Spring Dance

Ginny Weasley walked into the great hall where the Spring dance was being held. Her long red hair was tumbling down around her shoulders. She wore a short black gown with spaghetti straps. The dress did wonders for her petite figure, accenting every curve. She wore black sandals that showed off her painted pink toenails.

She walked across the room and headed towards Krista who she saw talking with another girl. "Hi Krista." She said happily. "Have you seen Harry? He is supposed to be coming tonight." She smiled at the meer thought of him being here, dancing with her. She always had such a good time with him. So strong and so incredibly handsome.

Krista quickly looked around, then shooked her head. "Not really i just sort of came my self..." She wasn't excatly dressed for the occaion. A pair of light blue denies full of holes and a torn blood red shirt occupied her body. "But i'll tell you one thing girl. hold onto your man, he's probably the only decent one i've ever seen." (look above^^) She looked at Ginny then at Ebony..."Um Ginny Ebony, Ebony, Ginny." She motioned at each girl as she said their names. "I'd go dance, but i don't see any guys worthy of my attention yet." She stated bordly from her chocalate fest.

Yuki smiled, as he strolled down to the dance. His nerves were racking up coming to this thing. He never really got a chance to talk to anyone, and kept to his school work. For the first time in his six years at Hogwarts, he was actually coming to a dance. Perhaps it would be a good opportunity to make some friends.

He noticed a friendly looking group sitting at a table, one, he recognized, having seen her around before. She was of course, the famous girl friend of that boy, Harry Potter.

Yuki politely cleared his throat and walked over to them.

"Hello, ladies. Are you having a nice time tonight?" His voice was sweet, and kind. Quite melodious. His eyes were shimmering as he looked each of them over, with his head, tilted slightly upwards.

"I do hope I'm not interrupting...But I don't suppose any of you would mind if I sat with you?" Once again, he asked sweetly and politely. He was a little nervous being at a dance. What was to happen if he were to transform? Especially with all these girls around.

Rhia smiled. She looked around her and no one seemed to be against it, so she said, "Sure you can, Yuki."

"Sure you can, Yuki."

Yuki continued to smile, but kept it reserved, nothing that looked to happy, he nodded, pulling a chair out for himself. Admittedly, he was a little nervous and clueless with to say. He then realized, Rhia knew his name without himself introducing himself. He decided he'd do it himself, incase the others hadn't heard, he didn't want them calling him by the wrong thing.

"I guess you already know my name then?" He turned his head slowly to Rhia, staring into her eyes. After about five seconds he looked back at the others.

"As she said, I'm Yuki Sohma." He continued smiling. "I'd like to know all of your names, though."

//sorry.. I didn't realize about the name thing\\
"Sorry. I forgot to introduce myself," Rhia said. "I'm Rhia Ai."

//Hheehh, it's fine, reflex sometimes. \\

He nodded, smiling. "Please don't apologize. There's nothing to apologize for." He tilted his head downwards slightly, so that his eyes became shadowed and unvisible. "Afterall, I forgot as well." He looked back up, and gazed at her, through clouded, but shimmering eyes. "Are you having fun, Miss Ai?"

Ebony smiled at Yuki,"Hello Yuki, I'm Ebony."

She saw a person walk in. He stood by the entrance, sending his cold dark eyes' stare to her. Ebony recognized him and what his presence meant.

"Goodbye everyone, it was nice knowing you all." she spoke.

She walked to the man, and they exited together. This man was taking her to her future, a future of pain, death, and hatered.

'Ready for your training?'He asked in a whisper

Ebony nodded and spoke,'Anything for my lord.'

Just a quick note to everyone - since Valentines is long past, I've created you a Spring Dance. However, I've split the topic so that your last few posts are within this thread, so you can carry on with your storyline.

So, without further ado, welcome to the Spring Dance!

Are you having fun, Miss Ai?
"I'm alright," Rhia shrugged. "Dances just kind of depress me a little," she confided. "But they can be so much fun when you're among friends." Rhia smiled. "What about you, Yuki?"

He turned his head to where Ebony and walked off to, the man standing there...He didn't get good vibes from him. His ears perked up, trying to hear what they were saying, but it was unsuccessful. He sighed, deciding the let her go.

