The Final Battle

~He pushed himself back to his feet, and glared at the girl~

"So, you dare to try to fight me, do you?" He growled~

"you dared to kill my family!" ::She snapped back, anger, sadness, and hate in her normally kind and sweet eyes.::

~He glared at her~ "What? Why do you say I did it?" ~He snapped coldly~

::Sara thought for a moment. Yes her accuasation had been rather...closed minded, but..::

"it doesn't matter! it was still a death eater who...who.....you're all the same and always will be. You deserve to be dead or in Azcaban with the rest of the scum."

"Well every aura should die as well for killing MY family!" He shouted back, for the first time revealing a bit of his past that he had kept secret for so long~

Sky heard shouting in the hall ahead of her. She walked twards the voices. She quickly hid in a shadowy corner when she spotted the deatheater. "What should I do?" She thought to herself.

~The anger and hatred he felt towards aurors and the Order seemed to empower him and he sent a stunning curse at Sara~

~Then he turned and started walking down the corridor, though he could sense someone was around yet he saw no one~

Sky breathed as quietly as she could. The deatheater was heading twards her. She got her wand out and aimed it in front of her. She stood waiting as he approached nearer to her.

~He stopped as he heard movement just ahead of him. He raised his wand and held it tight. ~

Sky saw the deatheater stop and knew he could sense her.

She stepped out from her corner and stood where the deatheater could see her.

"Don't kill me. I wish to talk." She said nervously to the stanger.

~Fated raised a brow as he approached her and after a moment he slowly lowered his wand.~ "Very well..." He also softened his tone just a little.~ "Since you aren't outright attacking me, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to talk."

Sky breathed deeply. "What are you doing?" She though to herself.
She faced the Deatheater. "Who are you?" She asked.

"I'm Fated Deathes, most trusted and powerful Death Eater of the Dark Lord." ~He said with a smirk. "So...who are you?"

Sky swallowed and composed herself.
"I am Sky Summers. I am a 7th year Slytherin student here at Hogwarts."
She looked closely at the Deatheater. Somehow he fascinated her. She felt not afaid for some reason.
"I am the first one sorted into Slytherin in the history of my entire family. And I think I know why."
She pondered wether or not to tell him her secret. Not too many people knew and he may just know why it was.

~He raised a brow at the mention of Slytherin.~ "I too am a Slytherin...in fact, I think perhaps I have seen you in the house before. I had to leave the school due to some nosey gryffindors discovering that I was a Death Eater and I had to flee. However, I have returned to carry out my mission which is to get rid of the Order and any aurors that cross my path." He seemed comfortable telling her all of that which was odd. ~

She smiled. "I thought you looked a little familliar."
She was feeling at ease with him but not herself.
"What are you doing? He will kill for the cause of killing and power." She thought to herself.

"I am a parcelmouth. My parents don't know. I have been since as long as I can remember." She blurted out to Fated.

"I remember something happening as a child to me. Something that is really fuzzy, but I know I saw Voldemort. I think somehow, he is connected to all of this."

She sighed. "My parents have no clue. It would kill them if they knew. They were crushed when I was sorted into Slytherin. But, I like it here. A lot of the Slytherins are great."

~Fated blinked then nodded slowly~ "So, you are able to speak to snakes? Impressive. I have not mastered that but...I do have a hard time remembering things at times, while at other times something will just hit me. I have an animagus form." He softened his voice more. "However, I don't dare use it for I can not exactly control it." ~He recalled a few blurred memories and then quickly shook them away~ "Anyway, I am curious to know just what side you are on..."

Sky looked at Fated.
"Well, I am a member of the DA. I am not sure if you know what it is but we are a group of students practicing to be able to defend ourselves against dark spells. I have always been fascinated with the dark arts and I want to learn as much about them as I can. Right now I am undecided about what my future holds. Don't get me wrong, I feel myself as a good person, but I often wonder with my abilties, being what they are, where I should sway. I think there is a connection to Voldemort somewhere in my past that has given me my parceltongue abilities. I am able to control snakes and what they do by simply speaking. They obey my every asking. I would like to explore that, before I decide what i am going to do."

Sky looked at the ground. "I don't understand why the students are being attacked though, where they are so young and so inexperienced."

::Rachel stirred and stood up. She saw Dani's unmoving body next to her and realized with a start where she was and how she got there. The last thing she could remember was Fated holding up her wand and asking her Looking for this?. Rachel groaned and ran a head through her hair, wincing when, at the back of her head, she came to a painful and large bump. Shakily, she stood up and looked at Dani. Without her wand, there was nothing she could do to help her, so she began walking down the corridors, trying to find Fated. She couldn't do much without her wand...well, except for a talent she inherited from her great-grandmother, but that was something she didn't like to use unless absolutely necessary. She turned a corner, and her eyes widened in surprise when she saw him there, talking with another girl.::

"Deja vu..." ::she whispered, deciding to stay hidden this time.::

~Fated nodded slowly to the girl and then shrugged~ "Well then, I'll spare you for now as my goal is to kill aurors and members of the Order, not students but do not get in my way or I will not be as nice next time."

~And he turned and quickly walked on down the corridor and disappeared around the corner~

Sky stood there on her spot. "Why did you tell him all that." She thought to herself. "You are luucky he didn't kill you."

