The posts can begin on Wednesday 8th October
and will end on Sunday 12th October - 5 days of rpg posting!

When you post - please put your position and team (eg. Gryffindor Beater) in brackets before you begin the RPG post - otherwise your post will be void of any points!

Weather: Rain, rain and more rain!

Remember to observe the new Quidditch rules: day one is for arriving to the pitch, after which the referee will post and the game can properly begin and chasers can no longer immediately state that they have scored. They must wait for the Keeper to post. See the howler in the main forum for more info.

(Ravenclaw Chaser)

Polly strolled down to the changing rooms the rain slamming down hard on her umbrella. 'Stupid British weather why can't it be sunny for one day of the year?'

Entering the changing rooms Polly quickly changed and ran out onto the pitch looking round Polly realized she didn't have her broom with her 'dozy' she muttered and ran back in there returning with a red face to the roar of laughter from the spectators.

Getting on her broom Polly kicked of doing quick and showy exercises to hide her embarsessment.

(Gryffindor Beater/Captain)

Pamela woke up in a rather good mood. She had a feeling she was missing something, but she wasn't overly concerned. Instead of thinking too long on it, she just got out of bed and started getting ready for what would likely be a relaxing day off. "No classes, no exams, no quidditch....wait. I do have quidditch! Oh heck. I'm probably late." She checked the time and sure enough, she was late. She wasn't going to worry, though. She was done worrying about quidditch. Instead, it would just be for fun. Of course, she doubted her ability to really pull that off. Time would tell.

She had to stop and think a bit, though, as she headed down to the lockers. What position do I play, again? Out of habit, she was automatically getting herself in the seeker mindset, but that wasn't right. She had played chaser last time. Okay so chaser it is. After a fairly long walk--Pamela was feeling a bit lethargic that day--she made it to her locker room. Right in front of her locker was a shiny new beater's bat. She'd bought it ages ago, hoping she would make beater, but the position never seemed to be available. What was it doing out, though. Then she remembered that she had gotten it out a few days ago in preperation for her new beater-ship. She knew she'd get mixed up and would need the reminder. "Thanks for that Pamela."

After getting on all her new protective gear, and feeling heavier than ever before, she stepped out into the sun? No, of course not. This was a quidditch game day for Gryffindor. There could be a drought going on through the entire continent, but it would still rain on a game day. Well, maybe that's an exaggeration. Sometimes it snowed. Pamela wasn't always this, perhaps cynical would be the best word. It's close enough anyway. She was just so darned tired of rain. And of being late.

She mounted her broom, only paying a little attention. "Sorry I'm.....late." She was attempting to address her teammates, but there were none to be seen. "Ah well. Hey there Polly! How goes it?" Pamela then proceded to do a few warm ups while she waited for the balls to be released. Hopefully she'd get to put her new beater bat to good use.

(Ravenclaw Beater)

Glancing at her agenda Herby realized that she had a game today. Goodness how could I forget. Grabbing her duffel bag with her gear neatly folded inside she head outside and straight towards the pitch. As she started to walk outside, Herby realized that it was raining.Gah my new shoes.

Running towards the Ravenclaw's Royal Blue Changing room Herby quickly placed on her uniform. Mmm peaches. She had almost forgotten that she added scented detergent. It was almost as though she was running through a field of peaches. Oh how she loved peaches.

Grabbing her broom Herby headed towards the entrance. Gripping her broom firmly and lifting off the ground she was officially air born and ready for action. Taking her position she realized that Polly was already on the field.

"Hey Polly! Hows it going? I can't believe its raining. I hope the game doesn't get cancelled."

(Ravenclaw Seeker)

Elladora was sitting in her house common room reading a fantasic fantasy novel. She was super excited because they had a Quidditch match today and it was raining! Elladora grinned; she liked the rain. Forcing herself to focus, and read really fast (she set an alarm to turn off when she needed to head out), she attempted to finish the last two chapters of the book.

