Subject: Round Three: Team One vs Team Two Thu Jan 18 2007, 13:17

Welcome to the third round of the dueling tournament!!

The rules are as follows:

1) You can post an unlimited number of times within the duel
2) You may use created spells or spells from the book to either attack or defend.
3) This duel will remain open for a week only.
4) Scores will be updated regularly.
5) The setting is a dense forest, very little sun and it’s raining. Use your surroundings and seek out your opponents!
6) ONLY the people listed on the thread can post in this duel.
7) There is no order for posting. But keep in mind no double posting is allowed!

There are 20 people in the duel now!!

With that said – Let the battle begin!!

Team 1

::Jenn entered the forest with a hesitant step. Peering around her, she noticed that the other duelers haven't appeared yet. Taking precautions, Jenn slid her wand out of her pocket and pointed it at herself. "Protego Ebullio. Non Promptus." [not visible shield bubble in Latin] Now that she was shielded and invisible, she let out a deep breath and took a closer look at her surroundings. Noting the closeness of the trees, Jenn placed a noise creater spell around various trees. "Sonitus Partum." [noise create in Latin] This created noise around every corner that would be sure to deceive the other duelers in thinking there was somebody there.::

::Noting the light mist of rain in the forest, Jenn muttered another spell, "Confundo Rutilus Mico." [mix with golden sparkles] This made every drop of water be mixed with that mysterious golden sparkles that levitated the person making them an easy target. As the sun wasn't shining very bright, the tiny golden sparkles wouldn't be noticed until it was too late. In order for her teammates would be forewarned about her defensive spells, Jenn created a team thought spell on herself. "Humus Sententia." She then send out a thought for each of her teammates to perform a shield bubble spell on themselves before they entered the forest, which was the only spell that could protect them from the rain. Not to mention keep them nice and dry. Hearing footsteps approaching, Jenn ducked behind a large tree as she waited for them to enter the forest.::

(TEAM TWO)

::Well THIS sure is annoying, thought Elana as she brushed another low tree branch out of her way. It was raining hard and there was little to no sun lighting her way through the forest. Add that to the fact that she was dueling against a few of her good friends and you can see why Elana wasn’t looking forward to the day. Before she got any farther, she decided that it was time to do a bit of protection for herself. Elana stopped, her back to an old oak, and raised her wand.::

“الصدمة الكهربائية. (electric shock),” she whispered, wand pointed at her chest. How this spell worked was that if anyone were to touch her, a powerful shock would run through them. Smiling to herself as she felt a light current of electricity run through her that told her that the spell was working, Elana continued with her protection.::

“حماية البصر. (sight protection),” she said, waving her wand in front of her closed eyes. With this spell she would be able to see through anything her opponents might throw at her and her team, or nature being unhelpful- trying to blind her, a spell of darkness or perhaps a cloud shielding their view of anything…it would prove useful, and already was. Her smile growing, Elana popped open her emerald green eyes and looked around herself. Now this is much better. There was no more dark shadowy areas of the forest, everything was lit with a pale natural looking light.::

“تجاهل مطرا. (ignore rain),” she said. Since it was raining pretty hard and she didn’t want to be chilled to the bone, this spell made the water falling from the sky stop an inch or so above her skin and fall straight to the ground.::

::And last but least…for now. She raised her wand again and as she moved her wand around her body she said, “حمى جسمي حمى عقلي مع جليد مع نار) (protect my body with fire, protect my mind with ice).” This spell did exactly as it said. It was a just shield charm but much more specific than most. When someone threw a spell at her, it would be met with a thick invisible barrier of fire. And when someone tried to get into her mind, erase her memory, anything of that nature, they would be stopped with a barrier of hard, cold ice. More confident but still nervous, Elana began making her way deeper into the forest.::

::Hope I haven’t missed anything. As she neared the section of the forest where they would be dueling, Elana began to hear footsteps, rustling of bushes...more than one person had already arrived, Elana only hoped at least someone was on her side. She took a big breath and slowly exhaled, calming herself. Time to get in there. Now only if her feet were thinking along the same lines. But unfortunately they thought that it would be much better back in Ravenclaw Tower. Ignoring the feeling of foreboding she was getting from this place, Elana stepped into the dueling area and quirked a brow. It was empty, but hadn’t she heard noises that could have come from at least five duelers?! It couldn’t be empty, someone had to have put that noise making spell on the place. Elana looked around, eyes narrowed. Before long, she heard something that she didn’t think could have come from the noise creaters- someone shifting their position from behind a tree by the sound of it. A small smirk playing along her lips, Elana turned and looked towards where she had heard the noise come from. She raised her wand and muttered, “الشجرة من التهب (tree of flame).” The tree suddenly burst into flame. It wasn’t real of course, the tree would be fine. But the flames licking at its bark felt like the real thing. Elana knew she wouldn’t have to wait long before the opponent behind the tree came out into view. She took a step closer to the tree, hexes, curses and spells rushing through her mind to help her win this duel.::