Turning his gaze back to Rhia-San, he let his smile fade, putting a hand on his hip. His body almost reflect that of a womens, surprising enough, he had curves, which were represented quite well in the tux he was wearing. It was completely black, with a white tie.

"Depressed? I'm sorry to hear that. Why do you say that, Rhia-San?" Admittedly, they depressed him too. His cousin, Kyo, always fit in with the normal group...He may have been admired back at his old school, but never did they actually want to be friends.

"What about you, Yuki?"

He smiled, and then responded to her question. "It's hard to answer that, Miss Rhia-Ai, considering I have only been here for a short amount of time, but so far, yes, I am. I believe I may have made a friend, as well." His smile remained small, but polite, as he starred into her eyes, indicating that it was her, he had made as a friend.

Rhia laughed. "Glad to oblige. After all, friends are like the milk of life."
"Depressed? I'm sorry to hear that. Why do you say that, Rhia-San?"
"Oh you know, it kinda brings up sad memories," Rhia answered vaguely. She looked down at the table. "I don't really want to talk about it." She stared off into the distance and then saw Ebony talking to a guy in a dark cloak. "Do you know who that is?" Rhia asked Yuki.

He nodded, keeping his gaze on her. It was perfectly understandable that she didn't want to talk about it. Everyone says it's better to let it out, but....'I think otherwise.'

"Hmm?" He glanced over to where she was pointing, that man with the black cloak. 'Could it be Akito?' he frowned, now appearing very uncomfortable.

"No, I don't think so...I noticed him before as well. I don't sense good things coming from him either."

"Yeah," Rhia shuddered. "Bad vibes... ba-a-a-d vibes. But anyway, Yuki. I'd like to hear more about yourself."

He nodded, agreeing with her.

"But anyway, Yuki. I'd like to hear more about yourself."

Yuki appeared a little shocked at her request, no one had ever really talked to him like this before. She couldn't know about the Sohma's secret...Could she? He quickly replaced his shocked expression with a smile.

"More about me? Well, there's not much to say. I grew up with my family, as most people do, but then later moved out with an older cousin of mine. See, my family all lives together in a mini-village of our own...If that's what you want to call it. I can't really explain it. I attended a school, just as everyone else did, before here." He frowned, deep in thought. Half of this was true, but half of it was lies.

"I don't really know what to say..." He smiled again, his nervousness coming back. "What about you?" He kept his tone sweet and polite, as usual.

"I think I've heard of the Sohma family," Rhia said. "My brother had to travel for his job as a warder (he makes wards) and he went to Japan once to meet with some famous Japanese fellow warder,"she shrugged as the name escaped her. "Isn't the Sohma family kinda isolated, though?" she asked curiously.

Ginny sat there and watched as Rhia and Yuki talked. "She turned to Rhia. "That guy that was here earlier, and took that girl away, who was he?" A look of concern was apparent on her face. "I almost think I recognize him. I wish we could have been closer, so we could here what they were talking about." She looked at Yuki and smiled. "I remember you from Potions class. I'm Ginny, in case you don't know, Ginny Weasley. What house are you in?" She asked Yuki and waited for his reply.

Ginny stood up and walked around the table and glanced towards the door to the great hall. She was looking for Harry. She sighed when she didn't see him but still kept her smile. She knew he would be there eventually. She walked back to where Rhi and Yuki were sitting. "Anyone want to dance? The weird sisters sing this song, I love it!"

"That guy that was here earlier, and took that girl away, who was he?"

"I have no idea," Rhia replied. "And yes, I'd love to dance! But isn't Harry supposed to be with you every waking minute?" she teased.

He nodded slowly. "Isolated, I suppose you could say that, yes." He frowned, wondering what kind of interaction her bother had had with them.

His head perked up at Ginny. "Potions class, hmm? I do believe I remember seeing you there." His tone turned very polite "Pleased to meet you properly, Ginny Weasley."

Lily walked into the dance with her long black hair flowing down. She had charmed light green highlights into her hair, to match the short dress she happened to be wearing that day.

She looked around and spotted Ginny and Krista. She walked gracefully to them.

"Hello Ginny, Hey Krista!" She said smiling at them.

"Hey Lily!" Rhia said as she and Ginny waved her over. "Have you met Yuki Sohma?