Sky slowly walked down the hall, and went into an empty classroom. Her wand ready if she needed to use it.

::She flattened herself against the wall as she heard footsteps. Was someone coming towards her? Or going away from her?::

As sky was sitting in the classroom she heard someone coming down the hall. She opened to door slightly and peaked out to see if she could see who it was.

~Fated had went up to the third floor corridor and grinned seeing that the door to the room that once held Fluffy was opened~

'Now to see if it is here' ~he thought as he walked in~

::sara saw him enter fluffys room::

"i wouldn't do that if i were you." ::she said in a singsong voice.::

"they get very tempermental, those three headed dogs."

Dani rubbed her head and hopped on to her feet, "Sky?" She asked

Sky heard Dani call from a few rooms down and quickly went to see her. She found her and closed the door behind them. "I have to tell you something." Sky whispered.

~Fated spun around and glared at Sara~ "You again? I thought I got rid of you." He grumbled~

"What?" Dani asked

~He grabbed Sara's hand and pulled her into the room with him~ "If the dog gets hungry, I can just feed you to it!" He sneered as he pulled the door shut and started towards the other locked door that supposedly had the dog in it~

::Sara yanked her hand away.::

"Nu uh!" ::She said childishly.:: "you're taller, which means more food, i'm feeding you to it!"

~he pushed her forward towards the sleeping dog~ "you'd be tastier" he said to sara~

::Sara stumbled but regained her balance and shoved him towards the pooch.::

"He probably prefers the taste of stale shoes, hence; you die."

~He rolled his eyes and then suddenly smelled something and at the same time he noticed he was walking in what felt like water as it was splashy sounding. However that odd stench really made him wonder. He held his wand up. "Lumos" He said. ~

~As the room brightened he saw the dog was still supposedly asleep but smelled funny and then looking down he saw it wasn't water he was standing it- it was blood.~

~A hissing sound filled the air~ "Get back...something feels weird." He mumbled to Sara~

::Sara nearly retched at the sight of the blood.::

"why is he still asleep?" ::She whipsered, scared, but keeping her wand on Fated.::

"He's not asleep he's dead..." Fated replied slowly. Then he looked up and saw a hole in the wall. It required a bit of climbing and so he decided to just go back to the door but the door was no longer there. It had disappeared and become part of the wall.~

"Great, we're trapped." He grumbled~

After trying to calm down oddie thought that it would be wise to leave the kitchen. She ventured forth not sure what was going to happen. She slowly made her way up the stairs but all of the sudden the stairs moved and she was now facing the 3rd floor. Oddie continued to walk up the stairs and saw two people ther. "W-w-who are y-you" Oddie asked. Then as she looked down at the floor she saw blood and fluffy."Y-you k-killed f-f-fluffy" Oddie sid too terrifired to run

::Sara's eyes went wide.::

"t...trapped?" ::She whispered horcely:: "We can't be!!"

::She started to walk around the walls, feeling htem for a way out.::

"Dear sweet merlins dirty socks." ::She groaned.:: "we're trapped." ::She sunk to the ground, her school robes and skirt becoming drenched in the blood, and barried her head in her hands.::

"who killed him?" ::She mused aloud, they must have been very smart to have killed the dog, and where where they now?::

~Fated paced back and forth, shaking his head~

"I don't know who killed it.' He shrugged~ "But we can't be trapped this easily. Let's blow a hole in the wall." He said as he prepared to blast the wall~

::sara raced forward and grabbed his arm::

"NO! you don't know what charms are protecting this place! Fluffy was so large, if he could have taken a swiipe with his paw he would have blown a hole in the wand...no...simply blasting our way through won't work."

~He paused realizing she was right and lowered his wand~ "Well then what do you suggest we do?"

::Sara raised an eyebrow (it's a trademark move! lol).::

"aren't you the dark arts fanatic here? you should be able to figure something out."

~He raised a brow, rather curious as to why she'd trust him to be the one to get them out of there.~

"Well, we could always go down that trap door~ "He pointed at the door under the dog's head. "But we'll have to wade through the blood. And I really don't know what is down there so YOU go first"

::Sara rolled her eyes.::

"quite the gentleman you are, aren't you." ::She said sarcastically.::

::she waved her wand over the mess ont he floor and the blood vanished.::

~He smirked with amusement and followed her~ "I can be gentlemanly at times." He replied~

::Sara smiled a fake smile.::

"oh good!" ::She said cheerfully, and pushed him down the trapdoor before her, then jumped down after him.::

"GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!" ~He couldn't believe she pushed him down first and he slid down until he landed with a thunk at the bottom~

::Sara landed with a slightly softer thunk. Then realized she had landed smack on to of him.::

"Opps." ::She stood up, and suprised herself by offering him a hand up.:: "well it doesn't seem to bad..."

~He grumbled as he grabbed her hand and let her help him up~ "Uh...thanks." He said then he slowly looked around. "What is this place?"

::Sara looked around, she saw what looked like...a dead plant?::

::It started to move, it wrapped up her ankle, it started to pull her down and throttle her.::

::desperatly she tried to struggle free, but to no avail.::

::The Devils Snare was working quickly.::