[Team 1]

Lily caustiously stepped into the dense forest where the next round would be taking place. All her senses were on alert at the moment. A dueler from the other team could be just around the corner. For this duel she had left her school robes back in her dorm for safe keeping. She opted for sneakers, jeans and a comfortable sweatshirt while her long chocolate brown locks were tied up high into a pony tail. Lips would be in a straight line as chocolate hues would adjust to the dim light of the forest. In was raining - hard. Something would need to be done about all this - she could hear the screams of spells in the distance. Nodding in determination she raised her wand whispering softly. 'Misceo!' [Blend!]

The simple spell would allow her to blend in with her surroundings where ever she walked much like a chameleon would. A handy little spell. The rain water would start to soak her clothes - this would not do at all. 'Unda reus!' [Water bounce!] Any drop of rain water would simply repel from her as she walked through the forest - that way she wouldn't get wet. A small smile could be seen. It was now time to protect herself defensively. 'Tutela Contego!' [Protective Shield] Her invisible shield would rise - she had to concentrate long and hard so that it would gain strength and last longer. Minor spells wouldn't stand a chance against it.

Now it would be time to cover her tracks - literally. 'Haud Vestigium!' [No Trace!] Her foot prints wouldn't be left in the mud as she walked - it was almost as if she were invisible. Lily took a few steps further into the forest without leaving tracks behind. What was the best way to get a better view of the forest without being seen? Her gaze would shift up to the branches of the tall trees and she would smile wickedly. 'Hunnam insulto!' Her wand had been pointed to her shoes.

Rubbing her hands together she would leap up on top of the branch of a tree. Looking out she would hop from one tree branch to the next with agility and speed of the bunny. She was heading towards the area where she had heard spells being shouted from. From up high she couldn't see very clearly so she would now raise her wand to her eyes. 'Bird Oculus Visum!' [Bird Eye View!] Her sight sharpen remarkably and she could see the ground down below very clearly - Jenn and Elana were near each other.

Well it looks like it's time for me to join the party. It was time for her to take an offensive role in this duel. Pointing her wand towards the trees she whispered. 'Alacritas nemus!' [Animate Trees!] And with a flick of her wand the trees would come to life at her call. At her command they would smash there branches down towards Elana trying to capture her in their grasp. Hopefully they wouldn't see her up top - mostly likely they wouldn't. After all she had set very carefully thought out spells.

(TEAM TWO)

::Elana took another step closer to the flaming tree to peer behind it and see who was there. But then all of a sudden something lashed towards her from behind! Elana took a startled jump to the side and ducked, eyes wide and focusing on trying to keep all of the tree’s branches in her sight. The TREES were against her for goodness sake! Either it was the same person that made the noise that made them lunge at her or another had entered. Elana, crouched down, ran as quickly as she could away from the tree until she was too far away for its branches to reach her.::

“كان ساكنة (be still)!” she cried, pointing her wand at the tree. It stopped as fast as it had begun, branches that had been trying to reach her still stretched out. Breathing heavily and heart beating madly in her chest, Elana wasn’t going to have time to rest. For once she had stopped the first tree, the ones she was nearest to began to close in on her. Elana backed up frantically looking for a clearing of some sort to escape to while she used the same spell on these new trees. But it seemed that whoever was commanding them wasn’t going to give up so easily, and once they were still for a moment they burst back to life. So soon into the battle and already she was trapped? It couldn’t be true and yet it was. But she wasn’t going to go down without a fight, and if she was going down she was bringing someone else with her. And so every time she cast the immobilizing spell on a tree she sent another along with it- “اأنكب إلى حجر. (turn to stone)” –in hopes that whoever was controlling them would be hit and tumble to the ground as a statue.::

::Elana kept backing up, sending spell after spell at the murderous trees, but as was her luck and klutzy ways, tripped over a log before long. She landed on her back, the wind knocked out of her, and before she knew it a branch had wound itself around her legs, another around her middle, and she was trapped.::

::Not good, not good, not good- A little help would be nice -WHERE IS MY TEAM?!::

::Dancing hesitently pushed open the dueling hall door, just in time to dodge one of Elana's many spells. She swore and pulled out her wand, "Protago," she pointed her wand at herself.