//lol me don't pay enough attention.//

"At the meeting." Lily said, brushing it off. The last thing they needed was to be found out by someone....

"Yes, that's right. You're Lily-san."

She seemed colder now then she had at the meeting. He wondered way but didn't bother asking.

"Do you normally come to these dances, Miss Lily?"

He looked up at her, and locked his eyes with hers.

Rhia turned towards Lily when she was asked the question.

Lily smilied calmly and said "this will be the third one I've come to. Not really into the dance thing, kinda boring to me. I mostly come to talk to people."

"How about you Yuki? Do you enjoy these types of things?" she questioned

He nodded, taking in everything she said. He didn't want to seem rude and look as if wasn't paying attention. "Me? Well, I-this is the first one I've ever come to..I don't really have an opinion."

He opened his mouth for a second, about to ask one of them to dance, he closed it quickly. He remembered the curse.

"I'm not much for dancing with people, but I can dance alone...Not that I like to though." He added, with a smile.

Rhia laughed. "You know, it's funny," she said. "I'm so glad that you said you don't like dancing with people because I was just about to ask you if you'd like to."

"Oh, I see," Lily said lightly.

"So how have you been?" she asked Lily sweetly.

Yuki blushed at that, he'd never been asked anything like that before. The girls back at home were always asking him out, but he had to refuse, of course.

"Well, it's not because it's you. It's just that I find it fairly uncomfortable," He smiled, then continued. "I'm kinda glad I stated it too, would have been awkward."

He looked over at Lily, putting his thin arms to be resting on the back of his head.

Lily smilied and said , "so....um....what year are you in Yuki?"

He blinked, and then let his purple eyes look her over once more. He placed a hand on his chest to represent he was talking about himself. "I'm in year six. What about yourself?" He tilted his head as he asked the question.

"I'm in seventh." she replied. "and I'm in Gryffindor, what house are you in?" she quesioned politely.

Ginny watched as Lily approached. "Hi Lily, haven't seen you in ages. How have you been?" She smiled at her and then turned to Rhia. "Yes, Harry and I are quite inseperable these days." She sighed a swwet sigh and then continued talking to her. "I am sure he will be here soon, he had a few things to do for the Order and he should be here later."

Ginny faced Lily once more. "Rhia and I were about to dance, would you like to join us?" She then looked at Yuki. "You don't have to dance with any of us, just dance next to us if you want to." She then grabbed Rhia's and Lily's hands and they made their way out to the dance floor and began to dance.

Rhia laughed as Ginny pulled her and Lily onto the dance floor. The Weird Sisters's song was still on and it was one of Rhia's favorites. Before she went to the dance floor, Rhia turned back to Yuki. "Are you coming?" she asked him.

Dumbledore told Maeve that she should go to the dance while the staff got all her stuff situated. He said that it might help her get back into the swing of things here and possible revive old memories.

Maeve walked into the dance with a t-shirt and jeans. The only thing coming to this party was doing was making her feel more clueless and out of place. She didnt feel that she was wearing the right attire when she got there. There were girls in dresses and she was wearing jeans.

Maeve sighed and wondered around. She eventually stopped at a table with some food and grabbed some choclate.

'What if I never fit in?' She thought, 'What if I never remember anything? I wonder if anyone even recognizes me. Oh how ackward that would be...I won't remember any of them. People might see me and whispers will spread and there eyes will all be fixated on me. They all knowing and me clueless.'

Harry walked to the open doors of the Great Hall, anticipation plain in his eyes. He looked forward to seeing Ginny in her dress, and the closer he got to actually seeing her the more nervous he became. He took a deep breath and mentally smacked himself for his nervousness.

Comeon, Potter, you see her everyday, what is so different about seeing her in a dress?! Harry startled himself, amazed at how much his inner voice sounded like Snape.

He steeled himself and straightened his dress robes. They were a handsome hunter green color that shimmered in the lights from the Hall, with gold fastens adorning the front. He had tried to fix his hair up, but to no avail, it was still very unruly. He walked in purposefully and stopped dead in his tracks.

Ginny was dancing with Rhia and Lily, and she was gorgeous to say the least. Her dress was simple, yet elegant. Hell, she'd look beautiful in a bathrobe, he thought as he walked towards her and the song ended.

