Professor Snapes Potion Class ( the past)

This is professor snapes classroom before the 2nd rise of voldemort. Everything is fine and dandy except for Snap and his classroom... Are you good at Potions.... well we might just see in here!

Zelda was fifteen and she was dreading her potions class next hour. She had it with all of her friends ,but she just didn't like snape that much. She might love potion making ,but she always seems to get Nevis and mess up when he is around. Well class starts in two minuets , better go inside. I wonder who all will be in there?

Zelda looked at the potion book and than back at the board.. She flicked her wand and tried the levitating spell she had just learned and a glass bottle of liquid fell to the ground and splashed.. She was now it shock.. She stow her wand and way and pretend to look at her book..

Shadow worked quickly on her potion, Draught of Flight, hoping that Professor Snape wouldn't be too mad at her...

Zelda was on edge now.. She took out her wand for she knew another spell ,but decided it best to just clean it up the muggle way.. After cleaning it up she went to her desk and finally started her potion.. It seemed that everyone in the class had finished her potion ,but her. After a couple of minuets extra Zelda looked at her potion and it was a light blue she looked around the room and to her horror hers was wrong... Zelda just stopped there and looked in panic to Rista that was siting next to her.. " What do I do?" Zelda whispered.

Shadow jumped about three feet in the air, nearly falling off her chair.
"Draught of flight, do you know it sir?" Shadow looked down at her potion again.

"I made it because I knew it and had no idea about the other one..."

Zelda looked at Shadows potion and than at hers.. she was good at potions usually.. Her mother had told her somethings ,but it seemed Snape made her Nevis.. she had rushed her potion... Shadow was great at hers.... Zelda looked at her potion and looked at her wand... " Wonder if I can change the color of this... Zelda thought as she got out her wand and pointed it at the potion.. Before she tried a spell she looked at Oddies.. " Okay its got to be pink." She thought.. and than she whispered.. " Pikoto!" She potion started to bubble rapidly and than it exploded..After Zelda wiped her face off it was pink and she smiled ,but than realized that she had made yet another mess.. She looked at her wand.. she had not yet mastered spells being a first year... She hoped Snape didn't hear it and she ran over and got a mop and started moping.

Shadow noticed that Zelda had a spot of trouble with her potion, as it was now all over the floor. She silently a very very small tornado which cleared up the rest of the potion.

Shadow hurriedly started on the other potion, hoping that it wouldn't turn out too bad.

Rista came to out of nowhere. It was clear that she had entered yet another of her daydreams. She was especially prone to doing that when she was nervous. Still, she was amazed that the professor had let her just sit there and not do anything. "Professor, I--er--am not feeling well. Could I go to the hospital wing?" Rista asked.

Zelda looked at Rista and saw a lie ,but hoped it would work.. Zelda looked at her potion and waited for Snape to come.

... " I don't have one of the potions." Zelda said.

Shadow worked quickly on her potion, trying to get at least half way through before Snape came round again.

Zelda tried to find some extra potion ,but she didn't have any.. She looked at Shadow... " Hey can I borrow some of the green potion?" Zelda asked.

Zelda waited for Shadows response.

Shadow slipped a vial of green potion to Zelda.

Shadow swallowed hard. Grading time, and she had only just finished her potion.

Shadow looked very surprised. She could never understand these potions.

"Thanks, you too."

Zelda pored the potion and hurried and finished her potion.. it looked beautiful.. She smiled and waited for Snape.

Rista began to sweat. She had only gotten about halfway done with her potion. She wasn't going to cry. She just hadn't known what she was doing and was nervous. It took all her willpower not to run out of the classroom.

Zelda looked at Rista and whispered.. " You can do it.. just keep trying."

"But he's already started grading," Rista replied out of the corner of her mouth. "Why did he have to set an actual potion on our first day." Nonetheless she kept adding ingredients and stirring as quickly as possible.

Somehow she managed to get a small amount of a potion done. She dipped
some into a flask, and hoped it would be right. She could tell already that potions was not going to be her strong suit. Maybe if the teacher weren't such a jerk, it wouldn't be so hard.

Zelda looked at Rista and felt sorry for her. She wished she could help her ,but there was nothing she could do or say that wouldn't end up getting her in more trouble so she just shut her mouth.

Shadow frowned. Rista's potion had been as good at hers, if not better. What was Snape playing at?"

Zelda got her things together and left the classroom.

Shadow quickly left the classroom.

Rista was actually quite pleased with her B. It was a lot better than she had expected she would get. As she gathered her things, she contemplated the slytherin's look of sympathy that had been directed to her. Shrugging it off, she walked out the room.

"Hi there. What did you think? It's Willow, right?" Rista asked.

Zelda saw Willow run up and she smiled.