::She ran in the rest of the way to see Elana surrounded by trees and Jenn and Lily with their wands out, she swore again, and pointed her wand at them, Levicorpus she thought toward Jenn and watched her being lifted into the air. Now to help Lana "Incindio!" She yelled pointing her wand at the trees and watched them burst into flames, she smiled and watched them burn into ashes in seconds. Turning back to the fight she faced Lily, thinking hard about her next spell

(TEAM TWO)

::Oh my god- FIRE!!! Elana jumped up and shouted, "دمر اللهب. (destroy the flames)!" The clothes she was wearing had caught on fire thanks to Dancing's help, but no harm done- well, only a little singed in places -luckily she had acted quickly enough. "الماء يندفع. (rushing water)," and waved her wand at the trees ashes. Their ashes stopped smoldering and Elana sprinted out towards Jenn who was hanging upside down by an ankle.::

"Hey Jenn," said Elana, smiling up at her. She muttered the counter-curse and Jenn fell...this wasn't going to be a fun duel. "Sorry, dear," said Elana apologetically as she pointed her wand at her friend. "الجدار الأرض. (walls of earth)"

::Jenn was immediatly trapped by thick walls of earth that had sprung up around her. Elana quickly placed an invisible barrier at the opening, "اعترض القمة. (block the top)," and looked around for a place to hide for a moment. Seeing that they were in a forest, it wasn't that difficult...though she would have a lasting fear of trees and they were the only things to hide behind. Elana steeled herself and ducked behind one to add another spell to her defenses.::

"ساعد إنفعالاتي من اللاإرادة. (help my reflexes)," she whispered, wand pointed at her body. Hopefully that would help knock the clumsiness of her nature out for a while and help her stay on her feet for the rest of the duel.::

(TEAM TWO)

Holly dashed down the hall towards her duel. She couldn't believe she was late! Pushing open the large double doors in which her duel was held--she came to an abrupt halt. A thick forest of trees were in the room. It was dark and she couldn't see a thing.She slowly pulled out her wand and muttered "Lumos" and walked through the thicket of trees, careful not to get her robe stuck.

It was then she came upon a clearing. Four thick walls of earht seemed to be closed around someone. As she took out her wand, she heard someone call out to her. Holly looked around and saw Elana, hiding behind one of the trees. "Come here." she beckoned, frantically.

Holly glanced back at the four walls of earth and ducked back into the thicket of trees to where Elana was hiding.

::Elana sighed with relief as Holly crept over to her. "Thank goodness you're here. Alright, I don't think anyone has seen you yet and Jenn must be getting ready to bust out of there," she whispered, nodding her head back towards the walls, "so you have the advantage. We're both going to run out at the same time to surprise them and help Dancing with Lily, ok?"

::Seeing Holly nod in response, Elana risked a glance at the others. Jenn was still contained and Dancing and Lily hadn’t sent any spells at each other yet. Very good timing for her fellow Raven to show up, very good.::

“Now!” she said, jumping out from behind the tree. Elana pointed her wand at Lily’s feet and cried, “أقدام إلى جذور (feet be still)!” Lily was now rooted to the spot, able to move all of herself but her feet. Elana turned to where she had trapped Jenn and muttered, “قسى دفاعك. (harden your defense).” This would make Jenn unable to just simply break a hole in the earth walls.::

::Amy walked into the forest, aware that she was slightly late, and looked around for her teammates. Not seeing anything through the pouring rain, she decided to climb a tree to get a better viewpoint.

Cursing as she slipped on the wet bark, she scrambled up the tree to the lowest branch, and looked around the clearing where the duel was taking place.

She noted that Jenn was entrapped in walls of mud, something that Elana and Holly must have done. She decided to help ensure that Jenn wouldn't escape, by casting a spell of her own.

"Fée mortelle!" (deadly fairy) She called, and a ring of malicious looking fairies sprang from the ground, dancing in a circle around the mud hut which contained Jenn. They were tall, and green, and had iridescent wings, and from a distance you could almost think they were beautiful.

Up close however, they had evil faces, malevolent grins and teeth as sharp as razors. Jenn wouldn't be able to escape them.

Grinning, Amy decided not to move from her position in the tree just yet, and waited to see what her opponents would do next.

