2ND ROUND TEAM DUELS Team A .V. Team B

2nd round duels - instructions tells you which teams you are in. Please ONLY team members post here.

Please put your team in brackets on EVERY post!

This will last 5 days and each person will duel for their side in as many posts as they can (no double posting!)

This duel can be both known spells and made up ones, remembering to put in brackets what the made up ones do!

Points will be awarded for both the individual and also team work!

(Team A)

::Snape strode silently to the duelling platform, his wand held tightly in his hand as he awaited the arrival of the rest of his team, loking forward to beating the other team. He had some tricks up his sleeve and was keen to use them!::

"Protego maximus"

::Better to be safe than sorry::

(Team A )

Through the shrouds of darkness Fated slowly steps out, approaching the dueling area with caution. Seeing the first of his comrades; he bows slightly to Snape. Then his glistening blue eyes shift to the opponent group gathered across the other side. His hand sliding into the pocket of his robes; he slides out his perfectly crafted yew wand that happens to contain the heartstrings of three dragon species.
The moment is tense and he knows that the battle will be rough.
With two swishes of his wand he murmurs the words "Amplus (means large in Latin) Contego!" (shield) to protect his team mates. he knows that this will be a group effort.
With a slight smirk, he watches as his other team mates arrive.~~

(Team A)

Stealth arrives at the appointed place. He acknowledges his team mates with a grin and a small wave of the hand. He feels incumbered by his robe, so he sheds it to reveal the black ninja costume underneath. He draws his evil looking matt black wand from its concealed sheath and takes up a defensive position near Fated, ensuring that he is protected by the communal shield.

His eyes seek out the opposition, trying to discern, by their positioning, the form which a possible attack might take.

(Team A)

~Fated nods to his team mates then takes a step forward, his eyes shifting slightly to the girl in the tutu. After a good few minutes of laughing he recomposes himself and an evil smirk crosses his face.~
"Our first victim" ~he sneers with a low dark tone to his voice.
He gives a flick of his wand "Levicorpus!" he says lazily as he watches herby turn upside down and dangle there.
He laughs then swishes his wand into a cursive 'L' movement.~summoning a strong wind that blows her back and forth as she dangles there by her ankles.
~He is merely toying with her for the moment.~~

(Team A)


~Fated watches with a wicked grin as the pillows attacks herby. Taking a cocky stance, Fated lifts his wand, lightly kisses the side of it then smirks at herby.
To perform his spell properly, he steps forward giving his arm the ability to execute the proper arm and wrist movements.
"venenifer rutilis ooze!!!"(poisonous red ooze) he shouts pointing his wand at the area above herby and her whole team.
Red ooze begins to descened down towards the unsuspection group.
Fated has once again pulled out his dirty tricks and smiles wickedly.~~

(Team A)

Stealth decides to back up his team mate's play. He steps forward and points his wand.

"Fiero firmus!"

This is the solidifying spell. The dangerous red ooze becomes even more glutinous and then solidifes around the opposing team.

To add insult to injury.... Stealth remembers an old spell taught to him by an ancient Swedish troll...

"åska och blixtrande!" (Thunder and lightning!)

A localised electrical storm forms in the air above Team B. Lightning cracks and forks down, somehow managing to scorch their ooze covered backsides. A thick black cloud forms and torrential rain descends on them.

Poor Herby's precious tutu starts to look a little wilted.

What a shame.

(Team A)

::WL grins inwardly at her teams antics. It was all great! She had time and cover to get behind the line of team b members under cover of a dissillusionment charm.

Once behind them, the whispered a hex that she had learnt from a joke book from Zonko's.

She spelled them all so that if they tried to perform either the protego or the stupefy spells, they would turn into iguanas or huge mounds of cowpat respectively. The spell would only wear off when the duel ended or WL deemed that they had suffered enough. Or maybe she would just conveniently forget about the hex!!

She cast a quick protego around herslf and did a somersault over their heads, screaming "Aguamenti Ananas!" so that each and everyone of them were drenched in pineapple juice.

She then stepped over the solidified lava lumps and gave stealth bhaiya a high five.

