Chapter Thirty-Two - The Elder Wand

The way that it was Percy who held onto Freds body upset me more as you could just feel his regret in a way of not being there sooner, and losing his brother almost straight after he returned.

Rons reaction to Freds death was perfect too, and so upsetting

The spiders was a nice touch as it showed how much Rons character has grown, from someone who shrunk away from tiny spiders years ago to someone who fought the huge spiders without thinking.

Hermione being the one to tell Harry to go inside Voldys mind was a turnaround too as she was always against it. I still dont know why Voldy didnt realise this connection though.

I couldnt stop laughing as McGonagall and the army of desks charged by too

And again Harry saves Draco! Bleugh lol

And trelawney helping in the fight - now that just showed how much people change in a war.

And again, here, I really thought Hagrid was going to die

When Luna, Ernie and Seamus showed up and aided with the casting of the patronus against the dementors, I was surprised - not with Luna, but with Erine and Seamus - they were not who I would have expected to help out, but I guess it goes to show how much they have banded together and how much they learnt from Harry in the first place.

And OMG!!! The best and worst part of this chapter. I knew Snape was to die, but the way he died was so chilling. I couldnt stop crying! My snape was dead!

And his last words telling Harry to look at him because he wanted one last look at lilys eyes - now we understand why Harrys eyes were always important and it just showed that Snape did have feelings and emotions. He, as I always said, was hurt in the past, but he was a good person!

I agree with everything you said, apart from the crying at Snape's death part. It was sad, yes, but I've never really connected with Snape so I couldn't feel very sad at it myself.

Ron and Percy's reaction to Fred's death were so sad sad

I honestly thought Hagrid was a goner here, and I really think he must be the one who got the reprieve.

This chapter was so sad two upsetting deaths in one. The snape death was so amazing the way he spent his last moments looking into Harry's eyes. I was also thinking snape could have saved himself he could have pulled out his wand and killed the snake right? But he used his last magic to send Harry dumbledores message. Now that was brave.
I loved Percy in this chapter I just wanted to huggle him lol! But it was so upsetting that his brother had just died when they had just made up. Though it was good how he died telling a joke.
Hagrid I screamed at this point but I'm so glad Hagrid didn't die.

I think that was what set me off the most that he died with a smile and laugh on his face, I must have cried through the rest of the chapter and then Snape died and I cried some more. But I think Freds Death was completly unnessasary

I loved this chapter. I thought Hagrid was going to die along with his dog Fang. I hate when animals die I was like please don't kill Hagrid and Fang. I laughed when Trelawney dropped the crystal balls on the Death Eaters head. I laughed for like 15 minutes. I hated it when Fred died. I was sad that Snape died to even though right then I hated him.

Fred died oh no...I loved Fred.. he was so funny and found humor even at the most awfulest of times...and then snape died just so Vodly could have full possesion of his wand.. that just shows how evil he is... and then Luna comes out of nowhere and helps Harry out... I knew she would..lol

I was so sad reading this. It seemed like everyone was going to die and I couldn't stand it.

But Trelawney was there for some comic relief as always