Five minutes later, Elladora put the book down, thoroughly content with its ending and then she sqeaked rather loudy when the alarm went off. Right on time, she thought. She pulled on her heavier cloak charmed to withstand water and made her way outside and into the Ravenclaw locker room. She quickly changed into her blue outfit, glad that it was raining and she wouldn't be held down as much with drag from the water in her clothes, grabbed her goggles and Firebolt and went onto the pitch.

Elladora smiled at the adrenaline rush she got from being on the field. She mounted her broom and flew off to lap the field a few times and warm up. She waved hello to Herby, Polly and Pamela in a super-cheerful mood.

(Gryffindor Chaser)

Erika ran under the nearest pillar to hide from the un-welcome rain. Jeans soaked, her legs couldnt move. She took her hair and let out the water. As fast as she could she left the pillar onto the Quidditch Lockers. Right on time, Erika was in no hurry- she would have time to get with the team and be ready to play. She put down her book and rushed down to the pitch an our later, her neatly done hair ruined by the rain.

Covered with tearing ink, flyers covered the doors. Once opened she noticed one more with Red and Gold letters. Chanting support enlightened Erika. Smiling she walked over to her locker. 'It would be great if Gryffindor won, everyone would be smiling then.' Erika thought to her self. After an amount of trys she grabbed her broom from the inside of the locker and threw on her dry uniform which wouldn't stay. She took a breath, opened the doors and flew into the wet skys.

Flying around the pitch she continued to think of the success of Gryffindor. Teamwork is needed, and Erika wasnt going to let that pass her by, Gryffindor was capable of winning the Cup. Music in her heart she started to sing at a light tone;

Pamela was still doing some warm-ups when she realized some more people had flown into the air. She was finishing up a well-executed sloth grip roll, when she saw a red-and-gold blur hanging upside down. Actually, the blur was not upside down and was probably not even a blur. Pamela was upside down and blood was rushing to her head. Of course, she had herself righted long before she even came close to registering this. She realized the blur was actually the newly-made-official chaser, Erika. "Hey Erika! Glad you made it," she shouted to her teammate. "Beautiful weather we're having," she added sarcastically. She really wished the sun would come out, but at least they didn't have to worry about too many visibility problems. Pamela could at least be grateful for that. Now where is the referee with my new best friends?

(RAVENCLAW BEATER)

"Rain, rain, GO AWAY!" Elana yelled as she skidded towards the shelter of the Ravenclaw changing room. Scowling up at the sky earned her only an eyeful of cold water and slipping on the mud. Luckily she was able to regain her balance before she hit the ground. It would've stunk to arrive at the game cold, wet and muddy. She made her way into the locker room, making a note to put out a welcome mat so that next time it rained during a game the room wouldn't be laced with muddy footprints. She braided her hair into one long plait and opened her locker. Changing quickly as she could, it was harder since all of her clothes were sticking to her uncomfortably, she was snapping on her goggles and heading out into the rain much faster than she would have liked.

What she would have liked was to be curled up under some blankets in her dorm room, engrossed in a book or chatting with her dormies.

But - sigh - life just isn't fair most days.

Elana mounted her broom and took off, tightening her new grippy gloves once in the air. Taking her bat in hand, she zoomed over to her teammates. There were now four Ravens on the pitch, with only two Gryffies. But the balls hadn't been released, so there was still time for them to arrive.

"Aren't you super-siked to be here right now?" she said with a grim laugh as she shivered. She continued in a lighter tone, "Let's just make this worth it, all right? A win will cancel out being cold and wet. Agreed?"

Bella sat in the comentators box, one hand holding the announcing microphone, the other a large black umbrella.

''And look at this dreadful weather!'', Bella shouted, trying to be heard above the winds, '' The first to arrive on the pitch is Polly of Ravenclaw. Here she comes now, hang on! Where's her broom? Looks like the chaser has forgotton it, yes there she goes now to retrive it. Come on people be nice, everyone has a blonde moment once in a while.''

''And next onto the field is the Gryffendor Beater and Captain, Pamela! And she mounts her broom and is away... doing a few warm up laps... And one of the Ravenclaw Beaters has just arrived. Herby!''