They had succeeded in their plan...now to execute the next one!!!::

(Team A)

(Hmmm. I see herby doesn't know where i am from! I am from a little seaside town called BOMBAY!!! Fish come to my door everyday! Lucky my grandma taught me that spell...)

"Maase Jaao!" [fish go away]. They fish dissappear before they even hit the floor apart from one little one that falles on her face while the rest of her teammates duck. WL picked up the fish, skinned it, cooked it and ate it.

(Mmmm. Nice choice of fish...though i would have preferred if this fish wasn't of the endagered variety.)

::WL transformed a few peices of gravel into huge boulders and levitated them high up. Everyone was watching avidly and no-one moved.

"Wingardium Bludger!" she spelled the boulders to act like bludgers and then put a shield up in front of herself and each of her spread out teammates to watch the fun.

(Who said Gryffindors couldn't be a bit evil during duels?!)

(Team A)

::Snape blinks and wakes himself up. Looking around, his eyes focuses on Herbaceoustraitorous::

"lamia morsus" (Vampire bite) (lol used in single match but i like it!)

::Snape grins as small bites begin to appear over Herb's body, sucking the blood giving everyone the oppatunity to fire more spells whilst Herb is distracted!::

(Team A)

~Fated steps up, proud to have such strong team mates and smirks at Team B. He lifts his wand and points it at the ceiling. "Arachnidora Flammos!"

Four large red flaming 7ft spiders made out of fire descend down from the ceiling above Team B. The monsters are coated to protect their very hot and high temperatured heated bodies. Their webs that they descened from are sticky and are like hot wax yet magically can support the spiders even with the intense heat.
Being touched by these monsters physically would be like touching the mouth of a volcano. Fated grins slyly. He twirls his wand arrogantly wondering how Team B will handle the 4 large spiders.~~

(Team A)

Inspired by his team mate, Stealth decides to raise the temperature some more.

"Formicae magnae incendiae!" (giant fire ants)

Dozens of fire ants the size of large dogs appear and start to attack Team B in a frenzied manner. Instead of venom, molten lava spews from their maws.

(Team A)

::Huh...Ghostbusters...i saw that last summer! My dad is a muggle... WaterLily stupefies the men and binds them up with an incarcerous. While Kitty renews the spell on the ants and spiders, WL levitates her team up above the action and accio's brooms for them all to sit comfortably. Since the temperature is high, she also casts cooling charms on the rest, too.

She thinks that team b do not have enough to deal with so she shows off her Gryffindor pride by adding three gigantic fire lions into the mix::

"For you, Faith!!!" WL shot golden sparks into the air to symbolise her Gryffindor spirit. Bright flames roared towards Team B, engulfing them in fire

Some of the golden sparks flew together, spelling out the name 'Faith'.::

(Team A)

Stealth slapped his hand against his forehead...

"In Merlin's name - what are we doing? This is supposed to be a duel, not a wizrd roasting! These are our schoolmates - we're supposed to be outguiling them, not incenerating them!"

"Inferno protego!" (incantation to protect against intense heat).

He swooped down and entered the flames.

To his surprise, Herby and her team mates were seated at a garden table under the shade of a rainbow hued parasol. They were protected by some sort of shielding charm as they sat and consumed ice creams and sodas. Herby beckoned to Stealth and waved him to a seat next to her. He passed thriough the shield without feeling any resistance and sat down. Herby looked at him questioningly.

"Oh, er, diet Coke and a raspberry sundae, thanks."

The soda and icecream appeared in front of him. He tasted them and found them to be very good.

"I'm sorry about all this," he said, waving his spoon. "I'd expect it from Slytherins - but from Gryffindor?" He shrugged.

"Don't worry about it, Stealth," said Herby. I"t's nice to be able to sit for a few minutes in the peace and quiet. Won't you get into trouble for this?"

"What? Fraternising with the enemy? Of course I will... But do you think I care?

"I'll tell them I've secreted a load of dung bombs under the table!

"Anyway - I'd better get back. I'll try to make sure that the intent is to get your wands off you, not to send you to early graves!"

