deciding he'd rather be with a group for this. Zexion walks over to the girls and stands with them

He mutters a little, "Hello", then goes back to be silent.

He then laughs

"I know this is a stupid question..But who are we waiting for?"

"An enemy, someone who we know is a deatheater, someone who wants to trick us." Dani said, under her breath. She wasn't ready for this so why was she here.

"Deatheaters...Those are Voldemorts servants, are they not?"

"Yes they are," ::Lynn replied smoothly not betraying her cover. She had made it this far no messing up now.::

"Yeah," Dani shrugged. "Evil and tricky they are."

Nods

"Right, I'm not to educated on what they do, and why it's wrong. Could you fill me in so I know what we're up against?"

::Lynn raised an eyebrow.:: "Excuse me but if I'm not mistaken you have let to take a side enlighten me on why I should tell you a thing?"

Dani glarred at Lynn, "Why nod tell him, he has a right to know," Then something clicked in Dani's mind. "You are one arn't you?"

"Are one what?" ::Lynn asked. Not showing any sign of how she was feeling.:: "Look I'm sorry if you don't trust me, but I don't want to give away any information that could have the enemy killing us right now!"

Raises a brow

"That way, I can know more about them. Perhaps their battle tactics and members. The more you know about the enemy the quicker you can form a plan. You also have the advantage when fighting."

"I would think that obvious?"

"Have you ever even seen what we are up against?" ::Lynn questioned.:: "A spy in the mist of them is killed within a matter of minutes, We've lost a few."

"No, I have not. That's why I'm asking /you/ for information."

Repeats what she said about the spy in the mist of them

"We've..Who's 'we'?"


Cocks a brow

"Are 'you' that spy?"

::Lynn rolled her eyes.:: "We as in OUR side. The side against Lord Voldemort. Whats wrong with you guys? Me a spy thats the funniest thing I've heard in a long time."

"Hmm..I don't know, I suppose you're just making yourself sound like one."

"A spy in the mist of 'THEM'"

"..Now that we have /that/ sorted out. Fill me in?"

::Lynn looked around. This was always tricky business as she couldn't give anything important away.:: "Deat Eaters serve an evil wizard. Named Lord Voldemort, you have heard of him haven't you?"

He nods

"Yes, that much I know."

"Anything else?"

"Oh, I'm Zexion..Just so you know."

::Lynn nodded.:: "They do his evil biddings, kill people, spy, etc."

"I'm Lynn."

Vale walks into the hall nonchalantly, his fingers crossed together behind his head. So bored. There's always so little to do when the halls are empty and everyone has their noses stuffed in books doing homework. As he hears the sound of voices, his spirits rise a little. "Good. Perhaps tonight won't be such a dull one." He thinks to himself.

He studies the group. A Ravenclaw, a Gryffindor, and a Slytherin. "How interesting, what's going on?" He wonders. Acting on curiousity like any other person would, he approches the group, not sure what's caused the bit of animosity in their voices.

"Hello Ladies and Gents" He says mockly, pretending to sound gentlemanly, "What are we all up to this evening?"

"Mhmm...?"

Pulls out a notebook and writes the information just givin to him

"Anything else, Lynn? Maybe battle tactics, If you know?"

Looks over to Vale

"Aren't you oblivious... Don't you know? Deatheaters are attacking Hogwarts, is what I've heard so far."

::Lynn shook her head.::

"None that I know of." ::she replied lying.::

He frowns a little at the short boy's mocking tone. " 'Course I knew that, shorty. I asked what you three were up to, not what's happening in the castle."

He didn't show the suprize on his face. He hadn't known death eaters were attacking. "No matter." He thought.

"Ehh... The death eaters are crazy to attack a school full of wizards."

"Ahh.."Glares up at him, for the "Shorty" remark

"We are..waiting for whatever is about to happen. I believe."

::Lynn sighed:: "I'm tired of waiting! This is insane."

Vale yawns. "Thanks Shorty."

He conciders Lynn's words for a minute. "Maybe it's all just a big rumor to spook people?"

::Lynn shook her head.:: "I don't think so who woudl do something like that?"

::She knew it wasn't a rumor because she knew the attack was suppose to happen tonight. It had been planned for a while.::

Crosses his arms.

"A joke? Doubtfully. No one would joke about Voldemorts servants attacking."

He laughs lightly, considering naming himself to do such an act. He decides not to though. "Yeah, you're right."

He yawns again, his already short patience beginning to wear thin. "Guess we haven't met yet. I'm Vale."

Cocks an eyebrow

"There isn't anything /funny/ about it."

Although he knows that he would make that sort of rumour if it was to his advantage.

"Zexion."

"Lynn," ::she replied tired of introductions. Unless these people were going to be very important any time soon then she didn't really see a point.::

A few more moments of silence, and it's all Vale wants to stay for.

"Well, uh, nice meeting you. I've got some other things to do."

He walks off in the direction of the Slytherin common room. "A few other things that would actually be worth my time." He thinks mootly.

Raises a brow

"Why..would you leave at the time like this?"

Rolls his eyes

"Lynn..Let me know if you see anything happen."
Leans up against a wall and pulls his book out.

Dani knew how Zexion felt at being called short. She was very close to go over and smack Vale for trying something like that in front of her.

"Vale," She called after him. "I know your secret," She kissed him on the cheek.

*Mila walked down the halls, her arms loaded with books. With the NEWTs coming up there was no way she could afford to skive off studying. The load seemed to be getting heavier with every step as she continued.*

"Stupify" Oddie yelled as she came flying down the hall pointing her wand in the other direction. As she turned around to continue on running she saw others. "RUN THIER COMING. THEY JUST TRYED TO KILL ME" she shouted at the top of her lungs.

Looks up from his, Finished book, putting it away.

Blinks at Dani and Vale

Gets up and stands, Leaning up against the wall

Dani blinked up at him she knew these mind games would break anyone especially someone who truely had something to hide. Turn her gaze to the floor she smiled shyly and stepped away.

odd ie runs down to the group of kids and grabs one of thier hands. "Didnt you hear me. Theyre coming run." she yelled as she tried to pull them along. They didnt belive her because so far they didnt see any but Oddie new that they were coming, soon.

He raises a brow..(Again) at Oddie's sudden outburst

"And where do you suppose we go? They'll find us. We should just stay in a big group."

"No theyre coming to kill. We must hide" she pleads. She thought that when she told others this that they would be running around in corcles trying to get away but Zexion had just remainded calm.

He nods

"I suppose you're right. No need to panic about it...Wouldn't you be safest in your Common Room?"

"I'll stay in the group and fight then let them kill us as we run." Dani said.

"Your right. I just wasnt thinking right. All i was doing was that i was just walking down the hall trying to get to my common room when they started to attack me. I just fled away too afriad to fight them myself. I think that there was three or four of them." Stephy says admiring thier bravery