Lily didn't understand how Dancing or Elana would be able to see with her blend spell still up. Pushing the thought aside she would be rooted to the ground somehow. Well there's only one way to deal with being "rooted." Reaching for her wand she pointed towards her feet. "Tumultus!" [Uproot] And once more her feet was free from their hold. Smirking she new exactly what she was going to do. Looking around at the ashes - no trees around she had to shake her head. All that life just dead. Now it was time to play offensive! Wand still pointed at her feet she shouted. "Vesica!" [Blades] Blades appeared at the bottoms of her shoes. Ice skates. But why would she need those? That was the question.

"Jenn get ready!"

Pointing her wand at herself she shouted. "Somes Tepidus!" [Body Warmth] Her body would stay warm throughout whateve temperature. Turning her wand towards the floor at Elana, Brunette, Amy and Dancing she shouted. "Glacies Ovis!" [Ice sheet!] The ground below their feet turned to a pure sheet of ice. She would skate her way around them - hopefully they would have been caught off-guard and slip around the ice. That smirk would linger - but she wasn't done just yet. Pointing her wand to the sky: "Glacies Tempestas!" [Snow Storm!] And from the sky snow would fall and the wind would pick up. The temperature would drop drastically. Pointing her wand to the four girls she would perform one last spell. "Glacies Partis!" [Ice Shards!] And ice shards would burst out of the tip of her wand towards him. One after the other.

"Had enough yet?!?"

Team 1

::Jenn was trapped in her dirt box (thanks Elana :D) and no matter what spell she cast, she was unable to dig herself out. Thinking quickly, She muttered a quick spell for some help. "Sive bestia niffler!" [summon beasts in Latin] Six nifflers erupted from the tip of her wand and started to dig through the dirt. Emerging from the hole the nifflers created, Jenn pointed her wand at the other team. 'Occulto argentum!" [cover silver substance in Latin] This caused the nifflers to attack the other team all over their bodies.::

::Glancing around, Jenn took a step back as she noticed that she was surrounded by the strangest evil fairies she has ever seen. She jumped as one growled and bared its green sharp teeth at her. Jenn chanted "Gravis pondus." [Heavy weight in Latin] and flicked her wand twice. Her body became very heavy as she flick a fierce wind to blow the fairies straight at Elana and Dancing.::

::Jenn grinned as she conjured up some ice skates and skated over to Lily still shooting ice shards at the other team. Pointinh her wand at the ground, she muttered with a flick of her wrist. "Unda burst." [water burst in Latin] This caused the ice ground to burst open and shoot freezing cold water at people in unsuspecting various areas.::

::Holly gasped in surprise as she felt herself sliding. She grabbed onto Amy for support, but they all four of them ended up falling on what looked like ice. She glanced around and slid out the way, when a ice shard came speeding towards her.::

I could kill Lily for doing this... she thought as she tried to stand. Two can play this game

::Holly shivered, feeling the temperature change almost instantly. She took out her wand and shouted, "bouclier" (Shiled) A large invisble shield was put up around the ice rink, eliminating the snow blizzard outside of it. She pointed at her feet, dodging anoither ice shard from lily. 'lames' (blades) Like Lily had done, blades appeared at the bottom of her shoes. She stood up and skated past her teamates, muttering the same spell so their shoes turned to ices skates.::

"Expelliramus!" she shouted, causing Lily's wand to fly out her hand. "se lie" (binds) Lily fell to the ground as she struggled against the binds that held her together.

"Stupefy!" she turned on Jenn, who was skating towards her. She dodged it.

::Holly cursed under her breath as she glided backwards. She was concentrating so hard that she didn't see what was behind her. Holly was thrown forward to the icy ground as a burst of water blasted up from the ground.::

Amy was still sitting in the tree, watching Jenn trying to escape her mud hut, when all of a sudden she found herself on the ice, with Holly grabbing onto her for support.

How did that happen? She wondered, and looked around trying to think of a way out of this predicament. She didn't have to think long, because Holly conjured a pair of ice skates onto everyone's feet.

Pushing off and skating in the opposite direction from the rest of the duellers, she reached the edge of the icy puddle and stopped, changing her ice skates back into regular shoes. She watched in horror as Holly fell over and as an icy plume of water burst forth from the ground.

Lifting her wand, she whispered "glacial!" (icy). The fountain of water froze, although Holly became trapped inside it.

"Darn," she muttered, and quickly sent another spell "désagrégez" (disintegrate), and the ice plume began to shatter, freeing Holly in the process.

