This is the post for the first match of the season, Slythering V Gryffindor.

Rules of the post:

Only slytherin and Gryffindor house quidditch teams may post in here (rpg only)
plus So_Yun - the commentator!

NO ONE ELSE!!

The posts can begin on Monday 6th March - NOT BEFORE
and will end on Friday 10th March - 5 days of rpg posting!

Let the match begin...

(Slytherin chaser)


Cute is watching kitty, waiting for a signial. She hears the bludgers coming towards her, though, and is able to fly out of the way in time.

Cursing under her breath, Cute screams at kitty to pass her the quaffle, when she sees a few Gryffs coming up behind Kitty...

gryffindor beater.

::WL whacks the bludger which was now directing at her back again at cute to shut her up from warning kitty, so that the chasers behind kitty now score successfully!::

(slytherin chaser)

Cute felt the impact of the bludger hit her squarly on the back. She was knocked forward and her head was thrown backward. Cute fell off the broom, but held on to the bottom.

"KITTY" She screamed, though she doubted anyone could hear her. The pain on her back cause her to have to whisper.

Now, Cute held on the broom, looking for a chance to get back on.

(G seeker)
::Pad see cute hanging. But he also sees a easy chance to get the snitch. he loks from the snitch to cute. Pad then desides what he needs to do. He flew down to cute and pulled her up. Then Pad gos flying after the snitch::

(Slytherin Keeper)

::Preparing to toss the quaffle back into play she sees cute_polka_dot:::

"Here, catch Cute!" ::Kitty shouts throwing it to her::

::::She watches as it lands safely in Cute's hands.:::

"Score us a goal, CUTE!" :::She yells loudly encouraging Cute as she points towards the Gryffindor goal.

slytherin beater

:Snape manages too get hold of the bludger. Glancing aroun him he notices cute_polka_dot making her way towards the gryffindor posts, two grfindors trailing her.::

"Ive got your back cute_polka_dot"

::Snape hits the bludger towards the nearest gryffindor to cute_polka_dot in hope of giving her a clear path to the goals::

::Gryffindor chaser::


::Moony flies swiftly towards the hoops, quaffle in tow before hitting it strongly towards the middle hoop::

Gryffindor Beater.

::WaterLily sees that pad has saved cute and smiles at the 'cuteness' of it all (lol). But then she sees the budger that is heading for moony and yells at duck to see if she can get it. Lily is too far away, but flies as hard as she can to get it if duck doesn't hear::

(G seeker)
::Pad zooms towards the snitch. It is right in front of him. He blinks and the snitch is gone. Then he trys to help other Gryffindors bye chanting "gryffindor! gryffindor!we can beat all the scores!gryffindor! gryffindor!shout again if you want more!"::

Gryffindor Chaser

::Moony was just about to hit the quaffle towards the hoops when the bludger hit her in the nape of her back, throwing her forwards and off her broom. As she fell towards the ground, she could see the quaffle head towards the hoops. She hoped only two things, the quaffle would make it through the hoop and that the ground didnt hurt too much!::

(G seeker)
::Pad roles his eyes. "Man i am to nice." He left the snitch and flew over to moony. He then grabbed him bye the robes and puled him back up to his broom. then he looks around for the snitch::

gryffindor chaser

"Thank you padfoot" ::Moony said grinning as he wiped sweat from his forehead. She noticed that the quaffle had made it through the right hoop:: "Wow" ::She thought before flying back into the air, watching intently for those bludgers::

Gryffindor beater.

::WL can sense the atmosphere, she can tell that the match is reaching its climax and puts on a burst of strength to try and winn the game, hitting bludgers even more ferociously, even though her arms were aching from the pain.::

"GO GRYFFINDOR!!!" she cried as she whacked a bludger towards the sytherin seeker as he dived to the ground. Hopefully pad would be able to tell if it was a feint but she hit the ball anyway. It was a close shave...the bludger veered of course after a second and nearly hit the stands...thank god WL wasn't accused of fouling!::

(Slytherin Keeper)

::Able to block Gryffindor from scoring 4 more times by performing her corkscrew move along with the perfectly executed double eight loop, she shows her Slytherin pride::

::Noticing as she is circling back around, she sees the quaffle once again this time heading towards the middle ringed hoop. She zooms over in a burst of speed and extends her arm and leg performing the Starfish and Stick move to block the quaffle and it bounces back into play.::

::But suddenly the leg around her broom slips off and she nearly loses her balance.Luckily though, her fast reflexes save her.:::

::Slightly shaken she recomposes herself and prepares to defend the hoops again. Watching the quaffle and ready to block it:::

(Gryffindor Beater)

::Duck sees that a Slytherin Chaser is getting too close to their goal, and so performs the difficult bludger backbeat move, sending the bludger behind her::

"Come on Gryffindor! We can do it!" ::she shouted, hoping to send inspiration to the players::

::Duck then flew a little higher and looked for what was going to happen next in the game::

(Slytherin Keeper)


::Kitty was watching the quaffle being passed back and forth from one team to the other and back and forth. The intensity of the game continued on.:::


"Come on Slytherin!!" ::she shouted her eyes never leaving the quaffle this time:::

Cute flys towards the quaffle. She's open...

(Gryffindor Chaser)

Rip zooms up from underneath Cute and snatches the Quaffle from her unsuspecting hands. Afeter hearing a cry of annoyance from Cute, dodges past her and races towards Moony. But Rip did not see the Bludger careering towards her.....

(Gryffindor Beater)

::From her birdseye view of the game, Duck sees a bludger heading towards Rip. Duck leans forward on her broom, zooming towards the black ball.::

"Rip, watch out!" ::she yelled, before reaching the bludger and whacking it out the way of her sister::

(Thank goodness)::she thought:: (we can't afford to lose a chaser! Now if only Padfoot would catch the snitch...)

Gryffindor Beater.

::WL clutches her face with her nails, breathing a sigh of relief as duck bats away the bludger from rip.::

(Phew! I could never have got there in time!)

::She flies off to intercept another bludger and absentmindedly wonders how pad will catch the snitch...she hoped desperately that Gryffindor would win the match...they had been practising so hard!::

(G seeker)

::Pad see the snitch. He reaches out his hand to grab it. But a bludger its his elboe. He opens his mouth in pain. The snitch flys in his moth. He He spit it out into his hand. He relises he had just won hte game!::

(LOL almost like Harry in the first movie!!!)
