ROUND 1: GROUP 2 : Mcfly_42 V Sreams of silver

Streams darted into the room, glancing around quickly before letting out a long breath. She closed the door quietly when she realized the room was unoccupied, then she began preparing herself to duel.

First streams pointed her wand at herself and muttered "Gouden gordijn!" (Golden curtain=Dutch) The spell caused a golden mist to fill the room, and rendered her invisible to her opponent. Now that streams felt a bit more secure, because she knew that it would take a bit of time for her opponent to locate her, she took her time assessing the room and thinking about what spells she should cast.

She frowned slightly as she paced up and down the room, then she called out "murs en épi," (spiky walls=French). Now if her opponent would try to lean against the walls she would receive a painful surprise.

Careful not to touch any walls, streams cast a "Pavimento irregolare" (uneven floor=Italian) on the floor near the door. That way whoever next walked into the room would most probably trip.

Finally, streams cast a shield spell on herself by whispering "Lenken Sie alle Gefahr ab." (deflect all danger=German) This was a very complicated spell which had taken her many years to master, but it was well worth it because the shield lasted for hours and was incredibly difficult to overcome.

Streams assumed a relaxed pose in one corner of the room, her wand ready in her right hand.

::Elly stood at the door, taking in her surroundings. There was a goldem mist. It was so beautiful but it was thick and elly couldn't see a thing. She crouched low, streams may have some sort of spell that allowed ehr to see through the mist. Elly slowly moved forward but as she walkedi n a crouch position she fekt the floor was uneven and moved to the walls. She stretched out ehr arm slowly to feel for the wall but soemthing pricked her finger, ~argh!~ she thought, ~I hope thats all the traps~

"Foschia riflettente" (mist reflective) She muttered, the mist, to her, now acted as mirrors, she could see in all directions, even behind her. She saw streams the other side of the hall and said, "Bolla," (bubble) This meant the next spell elly was about to perform would'nt affect her.

"foschia tagliente" (sharp mist) The mist glowed tehn faded. The mist was now sharp little peices, like sand but really painful. Elly knew streams wouldn;t expect this, her own spell to turn agaibst her. ~teehee~ Elly thought::

::streams frowned when she saw elly easily avoid her traps. she would have to try a more direct hit next.

meanwhile, the mist couldn't penetrate her shield, since elly had used a fairly simple spell. the mist was now blocking her vision though, so streams muttered "Sparisca la foschia tagliente." (vanish the sharp mist)

Careless of elly to only perform one spell and expect it to work, streams thought smugly, and decided to REALLY give elly a hard time.

First she pointed her wand at elly and shouted "Suono ruggire!" (roaring sound) now elly wouldn't be able to hear any of the spells she casted next, and it would therefore be harder for her to get rid of them.

Then streams performed a complicated little wand movement, flicking her wrist back and forth before she quietly said, "Nerezza." (Darkness) Then she muttered "Permetta che me veda con la nerezza," twirling her wand. For a moment she was afraid it hadn't worked, and she desperately hoped that she had pronounced everything right.

Sure enough, a few seconds later the darkness turned grayish, but streams knew that for elly it was still pitch dark.

then streams summoned a "Pioggia della lama" (knife rain) and watched as deadly sharp knives began falling toward elly. Streams grinned and waited to see how elly would get out of this one.::
