Godric's Hollow

I was surprised no one started this topic yet, maybe because JK hasn't revealed much about it, but then again she hasn't said much about Azkaban either, so...here goes.

Harry walked up the lonely road that led to his parents gravesites. He had left the others a little up the road on the pretense that he wanted to be alone. That was for the most part true, but a small part of him really wanted Ginny with him, and the farther away from them he got, the bigger that part of him became. He was just about to turn around to go get her when he saw the entrance to the cemetary. Within a minute he was stepping through the gate and searching for his parents' grave. Walking along row after row it took him around ten minutes to find them, and when he did he fell to his knees and broke down and cried.

He had been crying for nearly fifteen minutes when he heard the gate open and someone walking towards him. He looked up through blurry eyes at what was unmistakably Ginny. He watched her approach and sit next to him all the while still silently crying. She took him in her arms and held him as his grief grabbed ahold of him again. They sat there like that for another twenty minutes at the end of which Ginny was also silently crying. Crying for Harry's loss of his parent's, but also for Harry. She hated to see him upset, but she also knew he needed this. There was nothing else she could do for him at the moment.

Harry looked up at Ginny and saw the tears that were flowing out of her eyes. He wasn't surprised to see Ginny crying with him; that was the kind of person she was. He motioned for her to get up with him and after silently conjuring a boquet of flowers that he laid on the space between his parents grave, they began to make their way back to Ron and Hermione. They found them at the entrance to the graveyard. Ron saw the tear streaks on Harry's face and politely turned his head to give Harry a chance to clean himself up if he wanted to. Harry was thankful Ron did this and was about to mutter a cleaning charm on himself when Hermione grabbed him in a rather tight hug. She held onto him for a bit longer than he thought was necessary, but he didn't say anything to her about it. When she let go of him, he turned his wand to his face and muttered "Scourgify". Ron turned back to Harry when he was done and put his hand on his shoulder.

"Where to, next, Harry?"

"I think we should head to my parent's place next. I want to see whats left of it."

Ginny grabbed his hand and they turned towards the road and began walking.

Rhia was confused... she vaguely remembered a feeling of immense pain... the Cruciatus curse? Groggily opening her eyes, she saw herself in a white... space... what? Randomly thinking of one of her favorite muggle movies, The Wizard of Oz, Rhia thought 'There's no place like home' three times. Suddenly, she felt cold hard ground underneath her. Eyes still open, Rhia found herself at Godric's Hollow. Chris was on the ground, and she could see that his arm was cut.

Suddenly realizing what had happened, Rhia got up and ran to where Chris lay. "Oh my god, Chris," she whispered in horror at his injury. Swiftly taking out her wand, Rhia performed multiple healing spells before she thought that he would be alright. "Ennervate," she muttered.

Oddie apparted at a house that was about 30 yards away from the potters house. She hid in the trees as she watched a battle go on. SHe came to recive the dark lords letter about what she was to do. Moments later there was fire and she saw a piece of paper fall to the ground. She quickly retrived it and read it. The color drained form her face as she read what she had to do.

Tally apparted to Godric's hollow. She was hoping to find one of Lily's old friends.


'Don't get too attached to anyone' she reminded herself. becaus e tally cathers couldn't handle loosing anyone else.

TAlly saw rhia and Chris. She hurrid over. "Are you two..alright?" she asked worridly.

"I'm fine," Rhia said slowly. "But I'm not sure if Chris is. Who are you?" she asked as she turned to the newcomer.

"Tally CAthers. We've met before, for a brief time," she said.

"we should get him to somewhere safer..." she added looking at chris.

Tally's eyes darted around.

Rick apparated into the Dark Lord's room and recieved a shock. Voldemort was surrounded by no one; normally when the Dark Mark burned like that, all the Death Eaters were to apparate to wherever the Dark Lord happened to be. Bending to the ground, he kneeled in front of him and said, "My Lord, you summoned me?"

"Yes, but now I see I am mistaken. You need to return to Godric's Hollow and take care of those two, Rhia and Chris. Rhia returned shortly after you sent her away. Now go."