Bella knew she was doing an aweful job at commentating but to be honest, nothing interesting was happening and she was in quite a bad mood as her umbrella wasnt really working.

''And Elladora, the Ravenclaw seeker has also arrived on the pitch! So thats three Ravenclaws and only one lone Gryffendor so far.''

''Wait, i spoke too soon. Another Gryffendor has arrived, Erika who plays chaser! ANd the Ravenclaws have another player, Elana their beater.''

''So far we have two Gryffendors, a seeker and chaser, and four Ravenclaws, two beaters, a seeker and a keeper.''

(Ravenclaw Chaser)

Kim was leaning in to kiss him when someone yelled. Kim had been sleeping when she was rudely awakened. She looked at her alarm clock, it didn't go off!!! She was late for her Quidditch game. Kim cursed and threw on some sweats and a tank top. SHe pulled on her Vans slip-ons and ran downthe stairs.

Kim arrived in the locker rooms out of breath and soaked. It was pouring outside. SHe pulled her robes on and grabbed her broom. SHe walked onto the pitch and slipped. SHe fell on her butt. SHe heard laughter and rolled her eyes. SHe got up wiping her butt off. She pulled out her wand and murmered a spell to clean her up. Then she did a spell to keep her dry.

Kim got on her broom and flew up in the sky. She waved to everyone, barely visibly through the rain. SHe was glad the balls hadn't been released yet.

(Gryffindor Beater [*squeeeeeeee*])

June skipped into the Gryffindor Locker Room, singing loudly and not giving a hippo what anyone else thought. She was in the best of moods, and it wasn't like in A Tale of Two Cities where it was the best and worst of times at once. Nope, June was completely ecstatic. Not even this oppressive weather could put a damper on her mood. "I am aiming to be somebody this somebody trusts, with her delicate soul, I don't claim to know much," June sang as she opened her locker and took out her robes. This song was Bottle it Up by Sara Bareilles, and June loved it. She continued to sing as she shrugged on her Quidditch robes and placed her goggles in her pocket. She couldn't seem to find her poncho and grimaced, though the expression was quickly wiped away by a smile.

Her position was now, once again, Beater, and June couldn't be happier. It felt so right, as if she was settling back into a favorite pair of pyjamas. June grabbed her broom and, keeping her hands resolutely from the Keeper gloves, she got her bat. It felt so right in her hands, as if it had never left. June couldn't wait for this game to start. Though she was a bit late, June hoped she'd be able to make up for it, now that she was back where she belonged. After tying up her hair and carefully putting on her goggles, June walked out to the Pitch. She winced; the rain was harder than she had thought it would be. But it would be okay... Nothing was going to keep this Beater down today!

Mounting her broom, June kicked off from the soggy grass and whooped as she spiralled up into the air, forcing her body and broom into continuously smaller corkscrews. Normally, June didn't enter the game with a bang, but being back in her old position called for some celebration, right? The Spinning Screw seemed to be apt. The move involved spinning into smaller and smaller corkscrews, as she was doing now, and was used to both confused the opponent and to gather momentum without overshooting distance. It made sense, June figured, since now that she was a Beater again, hopefully she'd get her moves just right. The balls hadn't been released yet, so this was just for practice, but as June's parents always said: "Practice makes perfect". Though there was no such thing as perfection, there was no hurt in trying for it.

June slowed her spirals and gradually stopped her spinning. She was so elated, she wasn't even dizzy, and immediately turned and flew to where she saw Pamela. Her Captain and fellow Beater looked as if she'd already done a bit of warming up, and for a moment, June's smile weakened. The sight of her teammate reminded June of a teammate that was missing: Cris. She was no longer June's teammate, and it seemed as if part of June was missing. For now, there would no longer be any shouts of "Sis!" or saving each other from falls off of brooms. But June couldn't go back; she had to face forward. And that forward involved today's game against Ravenclaw.

