This is the another final battle. The death eaters just might have returned... There has already been one complete ,but I figure that we can always start another one... who knows who will win... So come all we need the good and the bad side in here. The bad side just might win this time around.

Zelda followed Oddie to the final battle... she was just a little bit afraid ,but she knew what she had to do.

Chris took the chance to move and get his wand when Shadow attacked the dementor, "Expecto Patronum" Chris shouted and the silver phoenix appeared. The coldness was over run by warm and hope.

Shadow was thrown back by the dementor. She picked herself up, shaking. Watching Chris perform a patronus, she calmed down.

Chris but when he was about to make the dementor go closer it escaped. "Dang."

Shadow saw the dementor and raced towards it, hoping to head it off.

"Protego." Chris said, causeing a protection sheild to block the dementor from going any further.

Shadow breathed a sigh of relief when Chris started to control the dementor.

"Ok, now, we are goi ng to try this one more time." Chris said, C hris moved the silver phoenix closer to the dementor and made it glide over to Voldy.

Shadow backed away so as not to block the dementor's movement.

It moved closer and closer to Voldemort, and then started to suck his sould out, well what was left of it. Chris turned his head because he didn't want to see the sight.

Shadow morphed back into a human and pulled her hood over her face, turning away.

He could hear the dementor sucking the soul out of Voldemort and it was something he would never forget.

Shadow shut her eyes, hands over her ears. She cursed her sensitive hearing. Turning away, she walked back into the forest, but not as far.

Zelda handed the Dementor over to Chris to try and kill Voldemort and watched than everything stopped.. Zelda than watched as the dementor went after Chris.. She ran to his side and than he controlled the Dementor again after it treed to go after Shadow... She turned around to see a familiar figure on the ground... It was Oddies boyfriend Matt.. Zelda than looked as a former stunned Voldemort came after the group.. Evidently there where still a few death eaters and they had unfrozen them.. All of the sudden Zelda heard a loud voice.. " ALL DEATH EATERS COME BACK TO THE CLEARING ... WE HAVE A CODE RED!!" Several more death eaters started to come and Zelda and the group where in a heap of a mess.. " WHY SHADOW!!!! WHY.. ITS VOLDEMORT.. " She said as she her silvery patronus went after the Dementor and she said.. " Go after Voldemort.. he is yours." Zelda said and the Dementor went after Voldemort without Zelda even having to control it.. She than looked at Chris.. " I am sorry it tried to such out your soul... ,but I did make a promise to it.. it has to have a soul tonight .." She said as she than saw that the Deather eaters and Voldy started throwing killing curse at the group.

Chris pointed his wand at some death eaters and sent a silent curse at them.

Shadow didn't hear anything through the barrier she had set up around herself.

Zelda sent a stunning spell at one of the death eaters until she heard something.. ZELDA... " The voice said.. It was Ralph... She turned around on the spot and spotted him. He motioned her over and she came... They went into the woods together.

"Chis.You cant kill my father.He has no soul" Violet cackled

"Every body has a soul, his is just broken. He couldn't be able to make horcruxes if he didn't have a sould because you have to spilt your soul to make one." Chris told Vilet.

Violet looked at him"Duh,he just has one piece.You have to kill the others first"

"We have already done that." Chris said, "Its been a while since we have, though."

Oddie quickly dodged some of the Death EAters and made her way over to Voldmort. Oddie raised her wand and Voldemort laughed at her. "What do you think your going to do, Kill me? Like you could even do that" Voldemort than raised his own wand and sent a killing curse after Oddie. Oddie quickly dodged out of the way and looking up she saw the dementor glid over advancing towards Voldemort.Voldemort than raised his wand and pointed it at the dementor sendig many different curses after it. Oddie then quickly raised her own wand but just as she started to say the spell someone hit her on the back of the head. Oddie fell to the ground and everything around her started to get black. No I cant pass out now Oddie thought

"ODDIE." Chris shouted. He ran over to where she lay. "Wake up Oddie." Chris begged.

Oddie heard someone call out her name but it sounded distant and she knew taht she was going to pass out any moment. "Chris" she tried to say

Voldemort gave his wand a long sweeping motion and the dementor froze in its tracks. He then returned his attention back to where Oddie was at and spotted Chris. Voldemort raised his wand and sent a killing curse after both of them

Shadow sensed something was going wrong and raced back to the clearing again, skidding to a halt. She looked around quickly and saw that Oddie was about to pass out. She ran over to her, and tried to help.

