The Winter Ball

Seems slightly taken a back at Scarlet's sudden action.

"Excuse me? What 'are' you talking about?"

Dani pulled out her wand, "I'm sorry Sandy...Obliviate!" She yelled

Sandy fell over and went to sleep once again, but this time never to remember the memories she had before, at the point when she got her letter.

Dani looked at her cousin, "Im sorry Sand. I can't let you rememeber that."

Sky stood there shock at what was going on.

*Scarlet stood there with a confused look on her face.*
"But I thougth that you but ermm huh."

Sky looked over at Scarlet. "I am just as confused as you are!"

Traci walked in "whats going on here" she gigled she was a bit drunk maybe

"Hi Traci. How are you?" Sky asked her friend.

"i'm good" she slurred she swayed a little whispered in her ear "know any single guys" she tracghtened up giggling

"Why, yes, I do. I heard that Neville is single." Sky told Traci. "You should ask him to dance."

she giggled "i want a red head" she smirked and swayed her breath stank like stale whiskey

"We can see if Charle is availible." Sky told Traci.

"..."

Waits for her to finish her sentence

"Yeeees?"

"Hi, hey Zex, have you met Traci yet?"

she giggeled "i think we met" she slured

"Well, he is really nice and great to talk to" Sky said winking.

Traci gigled "i think he was the wall i ran into one day"she sighed "wasnt so nice then" she gigled and swayed

"You ran into him! Wow, and he didn't yell at you?" Sky asked.

Little did every one know, but Sandy was given new memories by the head master, a new family, and a new home. She still knew this, but only from a diffrent train of thought. If she continued to live like this she would become a danger to herself. Nobody was going to be able to see her for a long long while.

"Huh?"

Snaps back into it.

"Oh..Yes, we've met before."

She giggled incohertly "of course he yelled and i cried because the dumb death eatres showed how they killed my faimly" she leaned on sky "and i think he needed tylonal" she slured so obviously drunk

"!!.."

Stops himself from snapping something back at them.

"Sheesh, I'm glad you all think so highly of me."

"Awe, Zex, you know I like you."

'Good..' He thought to himself

"I don't know..Maybe you're just../saying/ that!"

Traci giggled " i think your a great pers...." she fell backwords and passed out

"Oh my."

Pulls his wand out, and decides to practice spell casting in his head. He waves his wand over her, and Traci awakes.

Traici woke up now sober "ow my head what in the bloddy hell happened" she stood up "ow my rump" she wimpered

"Goodness traci, are you really that drunk! Wow, I know the feeling of firewhiskey, the stuff is strong." Sky said to Traci.

"No Zexion, I like you. You haven't given me reason not to and you are a good friend. "Did you know I plan on teaching after I graduate? It's gonna be in a few weeks. Mcgonagall says I am beyond ready and I don't have to finish out the year. I start N.E.W.T. next week!"

Traci got up "i think i had 4 bottles of firwhiskey and half a fith" she shook her head "and i will never again"

"WOW! I'm surprised Zexion's spell worked on you at all with that much to drink. Why did you drink so much?"

"it has been exactly 4 yrs since i was supposed to marry my true love" she smiled weekly "i was over welmed"

"Is this the anniversary? So sorry to hear that. Let's sit down." Sky said patting Traci's shoulder.

"N.E.W.T? That's great."

He laughs

"You're suprised? You doubt my knowledge in spellcasting?"

Frowns

"I'm so sorry, Traci."

Traci sighed "it's ok it's just i have alot on my mind and i thought it would help no now i just feel icky"

"Eat chocolate. It will help the feeling." Sky said to Traci.

"Yes, N.E.W.T. can you believe it. I am nervous but excited, and I can't believe McGonagall's letting me graduate early! Sprout wants to retire and I am going to try to get the Herbology professor's job and the first thing I am doing is joining the order of the phoenix, and there's the most important thing! But, I am not telling you that yet, And Zex, I would never doubt your spell ability. You are a master way beyond your level!"

traci smiled "i think i will never drink again" she put her head down everything was spinning


(well night all please dont leave me in the dust)

(nighty night)

Sky patted Traci's shoulder. You will feel better in no time, and until then, rest."

He nods to Traci.

"Which teaching job are you planning on taking over?"

Smiles weakly at her.

"You think so? Well, not meaning to brag..but, I /do/ learn a spell at least every second day."

"Herbology. I get top marks in it, Sprout wants to retire. But the job will have to wait until I do something very important." Sky said to Zexion.

"Ahh, good luck with that."

"Thanks. It has been a really good week a lot of good news." Sky smiled. Zex didn't know her secret yet. "Guess what?" She asked him.

Nods

"What?"

"Fred and I are getting married. As soon as I graduate. He proposed to me in Diagon Alley at the leaky cauldron!" Sky smiled. "I hope you will come to the wedding.

His brows go up, not in an annoyed way, but in a suprised way.


"Oh?"

"Congratulations then."

He ponders.

"Don't really know Fred that well, but I'm sure he's a great guy."

"He's awesome. You will really like him. I have known him for a while now, about 4 years I think. So, will you come to the wedding?" Sky askes.

~Fated's curiosity carried him into the ball area, unsure of whom or what he would encounter here, he decided to take a chance. He kept his distance, though allowed himself to bask in the music for a few moments.~

'This place...a rather interesting setting.' He thought to himself.~

::Sara Marsh walked into the ball, rather bored, but curious as to what was going on.::

::she hadn't been around for a while. A horrid family emergency had kept her from hogwarts from most of the term. But no one knew that. And no one knew that she was with the order, or what the order had asked her to do. She kept it inside, and could only trust her eyes to conceal her secrets.::

~Fated's keen senses were alerted as a girl walked by him. She was rather pretty but that wasn't what caught his attention; it was her aura of sadness and fear. Two things he thrived on when seeking out a person. The two emotions were easy to play upon. However, there was something unsettling about this girl and his bright blue eyes followed her every step~

::Sara suddenly became aware of eyes following her.::

::she felt her body tense...a reflex from the extensive defense training she had recieved growing up in america....ready to respond if danger presented itself.;:

::she causually turned around, trying to appear as if she noticed nothing, but her eyes lived up to her house's mascot and where as sharp as an eagles.::
