First topic message reminder :

This is professor snapes classroom before the 2nd rise of voldemort. Everything is fine and dandy except for Snap and his classroom... Are you good at Potions.... well we might just see in here!

Zelda was fifteen and she was dreading her potions class next hour. She had it with all of her friends ,but she just didn't like snape that much. She might love potion making ,but she always seems to get Nevis and mess up when he is around. Well class starts in two minuets , better go inside. I wonder who all will be in there?

A new day had began and Zelda had just walked into Snapes classroom on time. She took a set in the second row and waited for all of her classmates to get there.

Oddie ran into the classroom saying "AM I late?" as she quickly took a seat by Zelda.

"Well if he isnt in here now then he wont know as to weather or not I was late" Oddie replied as she pulled out her book. After about five minutes Snape walked in.

"Turn to page 523." Snape said as she walked across the room to his desk. "Once you are able to find that page then you can start on the potion." he then sat down and opened a book.

"Is there something wrong with him. He hasnt even insulted us yet" Oddie whispered to Zelda.

"Shut up Miss Riddle" Snape called out looking over the top of his book. "I do not want to hear one word out of the two of you"

Oddie then turned back to book and looked to see what potion they would be making. It turned out to be a hair growing potion.

Zelda heard Oddie talk and then Snape entered... He said the page number and Zelda flipped her book to the page... " Hair growing.." Zelda thought... " Why?" She thought... Oddie remarked on how he didn't insult us and Zelda smiled ,but her smile was wiped away with the remark Snape made.. She then looked at Willow with a face that said why are we doing this potion.. She raised her hand and asked probably a stupid question... " Sir.. isn't this a third year potion? Our NWETS are coming fast." Zelda said ,but quickly realized her mistake.

Snape out down his book and stared at Zelda for a moment before answering. "So you want to do a difficult potion then Miss. Rundell" Snape said. Snape then picked up another book and then started to shift throught it. After a minute he stopped at a page and a huge smile appeared on his face. "Turn to page 982" he said as he returned to his seat looking to see Zelda's expression on her face

Oddie flipped her book to that page and saw that it was a sleeping potion that would make the drinker look as if they were dead. She then started to read and found that if you didnt make it right then it could end up killing the drinker instead.Oddie then raied her hand and said "Are we going to be testing this then?"

"Well see how class goes" Snape said as a smile appeared on his face. Oddie then gave Zelda a quick glance before returning to her potion book

Zelda turned to the back of the book and her eyes almost fell out.. She had made a sleeping potion before ,but not one that made the drinker appear dead.. " This is not on the NEWTS" She thought as she looked at Oddie... What had she done... Zelda gave Snape a nasty looked and waited for instructions.

After a few mintues of silence Oddie raised her hand.

"Yes, Miss Riddle" Snape said annoyed.

"Aren't you going to tell us what to do?" Oddie asked him.

"You have a book in front of you right? You can read right? Or hasnt your father taught you that?" Snape said as his lip curled up. "Pity, your father cant even spend some time with his own daughter just to teach her to read."

Oddie looked down at her book trying not to meet Snape's gaze. Why is he so mean today? Oddie asked herself as she tried to fight back the tears

Willow gave a reassuring smile to Oddie and returned looking at this incredibly hard potion,

Why did Snape have to be so mean towards other houses, some were not that bad...

She sighed at rubbed her head, this was impossible

When Snape said what he said. Zelda stood up rather fast and with furry that it surprised her... She tried to hold back her tong as best as she could but three words came out rather quietly..." how could you.." ...

Snape looked up once he stopped Zelda who was now standing. He saw her lips move but he could caught what she was saying. "What was that?" Snape asked her as he too stood up.

Oddie quickly caught Zelda's eye and whispered "Don't say anything."

"Shut up Miss Riddle" Snape snapped at Oddie. "Now what did you say to me Miss Rundell?"

"Proffesor, Zelda isn't well. She should probably go to the Hospital Wing straight away."

It was lame but it was the first thing she thought of and being in Slytherin, he might believe her.

Zelda looked at Willow when she talked ,but Snape being clever surely would see threw the lie... was she to go a long with it... Zelda just stared at Snape with furry and was silent.

Willow stared defiantly at Snape, althought Snape hated other houses and encouraged his students to enforce this,
Willow liked Zelda and Oddie and wanted to help them out.

Zelda pointed her wand at her arm and preformed a silent simple spell that cut her arm... After doing this she raised her arm and said.. " I have a bad cut."