"Hey Pamela!" June shouted as she got within hearing distance. Her vision and hearing were greatly impaired by the unrelenting rain, but as she grasped her bat in her right hand, June began to feel her spirits rising once more. "This will be a great game!" she said, promising herself to prove her prediction true as she said it. 'It would be', a part of her whispered, 'even if she had to jump off of her broom to make it so.'

{Ravenclaw Keeper}

Sighing, Rigby closed her locker, but not before blowing a good luck kiss at her picture of Oliver Wood. He might have been a Gryffindor, but she knew that he was a Ravenclaw at heart- where it mattered. She shrugged into her rain gear, and did a quick water repel spell on her face. The rain outside was unending, and her vision would be impaired enough without having to blink water out of her eyes.

She grabbed her broom, popped in a piece of gum, and she was ready to go. The walk down the hallway to the pitch seemed longer than usual. Usually she enjoyed playing Quidditch in the rain, but she had never played as keeper. She was a bit nervous.

Once the air hit her face, she felt the spray of water on her hands, and her nerves calmed instantly. Defending the hoops suddenly seemed like the easiest thing in the world. All she had to do was keep her eye on the quaffle, a million times bigger than the snitch, and anticipate which hoop her opponent would throw it through. Piece of cake.

Yeah, right.

Hmmm, something was still missing. Rigby had lost her mojo. Her eyes brightened. Of course! I just need my mojo back, she thought.

She pulled a can of Vanilla Coke from her pocket and chugged it down. Mojo restored! She flew onto the pitch, confidence fully restored by a shot of her favorite drug- caffeine.

(RAVENCLAW BEATER)

Elana's spirits brightened as she saw Kate fly up to her post. They had almost the entire team on the pitch! Sure, it was raining, but they were unstoppable when they played together. What could possibly go wrong?

Of course, she just had to think that. And you know what happens to people who think those fateful words. It always goes wrong. Most of the time horribly, horribly wrong. And this case was no different for the poor Ravenclaw. The sad part was that the game hadn't even officially begun when the terrible event occurred.

It started with the popping open of a can of deliciousness: Vanilla Coke. Hearing the sound, Elana was immediately drawn to its source. She took off towards the Ravenclaw goals to see if Kate had any more. It would be a perfect way to start the game if she could only get a drink. Distracted by the beauty of Vanilla Coke, she didn't react in time to stop her broom. As she was racing towards Kate, who was stationed in front of the goals, she saw that this could end in one of two bad ways. One: crashing into Kate and spilling the precious Vanilla Coke in the process of hurting her teammate. Two: crashing into the goalposts and hurting herself and the equipment. She chose option number two.

She pulled on her speeding broom just in time to avoid hitting Kate. She instead rammed into the goal post, and fell to the ground. She must've blacked out, since the next thing she remembered was the feeling of being on a levitated stretcher headed for the Hospital Wing. When she awoke later that day to find that she had broken an arm when she fell, and bruised basically everywhere else. But her team, being the amazing friends they were, had the foresight to bring with them a case of Vanilla Coke in hopes of a speedy recovery. The only thing that could make it faster would be news of a victorious game...

(Sorry guys, forgot I wasn't going to be with a computer this weekend! And I'm really tired and sorry this post is so stupid and random, but I had to write fast and get out of the game XD A replacement should be coming. RA RA RAVENCLAW!)

(Ravenclaw Seeker)

Elladora had begun shaking her head to find the new arrivals to the pitch and started counting the players. Gryffindor was down many, but the rainy conditions were a huge factor in who would take this match. Elladora squeezed her hands into fists and noticed again how incredibly small they were. She started laughing. "Snitch-sized," she said to herself. Still giggling, she zoomed off toward the Gryffindor end.

Then, without much realization on Elladora's part, she caught sight of Elana speeding somewhere in her peripheral vision-- straight at Rigby. Elladora gasped and had to seriously resist the urge to start laughing-- because it was just like in the movies-- because she realized that Elana had to crash into one of two things to stop herself.