Oddie heard someone come closer to her and she tried to ask who was there but as she opened her mouth nothing came out. Oddie tried to get up but the work was too much and she fell back to the ground passed out. Many Death Eaters started to surround Oddie, Shadow and Chris, each of them pointing thier wands towards the three. Voldemort quickly made his way over to the group of Death Eaters surrounding them and said "Kill Them" he then left the Death Eaters alone and walked deeper into the woods. The remaining Death EAters each rasied thier wands and sent killing curses after the three[/color]

Shadow tried to duck from the curses, trying to wake Oddie at the same time.

One of the Death Eaters ran over to Shadow and Oddie and threw a kick at Shadow trying to get her away from Oddie

Shadow didn't react quickly enough to the kick and was thrown back a few feet.

CHris was casting curses and spells at the Death Eaters.

The Death Eater that kicked Shadow quickly picked up Oddie and started to rin off with her sending killing curses after Chris and Shadow

Chris dodged the curses and sent some back.

One of the other Death Eaters jumped in front of Chris and tried to place a body bind curse on him so that he would not be able to fight back

Chris tried to dodge the body bind curse but the Death Eater was to fast and Chris' arms and legs came together and he fell to the ground, his wand fell out of his hand and landed a few feet away. "Help me." Chris tried to say.

"Crying out for Help are we Potter" the Death Eater said as he walked over to Chris. "Your surrounded by Death Eaters theres no way someone is going to be able to help you." the Death Eater laughed as he pointed his wand at Chris's face. "Well should I kill you now or take you to the Dark Lord?"

"Just take me to Voldy." Chris said trying to take up time waiting for someone to help him.

The Death Eater hissed when he heard Voldemort's name and he kicked Chris in the side. "Do not say the Dark Lord's name." he said. The Death Eater than raised his wand and caused Chris to float. "I will take you to the Dark Lord. He will be glad to be able to finally kill a Potter"

Chris felt the pain from the kick but couldn't move. He then waited for his death.

The Death Eater dierected Chris's body and after a few minutes of walking the Death Eater finally stopped and bowed down before a man standing before him with a cloak over his head. "My Lord" the Death Eater said "I have captured the Potter boy"

"You shall be awared for this." Voldemort said pulling down the hood on his cloak. "Leave me with the boy" Voldemort watched as the Death Eater left.

Chris watche Voldemort.

Voldemort gave his wand a quick flick and Chris's wand flew over into his hands. Voldemort than gave his wand another flick and he lifted the body bind curse. "So we meet again" Voldemort said as a smile appeared on his face

Chris stood up, "Yes, Its such a pleasure." Chris said sarcasticaly. He lifted his wand.

"Do you think that you can defeat me once again?" Voldemort asked him as a smile appeared on his face

"I believe so, Voldy." Chris said. Chris waved his wand sending a curse at Voldemort.

Voldemort quickly reflected his curse and sent a killing curse after Chris.

Chris dodged the curse and sent a Stunner at Voldy.

Shadow finally came to her senses and ran to help Chris, sending bolts of magic at Voldemort.

Chris saw as Shadow helped and he started sending curse, spells, charms, and jinxes at the Death Eaters.

Ralph and Zelda ran deep into the woods.. He than looked at her... she looked at her scare and than at her.... " Your dying yet again.." He said.. Zelda nodded... " The stone though?" Ralph asked.. " I destroyed it knowing that Voldemort had came back.." Zelda said.. ... " What can I do?" Ralph asked... " Kill Voldemort .. " Zelda wipsered... " I don't know If I can... I was his servant and he thinks I still am." Ralph whispered.. Zelda looked at Ralph deeply and said.. " This is my dying wish that Voldemorts Soul is sucked out and that he will never return." Zelda said....

Zelda looked down at her scare and it didn't hurt.. it only oozed black looking blood... " Its the curse... its finally tonight." She said.... " I will die tonight for shure.." Zelda said as she pulled her shirt sleeve down and looked at Ralph.... " I still have some strengh... let me help fight and see my friends." Zelda said to Ralph... " He looked at her and smiled... " Always sis.." He said as he lead her to her friends...

Zelda found that they where still attacking Voldemort when she got there.. She looked at the group and joined in.

Chris' brother Ryan walked out of the woods and sent a curse towards Chris. "Ryan!" Chris shouted, "Curcio."

Ryan dodged the curse, "You think you can kill me, I am with the ultimate evil. I am protected by him." Ryan said.

Chris and Ryan started to battle sending curses everywhere.

Shadow saw this, and decided that she had better stay out of it. When she and her own sister fought, no one came near.