"Sorry!" Amy called to her teammate, and sent a shot of flame-resistant bluebell flames at her to help her warm up.

The icy tower of watter was still cracking and crumbling, and Amy grinned as she saw the chunks begin to rain down on the members of team one.

[Team One]

Her wand had flown right out of her hands but before she knew it she lost her balance when she was binded by Holly - now they were trapped inside a bubble shield. Chocolate brown eyes spotted a sharp ice shard how too far away. Smirking she tried to wiggle her way over there. Finally she made her way over - tired but she made it. Try to sit up she tried to cut the binds on her hands. Moments later she cut through and she removed the rest herself. Now to get her wand - it was on the other side and she skated her way past all the termoil and picked it up.

"Yes! Now time to take care of this..."

Glad to have her wand back she pointed it towards the floor - her next plan coming into mind. "Rumpus!" [Shatter!] The ice below their feet shattered into pieces big and small of all shapes and sizes. Keeping her wand trained she shouted another two spells. "Orior! Volubilis!" [Rise! Revolve!] The ice pieces would rise from the ground and revolved in circles - aiming for the other team members. It was amusing watching them try to escape - still wearing the ice skates - speaking of which: "Aufero!" [Remove!] The blades on her shoes disappeared and they rested on the ground where she could easily walk. One more spell would do it! "Validus Ventus" [Strong wind!] And the wind would pick up and blow hard at the crowds. She hid behind behind a rather large rock so she wouldn't get blown away.

From her vantage point on the other side of the icy lake, Amy watched as Lily began to shatter its ice.

She then had to hurriedly grab onto the branch of the nearest tree, as a strong wind took up and began to envelop everything in a strong force - includind the shards of ice.

Amy blanched as a particularly sharp looking shard hurtled towards her, and she ducked and rolled out of the way just in time.

After a little while, the windstorm calmed down, the shards of ice coming to rest on the floor of the forest. Amy then whispered 'incendio', which sent flames across the rest of the ice, melting it and leaving the forest floor clear, although slightly soggy.

Making use of the sogginess, Amy murmured 'sable mouvant' (quicksand), and the boggy ground began to sink away beneath the members of team one's feet.

(TEAM TWO)

::Well things had surely taken a quick turn to the worse. As Lily's first spells came at them Elana became even more glad at the defenses she had made before and during the duel. Sure, the ice was slippery, but Holly soon had them all skating on ice skates. The snow storm was also not a problem, seeing that she had placed a spell over her eyes to make her able to see through all kinds of weather. And as for the ice shards Lily threw at their team didn't hit her, instead they melted as they connected with her shield.::

::But then of course Jenn had to escape and spray them with ice cold water. As the water rushed towards her Elana squeezed her eyes shut, hoping that her shield and water repelling spell would still be intact after what they had been through already. The result was that she did get sprayed with the water and was chilled to the bone, but it wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been.::

::Of course, it couldn't just stop there. Holly got Lily's wand, but unfortunately that only lasted a moment. And Amy accidentally encased Holly in ice, but that didn't last long either. And then Lily had to go get rid of the ice just when Elana was getting used to skating. Elana sighed and glanced at the head of her house as she fell on her bottom as the ice disappeared. Lily was grinning a very evil grin and had soon conjured up a tremendous wind that 1) blew away the pixies but, 2) would be very hard to avoid.::

::Amy easily got rid of the ice shards racing towards them and turned the area to quicksand. Eana scooted over to a nearby tree (scared of it but not nearly as much as she was of her opponents), put one arm around it and with her wand hand made the skates at the bottoms of her shoes go away, "اختف. (disappear)," and added weight to them to help her not get blown away, "صنع أثقل (make heavier)."

::That done she tightened her hold on the tree, her forehead against it as she thought of what had to be done. First to get rid of that wind.::

"بث كان ساكنة (air be still," she shouted, though her words were blown away by the wind. Soon after, it lessened immensely and Elana gladly released the tree from the death hold she had had it in. She stood up, legs shaking and head dizzy from everything that had happened so quickly and put a hand on the tree to steady herself. After a few moments the dizziness went away and she found herself glaring at the rock Lily had hid herself behind.::

"سخن بسرعة (heat quickly)," she said, pointing her wand at the rock. She smiled, very satisfied, as she saw it change from dark gray to red hot in seconds as it slowly was sinking into the quicksand. And now where had Jenn run off too?::

[Team One]

The wind she had cast died down. And the quicksand was starting to sink them. She would need to think fast. How would she get out of this? That was it! "Accio Firebolt!" She concentrated hard - and soon she heard her Firebolt zooming towards her. She waited - and there it was just in reach.