He gave a friendly wave and exited the shield, flying back up to where his team mates were hovering.

"Hey, Stealth, did you....?"

"Yes! Sixteen Elephant Dung Bombs under their table!"

"Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww!"

"Nidor malus protego!" (protect against a bad smell)

Stealth wondered if Herby would ever be on speaking terms with him again.

(sorry i'm late, Team B!)

:Ginny burst into the room, her wand out. She had accidentally wandered into the Room of Requirement and had gotten distracted by the marshmallows Ginny pointed her wand at Stealth and said:

"Aranea! (spiderweb, cobweb)" :A gigantic spider web shot out from her wand, to pin him to the wall. Ginny smirked and turned over towards WaterLily and shouted:

"Arca Aenea!" (large bronze chest) "Aira!" (air? I hope?) :A gust of air was pushed toward Water Lily, to push her into the large bronze truck that had been conjured just behind her. The trunk had holes in it, so that she'd still be able to breathe.:

(TEAM B)

:Ginny smiled and nodded to Herby:

"Sorry I'm late, who knew that marshmallows could be so...so..distracting?" :she said with a chuckle. Ginny eyed the Barney-Snape, and decided he needed a friend:

"Bestia cachinnans! (laughing Beast)" :she said, a laughing niffler began charged Snape, intent on chasing him.:

"Yay! So, what'd I miss?" :Ginny asked Herby.:

(Team A )

::Kitty finally arrives:: "Sorry guys, I'm here now" She then swishes her wand.

"Whirling twirling down to the ground, whirling twirling round and round. Colored black as black can be, tornado form and obey me"
::Kitty sends the twister at Team B.

Stealth brushes away the last vestiges of the spider web as the spell fades. He ignores the Snape Barney, who is trying to do some sort of tap dance. Waterlilyseems to be fighting her way out of her bronze cage...

"Hey, Kitty, when the tornado collapses, leave them to me, OK? Watch my back."

Kitty nodded her agreement and took up a defensive posture to one side.

Eventually the tornado spell wore off...

"Vestis turpis!" (literally unseen clothing)

This spell does not actually make someone's clothing invisible, but it makes them think that they have no clothes on!

The Team B members present start to scrabble around, covering up their already covered selves.

Stealth was tempted to try a summoning charm on their wands - but, in the nick of time, remembered the rules under which this duel was being fought.

Time for some more fun!

Stealth remembers his time with Maître Bourdon....

"Lingots grands et gros!" (big fat slugs!)

Slug like growths sproput from teh Team B members, even appearing through their clothing. They are glistening with mucus and are vile in the extreme...

"Et, maintenant, mesdames et messieurs, la pièce de résistance.... Canards voraces et mauvais!" (voracious evil ducks) - A couple of hundred scruffy looking ducks appear and rush towards Team B.

....but evidently these slugs are tasty morsels as far as these ducks are concerned. There is a might quacking as the drooling avians form a heaving layer over each Team B member as they frantically try to gobble up the tuber like slugs.

(team B)

After remaining hidden for a long time, pillow finally steps out from the shadows.

She had luckly stepped out after the clothes spell was cast, so she felt perfectly fine in her attire.

"AVIS!" She screams at Kitty, with her wand raised.

Pillow watches as the flock of birds flew towards Kitty. Pillow smiled to herself. Distraction itself was so much more useful than plain violence.

(Team a)

::WL gives up on getting out of the great box and uses it to her advantage. She Evanescos the birds flying at kitty and then sends hude jets of mosquitos at team b. She knows thay can't get her back because she has an impertubable cham on the holes and otherwise she is fully protected by the box!

She signals the team to perform their secret move. Hopefully, they would have time to carry it out before the dual ended.::

(Team A)

~Fated snaps out of his daydream and waves his wand at the Barney snape "Restoro!" He casts returning Snape back to normal. He then looks to Stealth, Waterlily and Kitty.
"Watch this!" He boasts. Then he flicks his wand up swishes it down twice.