He walked up behind her and waited for her to turn around.

Ginny continued to dance with Liy and Rhia, her long red hair flowing around her shoulders. She laughed when Lily attempted to dip her and when she was leaned slightly back that's when she saw him. Harry Potter was standing right behind her.

She saw the look in his eyes as he stood there, gazing at her with that perfect smile on his lips. She turned her self around and flung herself into his arms in a tight embrace. "I am so happy to see you!" She smiled widely at him and gave him a quick kiss on the lips before taking his hand and pulling him onto the dance floor to dance with her, Rhia and Lily. She wrapped her arms tightly around his neck and stood close to him and at that very moment the fast paces Weird Sister's song changed into a slow romantic melody. She looked into his eyes and swayed to the music. She couldn't think of a more better place to be at this moment.

"So, anything interesting happen while you were away?" She asked trying to keep the conversation going. "We just arrived here not too long ago and just started dancing right before you got here." She flashed him another quick smile but never broke eye contact with him.

Lily smilied and danced around with rhia and let ginny dance with harry.

She giggled as she twirled around.

Rhia laughed as she danced with Lily. "It's nice to see you finally loosen up," she joked.

Rhia looked over towards Yuki. "Aren't you coming?"

Dani entered the spring dance dressed in her usual short green dress, Her blonde hair was pulled into a ponytail and ontop of that she had on her favorite baseball cap.

She sighed, she'd just found out that Zexion was leaving the school on some silly mission thingy-ma-bob. She looked around for someone she knew, and for once she saw no one.

Sighing again she walked over to a table were a young man was sitting alone. She decided she'd rather keep him company that let them both be alone.

"Hey," she said sitting down. "I don't reconize you...you new?" She asked

He looked back at Rhia and shook his head. "Admittedly, I'd be to embarrassed to dance here." He let a smile play on his face. "Don't worry about it though, I'll be here when you're finished dancing."

He was starring down at the table, thinking about Kyo and counting the lines on the table when a girl wearing a short green dress, with blonde hair and a ponytail came up to him.

"Hey," she said sitting down. "I don't reconize you...you new?" She asked

He looked up from the table and gave her a shy smile. It was true that he was new, Shigure had been teaching him at home. That wasn't the story they were using though, he was just anti-social before his six year. That's what Akito had told him.

He opened his mouth to talk to her, and a soft voice came out, "I don't believe I've met you before, either, I'm not new. I just don't suppose I made an effort to make friends before. My name is Yuki Sohma, pleased to meet you." He finished, quite pleasantly. 'Why is everyone here a girl? If I get bumped into...Dead...completely and utterly, dead.'

Rhia and Lily finished dancing and walked back, laughing, to the table. "Hey Dani!" Rhia said when she had sat back down. "I see you've met Yuki."

"Dani Goodsman" She smiled. "And it is much my pleasure as yours. So what made the sudden change for you to make friends." She said trying to make conversation, but she knew they were both lying she'd never seen him at hogwarts before and she knew she would have at least seen him there before she would've reconized his scent.

"Ahh, my older cousin, Shigure, suggested it to me. He said he'd love for me to bring some..." He laughed to himself, this much was true. "Some girls home for him to meet." A sickened smile formed on his face. "Shigure is a sick giggle, but, we're friends, he's quite nice."

His smile grew more pleasant as Rhia-san sat down. She was such a nice person, first friend here. "Only briefly, Miss Ai."

Dani looked at Rhia, she wasn't sure if she liked her but ah well.

"He's sounds nice," she said

He let out a little shocked sound at that, and stiffened a bit. After a moment, he calmed down and smiled softly at her. His eyes glistened in the light shining down in the dance room, making him look, absolutely beautiful. A light blush rose up to his cheeks.

"I'm glad that you think so, Miss Dani. That's the impression I try to get across." He replied, still smiling.

//Both lying? I never said anything that was a lie... *is confused*\\
Rhia turned to Dani. "Hey Dani, since you're Harry's temporary leader for the DA, what are we going to be learning while Harry's away?"

"I have no idea, he's actually coming back soon. Very soon." She smiled, when Yuki's beautiful smile caught her eye, and her words were stuck in her throat.