"Come here!"

Lily grabbed onto the handle of her broom and she was taken away. The mud on her pants caused a bit of weight on her. But she was able to pull herself onto the handle of her broom. With her bird eye sight she was able to see all of them down there - getting stuck by the quicksand - expect Amy - obviously not effected by the spell she cast on her own. Time to turn things around with the wand pointed at the floor: "Firmus!" [Solid!] And the floor would still and grow solid once more but now their feet would be stuck in the solid ground - including her own team mates.

"Oops?"

Flying down to Jenn she smiled apoligetically at her.

"Sorry Jenn!"

"Incidere!" [Cut!] She made slashing movements on the floor and cut her feet free. Jenn would be able to take care of herself. Now it was time to send another spell. "Malum Hunnam Videor! Tentatio!" [Evil Bunnies Appear! Attack!] Evil bunnies would pop out from all around and attack Brunette, Amy, Elana and Dancing! She couldn't help but chuckle as she flew away - high up into the sky.

(TEAM TWO)

::Evil bunnies? Wow...Well, that's different, thought Elana as a few popped out near her- WHERE WERE HER FEET?!::

"Come- back- here!" yelled Elana to the sky between trying to get the bunnies away from her and freeing her feet. "تجمد. (freeze)!" The bunnies were still then and she was able to focus her attention to getting her feet out of the hardened quicksand. "الجرح. (cut)," Elana said and with her wand traced around where her feet should be and was soon able to pull them out, clear them of the remaining muck and stand on top of it. Still not knowing where Jenn was, Elana instead turned to the sky, pointed her wand up and shouted, "عاصفة البرق. (lightning storm)."

::The sky overhead darkened, thunder roared and most importantly lightning came. Grinning, Elana shielded her team and herself with a spell, "الوقاية من كهرباء (protect from electricity)," just in case Lily decided to try to turn the lightning against them.::

[Team One]

The lightening storm came quick she had to think quick - her clothes were wet and she was prone to being hit - high up on her broom. Pointing her wand to her hand she thought hard: "Sive virga!" [Conjure Rod] A metal rod with a wooden handle showed up in her hand. Raising it up to the sky the lightening would strike the rod and not her. When it was safe she raised her wand to the sky: "Clouds Effrego Absentis!" [Clouds Break Away!] And just as fast as the storm came - it went - all the clouds dispersed and they were left with sunshine. Time to throw them off:

"Jenn cover your eyes!"

"Crinis caecus!" [Sun rays Blind!] Looking away from the sun she would shield her eyes as a blinding light shone down on the ground - blinding those that were looking up towards her. Now that they were off their ground she would take advantage of this: "Humus Infirmo!" [Ground shake!] Like an earthquake the ground would tremble below their feet and she would be safely up in the air - away from it hovering. Concentrating - she thought of the sky and she blended in with it - unseen flying to a new spot.

(TEAM TWO)

::Holly looked incrediously at Amy after she had encased her in case. She shook her head smiling and waved to her in an okay fashion. It was then that the evil bunnies appeared, trying to climb onto her. Luckily, it was easily fixed when Elana froze them all.::

Why didn't I think of that? she said, as she shook off the bunnies. Holly glanced up as rain pelted down from the sky. A figure was in the sky, zooming around. It was Lily and just as Holly went to take out her wand, the storm stopped and was replaced with shining rays.::

"Ah..." Holly muttered, looking quickly away. It was then that the ground beneath her began to shake violently. She fell to the ground and felt for her wand. Once Holly had found the location of her wand, she pointed it to the ground. ''toujours'' (still) The she sat up and still with her eyes closed, pointed her wand in the direction of the sun. ''couvrir de nuages'' (Cloud Over)

::Holly thought for moment as she stared up at the sky wondering what to do. Then she came up with idea. Her teammates would hate her for this, but it was the only thing she could think of to find lily up in the sky. She pointed her wand up at the air and yelled out. "pluie peinture rouge' (Rain Red Paint) Red paint splattered onto the ground. Holly pointed her wand at her face and muttered. "visage de bouclier"(shiled face) It was to keep her face from getting splattered.::

::Holly saw Lily, who was getting splattered with red paint. Smilin g Holly pointed her wand and conjured a bludger. She also put a spell so that it could track Lily's broom. She conjured a bat and hit the bludger towards Lily.::