Elladora sped off to her team's posts and found Elana falling quite a distance. Fishing her wand out of her pocket, Elladora pointed it at Elana, shouting, "Mobilicorpus!" Elana's body hovered in mid-air and Elladora carefully took her down to floor level, where Madam Pomfrey came rushing out with a levitating strecher. "I hope Elana will be all right," Elladora murmured. After a few brief reassurances from Madam Pomfrey, Elladora resumed her spot inthe skies and re-focused on the match.

(Ravenclaw Beater Replacement)

Stephy was sitting in the common room when all of a sudden one of the younger year students burst into the room and looked around searching for someone. Probably looking for one of his firends Stephy thought as she held up her book that she was hodling and continued to read. All of the sudden the book was snatched from her hands and the student who just entered the room was holding it.

"What are you doing?" Stephy asked him as she snatched the book back.

"You need to fil in a position for Elana. She just got hurt in the qudditch match" the boy said. Stephy quickly jumped to her feet and ran to retrieve her robes from upsatirs. She quickly threw them on and grabbing her bat and broom she raced out of the common room and towards the pitch.

Once out on the pitch she saw many of her fellow team mates and a few Gryffindors out on the field. Stephy quickly put her hair up into a pony tail before mounting her broom and kicking hard off of the ground the rose up into the air. "Hope I'm not too rusty" Stephy said as she flew up high above the rest scanning the sky for any signs of a Bludger.

(Referee)

Raistlin rushed to the pit carrying the wooden box with the Quidditch Balls. Quickly putting it on the ground and tipping it with his wand it flew open and the balls wetn soaring.

Getting up in his broom he flew to the middle of the pitch, released the Quaffle and blew the whistle.

"Game started!"

{Ravenclaw Keeper}

Rigby was relieved to see that Elana was going to be okay. Moments late Stephy flew on to the pitch, and Rigby clapped her hands in excitement. It was great to see Stephy, and it had been too long since she'd played beside her.

Relieved to see Raisty in his referee's uniform... Wait, I'm relieved that Raisty is our ref?! Rigby shuddered and pushed back the thought. She kept a keen eye on the quaffle as he released it.

"Come on, Ravenclaw! Let's get that quaffle and take it to the goals! Let's win one for Rowena!" Rigby was aware that she was perhaps a bit too enthusiastic sounding, but blamed it on the cool sweetness of the Vanilla Coke as it coursed its way magically through her body. She made a pact with herself to chug a can everytime they scored. And she was thirsty!

[Gryffindor Chaser]

Erika quickly grabbed the thrown Quaffle and held it close. Rain fell down, in the foggy skies it was hard to see the golden rings let alone the Snitch the Seeker needed to find.

"Lets Go Gryffindor, Lets Go!!" She shouted into the air, the crowded stands cheering as Erika flew past. Soaked from the rain there seemed to be no stopping their enthusiasm.

With the need for speed Erika held her broom and kicked forward performing The Slash. She soared threw the air on her Comet 2-50, the rings now in her sight. The movements of The Slash were discribed by the name as she implied.

Everyone time she flew, slashing threw the air, everyone would be amazed. Gryffindor needed this win, The cup held in their hands would be a dream. Erika shook out the water held on her shoulders, her hair slapping her cheeks.

(Ravenclaw Beater)

Stephy looked down at the pitch and watched Raistlin enter the field and releash the balls. Let the game begin she thought to herself as she watched the to Bludgers fly out of teh crate and around the pitch. She tightened her grip on her bat happy to once again be on the pitch. She didnt know when she would be able to play again what with school getting in the way. Stop thinking about school. I have all the time in the world after this game is over said a voice in her head as she zoomed on down the pitch towards the gryffindor goal post where she had spotted one of the balls.

Stephy looked around the pitch searching to see who she could aim it at and quickly spotted a gryffindor not too far from her. She threw back her bat and aimed right for the little black ball. There was a crack and vibrations traveled from her bat and up her arm as the bal came in contact with the ball. She had sent the Bludger right towards Erika, the gryffindor's cahser. I hope she drops the quafflle she thought looking around to see if there were any nearby Ravenclaw chaser to srteal the ball if she did and instead she saw Rigby. Stephy gave her a quick wave before turning her broom around to find the second Bludger

[Gryffindor Chaser]

Chill ran down Erika's spine, Strange feelings never flew by very easily. Eyes wide open she turned her head frantic, looking for something to fly out of the fog and attack. She gripped her broom tight and locked the Quaffle near her chest.