"Yes, my Lord."

Rick apparated back to the spot he left from and shouted "Stupefy" at the three people milling around the outside of the house. He then sent three incarcerous' at them, before putting each of them under the cruciatus curse. Once he was finished cursing them, he said "Adstringo Egresco" and watched as the three of them became deathly ill. The first part of the spell bound and constricted their magic, and the second part made them extremely ill. He apparated back to the Dark Lord to tell him the news.

Rhia mentally gasped when all of the curses were placed on her, and her mind raced to think of things to do when she felt her magic weaken. Suddenly, a voice inside her head said, 'Think Rhia! You have to get out of this; although I am your goddess, even I can't keep you from the pain of the Cruciatus forever!' Rhia gave a mental sigh of relief when Rhiannon spoke. Thoughts racing, she asked, 'Can you use your magic to break all of the curses placed upon us?' Rhiannon took a while to reply haltingly: 'Yes... but to do so, I must lift my shield on the cruciatus, so you will feel a lot of pain...' Steeling herself, Rhia answered, 'Do it.'

Suddenly, she started screaming at the rapid rush of pain in her body. After what seemed was eternity, but was only a few seconds, Rhia felt the pain go away and she groggily opened her eyes to find her magic fully restored. Slowly waving her wand with her sore fingers, Rhia cast Vigoratus. Immediately, Chris, Tally, and herself were in perfect health. As she helped them up, Rhia cast duplicazione. Copies of the trio appeared on the ground, bound with ropes and in the state that the three had been in before Rhiannon had freed them. 'Thanks Rhiannon,' Rhia told her gratefully. The goddess showed Rhia a smile and used her very poserful magic to cast an impenetrable shield that protected the three and made them invisible.

"Get your wands out," Rhia said to Chris and Tally.

Tally pulled out her wand.

'You can do this you can do this....just channel Lily!! Yeah right. Like I can do that' tally thought to herself.

She sighed and her eye darted around as she tried to get a feel for the area.

"should we get outta here?" she whispered

As Oddie watched the battle continue she felt a burn on her arm and knew it was the dark mark. She didnt want to return to the dark loard without doing what she was sent to do. As she watched she saw Rick diappear and then reappper sending spells at the others. Then he disappeared and after a while of watching she saw that the others were ok. Oddie started to make her way out of the woods. She just hoped that they wouldnt jinx her. After all they were invisable and she couldnt see them. She walked out and pretending as if she was just walking by. looking forward pretending that she didnt know that there were still others there

Thanks Rhia"Chris said pulling out his wand. He looked at the way the curses were coming from.

Oddie slowly made her way to the Potters house and stood before it looking around. Dosent look that different from the last time i saw it she thought to herself. She then opened the door and entered the house.

Rhia stiffened as the door to the Potter's house opened. She turned and saw Oddie walking in. Lowering her guard, Rhia said, "Hey Oddie!"

Once the door was fully opened she saw that Rhia was there and that she said Hey. Jumping, Oddie then got a grip of herself and said "Hey Rhia, what are you doing here."

Rhia shrugged. "I was visiting my aunt who lives further down the road... What about you?"

"I have came to see where it all began" Oddie said trying to sound as if she was here to learn about harry potter and voldemort

Tally could no longer wait for a reply. She had to get out of there, or she may as well have marked herself with a sign that said "KILL ME NOW I AM A STUPID 17 YEAR OLD WHO HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S DOING!" She tried to remember what Lily had taught her about apparating.


Flashback:

"don't try for the grounds, Tall! outside of 'um ok? No one will know where we've been...or what we've done!" giggled a 15 and a half Lily.

"Lils i don't know....How about Ser goes first!" Tally muttered.

"No no no, you're much braver than I am," Serena told Tally happily giggling.

OK sneaking out and flooing to Diagon alley at 11:30 PM had not been a good idea. Now, it was 2:30 in the morning, and Lily was prompting the two other girls to apparate. "Listen, I can't duel apparete twice in a row! It's hard enough to do it once. Please just try," she pleaded.

