*Scarlet shot Dani a look and then pushed right into her.*
"Excuse me can you wacth were youare going" she cattily said and then flicked her hair.

Dani drew her wand, "Yeah watch were your going," She said in a mocking tone, "Stupify!" She yelled. "Clean up your act," She said over Scarlet's body.

Tillie, having seen it all from her table, sighed and got on her feet, walking over to the two girls, frowning.

"What's going on here?" she asked sternly

"Nothing," Dani said spinning around to stare into a tall woman's eyes. "Old rivalires die hard."

"I can see that," said Tillie, folding her arms with a frown. "But this is the Great Hall, not a random place, and this is a ball, not a duelling tournament, so would you please wake her up? I trust you know the counter spell."

"Of course I do I'm not stupid. But what if I don't want to unhex her."

Tillie frowned and rolled her eyes.

"Enervate," she sighed, pointing her wand at Scarlet.

*Scarlet stared at Dani and then came with in inchs of her face*
"That was a very very big mistask" she spat and then stormed out of the great hall

Walks back over to the DJ booth and changes it to Three Days Grace "Let's start a Riot"

Then says to Dani

"Hope you don't mind this music?"

Then says

"I mean..the music she put on wasn't..that bad."

Traci sighed still alone at the punch bowl story of her life no one wanting to talk to her noting new

"No this music's great," She smiled. "I don't know what got into me back there."

Sandy hurried over but was too late, the sence was over. She glared at her cousin, "Dani why are you so stupid!!!" she huffed, "whydo you always have to pick a fight? couldn't you give me five minutes peace of not having to watch your back?"

Frowns looking to where Scarlet left

Grins at what Sandy said.

"She seems to be the..uh..stand up for the underdog type."

Glances around at everyone

"Us being the underdogs when that girl changed it."

Crosses his arms

"I despise 'punk' music."

"I do too, but that doesn't mean that she has to make a huge deal over it. i mean seriously!"

"I wan to be topdog." Dani said and laughed. "And I did not make a hugh deal over it.

"If she didn't change it, I would have gone up and changed it as well."

"Either way, that person would of been mad at someone."

Traci looked at the crowd of people and wished she had friends to talk to

"It's better me, everyone hates me. So now she just has a reason." Dani said and crossed her arms. "So Sandy how did the boy search go?"

Sandy sighed,"which is why you shouldn't be encouraging people's bad emotions! Dani, Dani, Dani what am I going to do with you?" She sighed again, putting a hand to her forehead. She was starting to feel that a headach was coming on.

Traci sighed then noticed dani in the middle of it she would talk to her she walked over there "whats up" Traci asked

Dani waved at the new comer. "How are you Traci?" She smiled and frowned. "Sandy, Sandy, Sandy how many times do I have to tell you that I'm not your daughter?"

Looks over at Traci..Then thinks to himself, "The girl with no friends.". Then moves over more to let them into the little "Circle"

"Hello Traci."

Then faces Dani

"..I don't hate you."

Sandy mentaly screamed, "Oh sorry dear beloved cousin, i forgot that you don't like it when somebody actually cares for you!" Then turned to Traci and civily said hello.

"i dont hate you either" she said then looked at the guy she had a felling he was thinking mean things about her she could tell these things

"I know try putting up with her during Christmas," She muttered to Zex.

Sandy's highly trained ears heard everything, but decided to ignore the comment.

Traci sighed and looked arond throughly bored but had to tell someone her secret she turned to dani she trusted her "can i talk to you aalone" she whispered in her ear

Dani nodded to the group and bowed. "I must depart. Farewell."

Sandy looked at Dani, "Well goodby my dear daughter!" And she mocked kissed her goodbye.

Traci led her outside of the hall and down into a dark class room"what i tell you yo have to promise that you wont tell anyone else" she said fervishly

Traci took a deep breath and started to tell her long story and ended with "and thats how voldermolt and his folowers killed my whole fainly including my 3 yr old baby my mum my dad my twin sister everyone and yes i was only 13 when i had my kid but i was good mum and the weirdest thing is when the guy tried to kill me it bounced off like rubber and i got all these weird powers i can do whatever i want" tears leaked frome her eyes "i'm supposed to be dead I want to be dead" she cried

"So if this is a DANCE, then what should we do?" Sandy said very nervously, her face turned slitly red, she'd never really HINTED to a guy to asked her to dance.

" i dont know"she cried "i am lost and i oost my will to live" she sat down and sobbed

"I'd love to dance," Sandy smiled, "Unless your saying that you don't want to and i should just bug off to someplace else..." she frowned and started away from him VERY SLOWLY

Dani bent down and gave her a hug. "You don't need to think like that, life is ment to be lived no matter what it throws at us."

Sighs, "Might as well.." Says to himself

The song changes to "Hips don't lie"

"What /is/ this crap!?"

Bursts out laughing

"have you ever lost your kid and everyone and be the only one left to face this world alone and have memories that wont go away even though you want them to?" she asked trying not to be rude but she was upset can you blame her

"Dani actually likes this kind of junk." She said then went up to the D.J. to change the song to Systom of Down.

Dani let a tear fall from her eye and closed them. "Yes," She whispered. "Many years ago I was attacked by deatheaters who killed everyone I was with. I battled out until they were dead, dead and forgotten. But when it was over I was the only one standing. I looked for my twin brother, my mother and father, and my oldersister. But they were all, dead." She let the tears fall. "Ever since that day, I've hated Voldmort more than anything else."