Howling in the winds made Erika jump. She closed her eyes, focussing on her mission. When she was to open her eyes she would fly to the rings and throw the ball with all her might. From black to a blinding white, Erika screamed flying off her broom.

Her hands gripped on her Comet 2-50, Her helping hand holding her from the ground. The attacking bludger took a round trip, turning around to hit her once more.

"HELP!!" She shouted trying to swing her leg to pull herself up, the Quaffle under her arm slidding out from underneath.

[ Now see what you did Stephy!! LoL ]

(Ravenclaw Beater)

Stephy heard a scream and looking she saw that the person who she had aimed the Bludger at was being attacked by the black ball, looking as if she was going to fall off of her broom at any minuate. Not wanting her to get injured badly, Stephy flattened herself against her broom and flew to ehr aid. She quickly got in between Erika and the Bludger just as it tried to attack her once again. She hit the Bludger as hard as she could and a crack filled the stadium. The Bludger than zoomed off towards another Gryffindor player.

"That bludger was only met to scare you" Stephy said looking to see if she was okay. Well Im probably am going to regret this later she thought as she tried to help the chaser incase she was about to fall off of her broom. During this mess, Stephy was hoping that she would of at least dropped the quaffle.

[Gryffindor Chaser]

Erika took a deep breath and smiled.
"Thank you.." She muttered greatfully. "Huh, yeah scared the crap out of me." As she pulled herself onto the broom she looked around the Pitch, took another breath and reached for the Quaffle under her arm...

"Oh my God.." Once more frantic she looked around the pitch for the stolen ball. She look for the Ravenclaw Chasers but they were no where in her sight. Finnally she looked where the Quaffle would go- Down. The falling Quaffle was out of her reach to chase after.

(Gryffindor BEATER)

Out of the corner of her eye, June saw a blur of blue plummet towards the ground. She snapped her head around and she stared in shock as she saw Elana falling. After a moment, she breathed a sigh of relief that someone was helping her to the ground. It looked like the Ravenclaw would be out of the game, and though June was slightly relieved about that, she hoped her friend wasn't too hurt. Turning her atention away from the ground, June scanned the air. Someone flew up and June wooped as she recognized Raistlin releasing the balls. The game had officially begun!

Immediately, her attention was focused on the bludgers. They shot off in opposite directions and June chased after one of them. This one was extremely flightly and June gritted her teeth as she pushed Aethera faster. The bludger in front of her dove and spun and generally looked to be leading her on a wild goose chase. Ugh. Of the two black balls, June just had to choose to go after this one, and it wasn't like she could change her mind now. She had already devoted herself to getting this bludger and smashing it to Timbuktu... or a Ravenclaw player. Really, she wasn't that picky.

Suddenly, June heard a faint scream of help, and she turned around, alert. It was Erika, and she was dangling from her broom, the Quaffle falling towards the ground. Oh no. But June could see from here that she wouldn't get there in time to stop the bludger that was doubling back for her teammate. Casting around wildly for a solution, June stopped puzzled at the sight of Stephy flying towards Erika and helping her. Since the Ravenclaw had probably been the one to hit the bludger towards Erika.. huh. Whatever her reason, June was grateful for her. But still, June hadn't been able to get to Erika when she had needed the help. She sighed and cursed herself. Though Erika could take care of herself, that had been a bludger, and June was supposed to be keeping track of those. Ugh.

Shaking her head, she turned back to the bludger she had been chasing before. It was just a blur in the distance, since she had slowed down at Erika's cry for help. June lowered herself onto her broom so that she was almost one with it, stretched and wrapped around it for more speed. She flew towards the bludger, quickly gaining speed in The Beater Bullet. Perhaps it was fueled by her determination or perhaps the wind was with her at that moment, but June reached the bludger sooner than she had expected. Before it could dart away once more, June pulled around sharply and raised her bat, all in one quick motion. Fluidly, she brought it down, smashing it into the bludger and propelling the ball towards Kim.