"Cerberus Appearo!" A large solid black three headed dog aka cerberus appears and all three heads bark viciously at team B.

"Sick em, boy!" Fated commands loudly.
The dog obeys and it charges towards Team B with snarling hungry mouths opened.

(Team A)

"We need you out of there, Waterlily!"

Stealth points his wand at WL's prison and blasts it with a stream of orange energy, freeing his team mate.

"Come on, let's go get 'em!"

He sees Herby apparently enjoying a nice meal of fried duck.

"Hey, Herby - You want fries with that?"

He points his wand....

"Pommes de terre de décomposition frites! Plus grand!" (fried rotting potatoes - big ones!)

The mayhem around Team B increases as a veritable flurry of rotting french fries, very large french fries, is added to the mix.

There is something missing...

"Ketchup de tomate! Sal, poivre noire moulu et vinaigre!" (tomoato ketchup, salt, ground black pepper and vinegar)

Something else - something particularly French! Ah yes..

"Mayonaise!"

The five extra ingredients appear in copious quantity and add to the appalling mess.

If that does not distract team B - nothing will!

(Team B)

:Ginny was confused, so she decided to fix everything about her with one "simple" spell:

"Totam Finite Incantatem!" (Finish all the incantations) :She turned towards Team A, who now seemed to have an incredible amount of people:

"Canistrum Maximum!" (huge basket) :Ginny waved her wand upwards and then down sharply. A large basket appeared over Stealthy, Fated, and Water Lily:

"Well since you're all basket cases...this seems fitting!" :she said with a chuckle. Ginny then noticed that there was mayonaise all over her robes:

"Beautiful...scourgify!"

(Team B)

::Duck realises she is coming into the duel slightly late, though she hopes now her presence will help her team to win. She watches as the others duel, and decides to target Stealth Wizard::

"Inanimatus conjurus tavolas!" ::she yells, and watches as several small coffee tables appeared above Stealth's head. With a flick of her wand, the tables fell onto Stealth's head one by one, before zooming off to target other members of the opposing team. Duck smiled.::

Stealth collapses under the weight of coffee tables. Some of them had thick magazines on them and one had the remains of someone's afternoon tea! He pulls himself out from the broken remains and gets to his feet, growling and looking around for the source of the coffee tables.

Of course, one of the school duckists...

He points his wand at Duck, giving thanks for the time he had spent in rural France...

"Attaque par une vieille tondeuse à gazon avec beaucoup de fume!" (attack by an old smokey lawn mower)

Behind Duck a lawn mower appears, it's ancient two stroke engine wheezing loudly and belching dense exhaust fumes. It rolls towards her and the edge of her robe gets caught in the whirling blade.

Some thing is missing... Ah...

"Cisaillements rouillés de jardin!" (rusty garden shears)

Several pairs of vicious looking old garden shears appear above Duck's head and start snapping at her hair.

(Team A)

"Hmm. Good touch!"

::WL conjures up a broom and then drags along the bag that Fred and George had presented to her for being top prankster of the week at the Burrow. She clambers onto her Firebolt 260 and launches up into the air.

She tells her teammates to launch their organised attack as she aims the bombs at the team b. The bombs explode on contact, some blew a gigantinc hole in the ground, some plastered chewing gum onto the nearest three people and others were the left overs of Stealth's Elephant Dung bombs. She cast a bubble head charm around her and her team mates, cast a prevention charm on team b, adding to the one she cast at the start of the duel, so that now, they were not able to cast bubble head charms without belching out caterpillars.

She dodges their attemps at shooting her down and to be safe, she clones herself so that another 'WL' is racing around also throwing bombs. How delightful!::

When her bombs ran out, she would launch a spell attack so they would be forced to cast a protection charm or a stunner...and turn into cow pats or iguanas!!!!! Lord knows Iggy needs a friend. Sid and Dopey can't speak iguanish even though they are Iggy's triplets.!::

(Team B)

::Duck has managed to free herself from the lawnmower in time to see the bombs about to be released and puts up a shield spell, hoping it will be strong enough to withstand the bombing.

