Catheryne lifted her sleeves to reveal an exact copy of the dark mark, even with the a same dark pulse as a real one. She quickly pulled her sleeve back and said briskly, "There satisfied. Now, if you will excuse me I prefer not to spend my normal sleeping time chatting. I'd like to continue on my way."
She sounded confident, but was dreading a conflict.

"You must be mistaken," Catheryne said calmy, "Perhaps you saw one of my relatives. If you knew my family you'd know I was a bit of a black sheep in the alliance department."

"And what would you be doing with the Order? Not a spy for them perhaps...? Anyways as I have told you I have many similarities to my cousins. Now let me be," Catheryne said quickly hoping to avoid a full on duel.

"i'd be with the death eater fighting the order" said phoenix aiming her wand at her.

Catheryne stared seriously. "I have no quarrel with you so you will not want to be reported for an unwarrented attack on a fellow ally, wouldn't look to good for you in front of the rest of the death eaters," she said addig in a threat, " Might cause unwanted suspicion on where your loyalties lie."

She turned away, walking toward an entrance that led to the outside of the castle, but she still kept her guard up.

Phoenix caught up with the girl and exclaimed
"Stupefy!!!" phoenix held her wand facing the girl
"now tell me where you loyalites lie" order phoenix

Catheryne was ready for the attack and had mumbled Protego before the spell hit.
She shouted, "I have already told you and given you proof! This is not the time nor place to quarrel over your paranoid conspiracies."
She began to presume that Phoenix was quite pugnacious and would want this duel even if she had seen Catheryne with Death Eaters frequently, so she prepared her wand and thought of a stream of spells.

Emmalynn was just walking through the halls when she heard shouting. She recognized one of the voices as Catheryne and ran toward the noise, pulling out her wand on the way. As she rounded the corner, she saw Ryn and Phoenix pointing their wands at eachother.

"What's going on here? Ryn, fill me in?" Emmalynn asked, taking her stance next to her childhood friend. She knew Phoenix was a Death Eater, no matter that she was still in school.

Phoenix smirked.
" 'Sister? eh malfoy?. well that is interesting"

Phoenix wand went flying from her hands.
"Well that really changes the situation,doesn't it malfoy?" phoenix laughed

Phoenix smirked.
"Go on then if your gunna do it, but would you do it?" asked phoenix

Phoenix smirked
"And what make you think i have?"

Phoenix smirked
"And what makes you think i have that i have done what you are suguesting?"

Emmalynn smirked and shook her head. "I'm not like you. Leave now and i won't report you to Snape," she said.

Phoenix laughed.
"Snape? please...like i'm scared of him" sneered phoenix.

"Yeah, someone is, but not him..." hissed phoenix whist smirking

"Here at Hogwarts, your Head of House controls your freedom. He is your Head of House, therefore he controls your freedom," Emmalynn explained.

"Well i could say i have connections..." said phoenix

"Family connections, you? malfoy" hissed phoenix

Phoenix looked almost impressed.
"Well my family has close connections with noble house of black and the malfoy" said phoenix

Phoenix was this time impressed.
"The weasley? and Crabbes and Goyles? please they dont have any brain cells between them" phoenix laughed.

"Bellatrix lestrange" said phoenix "Your Draco's cousion, am i right?"

"Why didn't she like you?" asked phoenix "Nothing just wondering..."

Phoenix sighed.
"Oh well doesn't matter to me"