(Ravenclaw Seeker)

Elladora paid little attention to the bludger-Chaser-Beater chaos going on below her, but kept glancing down to make sure everyone was okay. Once Elladora was sure everyone was safe she peeled her eyes out for the Snitch. Elladora really needed to catch it fast, as Ravenclaw's Chasers weren't being very active. She circled the stadium twice, scanning everything carefully.

Elladora's eyes kept darting to flashes of gold she saw all over the stands. She shook her hair out of her face and ascended another thirty feet. After another five minutes, she executed a perfect Raven's Dive to quickly get to the bottom of the pitch and continue looking without losing time. Elladora spun the stadium a few more times, without much luck. Out of boredom, she began tracing a figure-eight in the air above the score box while searching.

Then, out of the corner of her eye, she noticed a tiny shimmering object with wings, levitating in the middle of the field. Elladora squeezed her broom handle tightly and zoomed off in that general direction. The Snitch changed it's course and so did she, zooming in whatever direction the tiny ball decided to fly in. Elladora was within reach of the Snitch, but her broom. Frustrated, Elladora decided to attempt to do a Surfing Seeker, something she'd been having difficulty with at practice. She jumped onto her broom, to ride it like a surfboard, and extended her entire body forward, throwing off the aerodynamics of her position.

Her broom began to respond to the wind pressure and bucked, causing her feet to slip off. Elladora caught the broom under her and landed side-saddle, then she found the Snitch under her yet again. A few feet below...

Elladora backflipped off her broom, grabbed the Snitch and got a hold of her broom before she fell. Grasping the broom with one hand and the Snitch in the other, Elladora re-positioned herself on her broom, holding the Snitch up and grinning hugely.

(Ravenclaw Beater)

After saving the Gryffindor chaser who she had aimed a Bludger at, Stephy looked around the pitch and saw that the second Bludger was heading stright for Kim. Stephy heard Ericka said thank you and she quickly responded with "No problem" before flattening herself against her broom and flaying down the pitch towards kim. As she made her way down the pitch she looked around the field looking to see if the other Bludger was nearby but instead she spotted Elladora who looked as if she had spotted the Snitch.

Go Elladora Stephy thought as she turned her attention back to svaing Kim. Even if Elladora caught the snitch she still had to save Kim because the Bludger wasnt going to stop attacking even if the game ended. As Stephy grew closer she saw taht the Bloudger was getting closer with every second and she was unsure if she could get there in time.

Kim's counting on me I got to help her out Styephy thought as she tried to flatten herself against the broom even more gaining a little more speed. Once she got close to Kim, She sat up on her broom and threw back her bat aiming for the little black ball just as it was a foot away from hitting Kim. Stephy flung the bat forward and a crack filled the sir that indicated that she had hit her target and that Kim would be safe from the Bludger.

Now that she knew that Kim was going to be okay, Stephy looked across the field to where Elladora was at. She saw that she was hdoling something. Stephy notcied the sun gleam off oif it and she knew that it had to be the snitch. She raced over to Elladora and gave her a huge hug saying "Well done Elladora."

(Ravenclaw Chaser)

Kim shook her head. SHe had been dazed off, thinking about Josh....What had she missed? Well... the balls had been released, finally. A Gryffindor Chaseer stole the Quaffle. She had been attacked by the Bludger that Steffie had sent swirling towards her. Stef then had to save her from falling off her broom.

Kim had just been saved by Steffie. The Bludger would have likely given her much pain, and Steffie was her savior of the game. SHe gave Steffie a smile of gratitude but she was already off to congratulate Ella. Congratulate? They won!!! Ravenclaw won the match!!! Kim squealed and spun in a circle then zoomed to Ella's side giving her a pat on the back saying,"Great job,Ella!!"

Ravenclaw ALL THE WAY, BAYBEE!!!