Luckily, her shield stood up to the bombardment, and afterwards, she pondered her retaliating attack. With some quick thinking, she saw that WL had cloned herself, and saw an opportunity for attack. Raising her wand, she muttered a spell, and grinned as she saw two strong jets of water aiming for WL and her clone. Having blasted them off their brooms, and hurtling to the ground, Duck smiled::

(team A)

::As WL tumbled to the ground,

"Aresto Momentum", slowed her down until she was able to "Accio" her broom back under her. Her clone copied and they soared back into the air.

She gaped at Duck...did she just cast a shield spell? WL never imagined that someone would actually make her spell dream come true! She reflected back at the first spell she had cast in the duel. If any team B cast a stunner of shield spell, they would turn into cowpat or an iguana respectively! Withing 10 seconds, Duck turned into iguana. At least, now Iggy had a friend, for a while.!

Now that duck was an iguana, the shield spell wore off and the bombs hit the ground, all of them. She really felt sorry for team B now...even though she was sopping wet.

She hovered over team b for a while, watching the havoc, and then launched the attack on them. Hopefully duck would have turned back into Duck after a while...::

(Team B)

::Duck suddenly felt her body constricting, and realised she was changing shape...she became an iguana. However, she felt she could use this to her advantage, she calculated the spell would last for around three minutes, just enough time.

She happened to know that Fated on Team A had a fear of iguanas, and so crawled over to where he was standing. He noticed the scary looking Duck-as-an-iguana, and became scared, running off in the opposite direction. Then, Duck felt the spell wearing off and she became herself again.

Frowning, she knew she needed to disable WL's become-an-igauana-when-you-do-a-shield-or-stunner-spell spell. So, she concentrated on that spell in her mind, and shouted:

"Finite Incantatem!"::to test it, she shot a stunner at Fated who was cowering behind a curtain. As he fell to the floor, Duck waited for the shrinking feeling of turning into an iguana, but it never came. She had disabled WL's spell! Now to take her out of the duel....::

(Team A)

~Fated lay stunned for a good few moments before he could even move again. However, once he did, he leaped to his feet and smirked at duck. With an arrogant wave of his wand he chanted the incantation of "Lamoire Infatu-moi" (Yes yes Fated's love-infatuation spell that he always has handy in his back pocket for such occasions it makes the person infatuated with the caster)

~Fated watched the hearts appear in duck's eyes as she gazed at his devilishly-handsome physique. However, Fated just smirked and winked at her. "Now my pretty little, precious plump water fowl, how about you be a good girl and mind your manners." He sneers flicking his wand at her. "Heartisis!" Little pink candy hearts began raining down on duck, turning into a sticky gewy substance as they hit the floor around her feet.~~Soon she was stuck to the floor by the gew.
~Seeing the pesterious poultry had been dealt with, Fated directed his attention to the rest of team B. "Dungus Bombidos!" he sent a series of dung bombs at them and laughed as he watched their faces twist into disgust.~~

(Team A)

::WL chuckled at Fated's behaviour...she was so glad he was on her team! She was have been terrified if she was trying to go up against him...

She scowled as Duck had disabled her spell. Hmm. Just have to cast it again! So she did.

She also thought to put a charm on so that only she could take off. Finite Incantatem just wouldn't work. She also smiled as she remembered her charm about the Bubble head charm...

She suddenly felt a rush of tiredness. If she felt tired and was going to fall asleep, then they could all sleep, and have no worry of being attacked...she conjured up 10 beds and while they were up in the air, she thought, may as make them unconcious...so she droped them onto the heads of Team B but let them float down for team a. Little did Team B know that their beds were Apple-Pie Beds!!!!::

::Duck felt herself being drawn under the love spell, but her still intact shield spell deflected it. However, she pretended that she was under the effects of the spell to confuse Fated. Suddenly, she felt strange gooey globules raining down on her. Luckily, the shield was strong and could also deflect small objects. Fated could not defeat her!

Suddenly, with a whoosh of air, she saw several beds dropping down onto herself and her team members.