Tally sighed and gripped Lily's arm with her finger nails. "You promise that you'll be there right after Serena gets there?" she asked unsurely.

"Of course!" Lily promised.

'OK than. I'll go," Tally sighed, taking a step away from the group, ungripping Lily's arm and unsurely spinning on the spot.

It felt like all the wind had been sucked outof her completly. She sucked in her breath, which didn't help at all. If anything, it made it a lot worse. Just when Tally thought she was going to sufficate, the feeling undid itself and she was staring at the gate to the school. She breathed a sigh of relief and sat down, resting her head against to the gate to wait for Serena and Lily.

TAlly had not apparted since that night. It seemed so long ago when Lily and Serena were there. Life just wasn't right now. She sighed and started running toward the graveyard. She paused right at the gate in and turned on the spot, appareting back to the gates of howgwarts.

Hearing something outside Oddie went to the window and saw Tally runing towards the graveyard the she turned on the spot and disaapeared. "Wonder whta that was about" Oddie said quietly

Zelda appeared.

Zelda saw Oddie.

" That was strange" Zelda thought while sneeking around trying to get close to see where the girl was going.

Zelda spotted her and turned invisible.

Zelda appeared and asked with her wand drawn. " What are you doing?"

" Probably the same reasons you are here" Zelda said.

" I have been doing some reflecting" Zelda said.

" I am in the cemetery.." Zelda said now pointing to a headstone.

" My parents" Zelda said.

Zelda took out her wand and pointed it to her parents grave now trembleing... " no" she whimpered. " I can't... it would be everything wrong... I have to..." Zelda said.

" Everything... " Zelda knew what she had to do.. she had to get the information... Wand still pointed she said the spell and one hole appeared in the earth where her father was buried.

Sweat was dropping from her face now... " I have to ... its not what you think.. its for you to I think... " Zelda whimpered now edging closer to the grave... She was now two feet from it... Closer .. she looked down... There was no body .. " Theres no body... .. that means" Zelda wispered.... It took all of Zelda's power to now jump down into the grave... There was a box... Zelda grabbed it and climbed out. After Zelda did that she looked at the box. It was locked. " How to open it?" Zelda thought real hard and then it hit her in the face... " Duu" She thought. She held the box in her hands very steadily and thought... thought... and it opened. There was a piece of paper inside.

" A note!... What I need for the last piece of the puzzle!!!" Zelda said rather grimly...

Dear Zelda I am sorry that you had to get this note this way ,but it was the only way that I knew that only the right person would get it. You have been told to find out what the prophecy states well the truth of it is that you must die. Either you or another girl that you will meet either right now or in your future!!! Do not tell her even at the ever night ! Not until the last moment! Voldemort will die if one of you dies, that is a fact, but one of you has got to die!!! There is no way around this. I have talked to Dumbledore about this and he knows and has always known. He wanted you to find it... maybe not this way ,but someway.... There is one other thing Zelda something that you must NEVER tell anyone! NEVER!!!! Not even unto death. There is another part of the prophecy Zelda. A part that not even your mother knows. It was hard enough for me to tell her this part. Only me and Dumbledore know it at the present time. The part is.... ( the letter went on and Zelda was shaking and sweating even harder)

P.S. I never wanted any of this to happen! Oh one Zelda... I will see you soon... maybe even sooner than you expect...

Zelda stared at the note and than at Oddie... Oddie and Zelda where the two girls in the prophecy! " I can't tell her now.. that is what my parents wanted me to do." She thought. " I cannot tell you now..." Zelda said now shaking.

" You don't want to know... you might.." Zelda stopped she knew she had gone to far.

" Trust me! You will know in the future ,but until than you cannot hand it.. Not you Oddie.. hardly even me ,but you have more baggage than me. Trust me!" Zelda said.

" not until the night it happens shall I tell you... and at the very last moment ,but Oddie there is a Prophecy about us..." Zelda said.
