I loved the little memorial plaque by the Potters house, and thought it a lovely touch that the house stood as a memorial, hidden from muggle view.

Onto the main part of the chapter, though, I felt something was terribly wrong from the beginning of meeting Bathlida, though I wasnt ready for what actually happened. It was quite a shock. It also confused me at first, whether it was because I was tired I dont know, butI had to read it a couple of times to see what exactly happened.

I loved how the memory of Harry's parents deaths was recounted and added to - it fit perfectly

And harry's wand breaking shock I was shocked yet again!

Bathilda was just creepy. It was very weird to think that for the whole time she was Nagini...very weird image indeed.

I too thought something was wrong the whole time, and I was like..."Nooo, don't go upstairs with her along, Harry!"

I admit I had to read the part when Voldemort turned up twice, because it confused me as we switched PoVs and we went into the present tense, but it was very powerful writing.

It was very powerful indeed. I think harry was a bit stupid for going upstairs with her alone, but I think he was caught up in a lot of emotion which wasnt allowing him to think straight

The whole Bathilda thing was beyond creepy. I really enjoyed learning more about Harry's parents deaths.. though it made me cry. i was soo scared the whole time Harry was with Bathilda.. I didn't trust her at all