"Impedimenta!" ::she yelled, and this gave her and her team mates time to move out of the way, the beds floating to the ground. Then, she noticed that WL and most of team A had gone to sleep in their beds!:: (how rude), ::she thought,:: (aren't we supposed to be duelling?)

::She then noticed that WL had apple-pied their beds!:: (She's been reading too much Enid Blyton!)::Duck thought, and decided not to get involved in WL's childish games, simply vanishing the beds before any of Team B could become to tempted.

She then crept over to the sleeping Team A members, and conjured some make-up, drawing all over their faces whilst they slept. She then dipped their hands in a bowl of warm water, knowing the effect this would have. Finally, she conjured several large spiders and placed one on the quilt of each sleeping member of Team A, sounded a claxon, and watched as Team A were terrified by the spiders, and the effects of the warm water...::

(team A)

::WL smiled in her sleep as team A thought they were asleep. It was nice to have a little shut-eye, but maybe this was not the time or place. She muttered a spell to vanish the water, but replace it with a nice, tall glass of bed-time milk for everyone. She drank up her milk, collected the spiders before her team members embarrassed themselves and put them into a jar, shuddering at the tought of touching those things.

She conjured a mirror and had a good hearty laugh at her face. Because of her childish behaviour, she had a huge clown face with happy, yellow eyes and a wide smily mouth. Did they think she was scared of clowns? I love clowns!!!! :joker:

She clapped her hands over her ears as the claxon sounded and as team b were distracted, she whistled sharply and her eight hippogriffs from her mother's sanctuary came trotting into the room.

She petted them all - Dancer, Prancer, Nimblehoof, Swishtail, Carrotty, Naughtynose, Benjy and Mo - and told them to attack team b, not bow and avoid spells at all costs. They were very clever hippogryffs and had charms on them to repel all attempts at killing them or otherwise.::

(Team A)

::Snape shook his head. He had no idea what had hit him but it had taken him out of action for a while, but now he was back! Composing himself, he used the spell he knew best::

"voco extraho" (Latin: Summon dragons)

::Three great red, firebreathing dragons suddenly appeared and looked to him for instructions::

"Attack!" ::Snape shouted as he pointed his wand towards the oposing team, a grin spread upon his face::

(Team A)

Watching the dragons attacking the hapless Team B, Stealth wipes the grease paint from his face.

"Turn me into a white faced mime, would you... This means no more mister Nice Wizard! The gloves are off!"

He thinks for a moment and grins nastily. He has had an idea that is so unpleasant... A memory from his childhood surfaces - one of the few timesin his life that he has been truly terrified.

"Apportez les clowns - les vieux malodorants!" (Bring in the clowns - old smelly ones!)

From a distance a 'parp parp' sound is heard. It is followed by something that sounds like a gunshot - but Stealth knows that it is the backfiring of an ancient Model T Ford.

The dilapidated vehicle pulls into the duelling arena, spilling dwarf clowns from its interior.
It wheezes to a stop, there is an enormous explosion and great cloud of smoke. As the smoke clears, it can be seen that the car has fallen to pieces. More clowns climb out. They carry buckets and ladders and rolls of wallpaper - yes, it's going to be the old wallpaper routine - yet again...

They throw buckets of wallpaper paste over Team B - they clout them with ladders - they spray them with water - they suddenly pull out musical intruments and there is a short musical interlude - then it's back to more paste and water and banging on the head with ladders. Oh - there goes a bucket down the trousers... Oh, yes, and the inevitable filling up of a hat then squeezing it down over someone's head. Of course it has a hole in it so that a great stream of paste shoots lout.

Team A sit down and enjoy a cup of tea while being entertained.

(Team B)

::Duck wonders why Stealth still insists on playing these childish games. Well, if it was a circus he wanted, a circus he would get! She sent off a few quickfire banishing spells to the clowns, then shouted::

"cirque de lions et trapézistes!"

