Hogwarts Graduates- The Final Day of Hogwarts

"......Zeth Zymbler," Professor McGonagal called, and Zeth accepted his award, "Well, thats everyone. Goodbye and good luck students, you have a few hours before the Hogwarts Express arrives....make the most of it."
Graduation day. Holly would never have thought seven years ago that on this day she would be happily accepting her scroll for McGonagal along with everyone else. She assumed she would be expelled before then.
"Last day Georgie," Holly stroked her monkey, "Y'gonna miss it here?"
"Yes," George said sadly, "Very much. Mostly the people though....where are we going to go now?"
Holly sighed.
"I dunno," she said uncomfortably.
The seventeen year old skimmed a flat rock into the black lake, wondering.

Shadow seemed to grin evilly as she walked over to Holly and gave herself a good shake, water flying everywhere.

"Thanks," Holly said as specks of water hit her, "Now im wet...."

Natalie grinned as the water splashed her. She sat under the tree.

"I remember, when I was a first year, I did a full body bind on S.master under this tree...and then he said I wasn't a true gryffindor so I cried," said Natalie, grinning.

Shadow morphed back and snorted.
"He kept trying to beat me in a duel." She said.

"He never was one for playing fairly," said Natalie, "I never had a duel with him where he didn't cheat."

"Tell me about it." Shadow said, lying back on the grass.

Natalie grinned and took out her wand. She gave it a complicated little wand, and hot air issued from it. She used it to dry her robes.

Archangel watched Natalie quizzically.

"Will you do the same to me please," Holly asked Natalie, throwing Shadow a look.

Natalie dried Holly with the same spell, grinning at the Archangel.

"Watch this," she said when she'd done. She flicked her wand and said, "Avis," and a little flock of caneries issued from her wand.

Archangel grinned and morphed into her dove form to fly amongst them.

Natalie grinned, gave her wand a little flick, and the caneries turned into doves.

Archangel seemed to grin as she followed the flock.
"You certainly know how to keep her occupied." Shadow commented.

"Yes....I seem to," said Natalie, grinning as she tranfigured the doves into parrots.

Archangel landed, morphing as she touched the ground. She was grinning, and slightly out of breath.
"Thank you!"

"Anytime kiddo," said Natalie, patting the little girl on the head.

Archangel continued to smile as she lay down on the grass next to her mother.

Natalie sat down again.
The sun was beinging to set.
"And so, the sun set on there time at Hogwarts," she said, then she looked at Archangel, "and their time has yet to begin...it makes you wonder, doesn't it?"

"About what?" Holly asked.

Shadow nodded, understanding what Natalie had said.

"I wish you people werent so dang deep," Holly muttered.

Shadow smiled at her friend.
"I understood." Archangel pointed out.

"Suuure you did." Holly said, though she was quite sure Archangel had understood.

Archangel looked offended.

Holly patted Archangel on the back.
"You will learn," she said wisely.

Natalie shot Holly a death glare.

Shadow burst out laughing at that comment.

Natalie wondered what was so funny.

"Holly, you said 'you'll learn', but I still wonder if that statement is true for you..." Shadow said.

Natalie grinned, understanding now what was so funny.
"I wonder," said Natalie, still grinning.

Shadow, still giggling, looked out over the lake.

Natalie followed Shadow's gaze.
"Just think....people we went to school with here could become the future teachers of this school," said Natalie.

Holly tried to look offended, but burst into laughter also.

Natalie ignored the laugher, and continued to gaze over the lake.

"Or the future nurse." Shadow said.

"Or the future elf protector," Natalie muttered.

"Or the future....im sorry Im at a loss as to what we are doing..." Holly said.

"Just say what you want to be with 'or the future,' in front of it," said Natalie.

"Okay," Holly said, "Or the future person who shuts Nat up!"

Natalie pushed Holly into the lake.

Holly fell in.
"I deserved that," she admitted and climbed out.

"Yes you did," said Natalie.

Holly mimicked her and shook her hair over Natalie.

((Why would I stalk you when there is a perfectly good Queen just a plane-ride away...and yes...we can))

Natalie waved her wand and dried Holly's hair for her.

Holly grinned at her.
"Danke," she said.

"Um...anytime?" said Natalie.

"Yes," Holly said, "Thats right.....eat the chowder..."