Snape's eyes falshed with anger but all he said was "then go. Miss Riddle will still be here to make the potion for me" he added as she glared at her before returning to his desk. Oddie ploped up her book and started to star at it

"Yes professor" Oddie said as she placed her book on the table and started on the potion

Zelda was at the door and she couldn't hold it down anymore.. " NOOOOOO you..... why do you pick on her because you know who her father is??? I just would like to know?" Zelda asked... " why just tell me... You make them make the potion for what I said and then you ... I just don't get you.." Zelda said as she turned around to leave.

"Miss Rundell" Snape roared. "I do not pick on other students just because of who they are related to. They get the punishment they deserve if they get bad grades in my class." Snape said as he stood up. "As for me giving you a tougher potion I only assigned that because you said that the orginal one that I gave you wasnt up to NEWTS code." Snape said as his lip started to curl. "I thought Miss Rundell that you had to go to the hospital Wing with Miss Black here" he said now pointing at Willow.

Zelda's had was in her pocket and she was fingering the wand as she turned around to face Snape... It was hard not to go ahead and reach for it... Zelda instead pulled out a little bottle of potion that was colored and set it neatly at Snapes desk... Instead of helling at him more like she wanted to do she smiled the fakest smile she could plaster upon her face... " There is my Assignment Professor..." Zelda said with her head tilted...

Zelda turned around and looked at Oddie..... she than went and sat in her desk.... She looked at Snap and wanted to say..." I will not leave until Oddie doesn't have to do the potion." Zelda thought.

"So I see that you were pretending to be sick, twenty points from Miss Rundell." Snape said then he looked at the nearest clock. "Well it looks like this class is over and Miss Riddle hasnt even started her potion. Pity. Twenty points from Miss Riddle for not doing what she was told to do in class and a detention too should do the job. LEAVE" he then shouted.

Oddie quickly got up and gather all of her things and placed them into her bag. As she left she heard Snape call behind her "Oh Miss Riddle I would like you to write an essay about this potion too five feet long"

" Perhaps me and Ms. Riddle got to gather last night and did the potion together.." Zelda said as she pulled out another bottle... " Not only that ,but I am injured..." Zelda said as she raised her sleeve to show the cut that she had...... " I will do her paper and detention... she has said nothing this whole hour .... its been me.... " Zelda said with her teach clutched together and her eyes fixed to snapes..

"Miss Rundell I am the teacher here and I say who does what. I will not accpet either of the potions because you did not do them in my class." Snape said as he waved his wand and both bottles disappeared. "Also you will both write the essay and you will both have detentions" he added.

Zelda just stood there and looked at him with a unbelieving look.... " how could you.. is what she wanted to say... " .... Zelda looked at Oddie and than Snape... she would not leave the classroom ... she had too though... " How could you?" Zelda said... and she turned and walked out with Oddie.

Oddie then turned to Zelda and said "Zelda you should of just gone to the hospital wing"

The funny thing is he really is the only person I would except for your father.. I would yell at him worse... " Zelda said ... " That is besides the point though... Ill do the essay for us... You can copy and change it up a bit.. Ill have it done tomorrow.. Ill stay up all night.. I don't think I can sleep anyway.. he made me mad..." Zelda said.

"Page 16, no talking," he drawled, "Oh and Willow can i see you for a second."

Willow slowly stood up and walked across to him. Snape whispered to her and she stood up, indignantly.

"No." Snape nodded and shot a glare at Oddie and Zelda

Rista walked into class. "Sorry if I'm late Professor," she said. The potions professor looked quite intimidating, but she'd always been of the opinion that looks could be decieving. She sat beside Zelda, and opened her book to the same page everyone else had.

Zelda looked at the page... she had never made a potion before and didn't know Snape yet either.. She raised her hand and said.. ' U... professor... What is this?... I have no clue as to go about this.. I don't even know what eye of nuit is." Zelda said with a hafe smile on her face.

"Did you not learn anything before you got here? Take that smirk of your face inmmediatley."

Willow also looked at the book and frowned,

"Sir, if you could write a small explanation on the board, i'm sure we will then be able to get on making the potion."

Snape carelessly flicked his wand towards the board, revealing intructions on the potion.

"Get started," he drawled

Shadow puzzled over the potion. She had no idea of what to do, and was a bit afraid of Snape. She decided to make one that she knew from where she had come from, and see if he know what it was.

Oddie opened her book and saw the potion they were to make. Looking throught the classroom she spotted some of the students that she saw when she was being sorted. She then looked at the board to the potion and started on her work, not talking to anyone