Several lions and trapeze artists appeared. The trapeze artists swung down from their trapezes, kicking members of Team A unconscious. Then, the lions began advancing on Team A. Duck was pleased to see Stealth had been knocked unconscious by one of the trapeze artists.::

(Team A)

~Fated who had been unconcious for who knows how long suddenly had woken up to the roar of lions and the annoying presence of trapeze artists. He dodged several of the swinging simpletons but unfortunately had been pounced on by one of the lions.
He lay pinned beneath the large beast, his mind frazzled and unable to focus on his foe.
He looked to his team mates for assistance at first then remembered that he needed to pull his own weight in the match. So, he pointed his perfectly fine crafted yew wand that held the heartstrings of three dragon species, and said "Felinis Shrinkoto!"(a spell to shrink the lions)
~~The lion shrank until it was no bigger than a mouse. Fated then jumped up and started zapping the other lions with that same spell. He smirked with satisfaction as he gazed at the horrified expressions on Team B's faces. Then as he was about to cast another spell one of the trapeze artists dove down and hit him in the back of the head. "GRRR" Fated growled as he suddenly glared up at the trapeze people. "I'll show you!" He pointed his wand at them "In Canus Pinkulis Corperae Transmuto!" (Transform into dogs)
A spray of crimson red light crashed into the trapeze artists turning them all into bright pink poodle dogs. After dealing with the lions and trapeze artists, Fated's mischevious blue eyes shifted to Team B. He pointed his wand at them "Flipsy Mipsy Mapsy Moe Flippity floppity Lepus Grow!"
Fated's spell had summoned 5 large white floppy eared rabbits with glowing red eyes. "Attack our foes!" He ordered to them. The rabbits turned and hopped towards Team B. Each rabbit was 22feet long and 25 foot tall. ~

(Team B)

:Ginny flicked her wand at one of the rabbits and said:

"Immobulis!" :the bunny then froze, allowing her to hop up onto it: "Let's sic em!" :Ginny shouted, spurring the rabbit towards fated:

"Claudere!" (to close) :she exclaimed, as the walls around Fated began to close in:

(Team A)

Awaking with the vile smell of trapeze artist's sweat in his face, Stealth stumbles to his feet and looks around to see what his team mates are up to. Some are still beset by lions, but Fated is free and seems to be casting some sort of a spell....

Oh, nice one, Jesse, very Pythonesque...

Stealth decides to give the attacking giant rabbits a little more incentive - he feels his recent attacks may have proved too sophisticated to the opposition - instead of striking at the heart of the repressed child psyche that lurks deep within each of us - the part that still believes there might be monsters under the bed or the boogeyman in the closet - there was the possibility that they miught have been considered merely childish...


"Statuae de palpo!" (Images of a carrot!)

The Team B members are transformed into large sized carrots - in fact exactly the right size to be appealing to a giant floppy bunny. The transformation includes smell. MMMmmmm - jut right! Fresh and tasty!

On transforming into a carrot, Ginny, of course, falls off the rabbit she was trying to ride.

Thr giant rabbits run even faster towards their prey, drool leaking from their mouths.

Stealth looks over at Fated, who has managed to evade the partly formed walls. This is what teamwork is all about - complementary magic! They set about dispelling the remaining lions.

(Team B)

:Ginny trembled:

Don't you dare eat me, Lumpy! :she threatened as best as she could. Concentrating hard on using mind magic, Ginny thought:

Columba!: :she had her wand pointed not at Stealthy, but herself. Ginny was transformed into a dove and began pecking at Stealthy's head, hard:

Turn ME into a carrot will ya!? :she chirriped shrilly:

(Team A)

Stealth bats away at the persistently annoying dove. He thought that Ginny made a particulalry good carrot - she had the right colouring to start off with.

"Avis incarcero!" (Cage the bird)

The dove is imprisoned in a rather nice custom designed cage - it has air conditioning (i.e. the spaces between the bars), some very comfortable looking perches, trays with an assortment of very tasty looking seeds...

Of course, transforming oneself into a dove is not a particularly clever thing for a wizard to do... Doves do not have opposable thumbs - and, sitting on a perch in a cage, there is not even a foot available for wand wielding. Stealth bends over and picks up Ginny's wand from where it has fallen on the floor.

"Thank you very much!"

He slips it inside his robes.
