Yule Ball

Holly nodded at the end of Phoenix's story.
"Cool. Glad you're here NOW then,"
She grinned.
"Im an only child," she added, sharing a small part of her own life story.

Natalie walked back as the song ended.

"That was cool...and I heard you're story from over the...it's very touch," she smiled.

Holly smiled at her.
"Wasnt it?"
George yawned and stretched.
Holly noticed this and added, "Think we'll go to bed.....night dudes....,"
She caught Riley's eye and motioned for him to follow her out.

"Night dudes...and Riley....see ya tomorrow," said Natalie, grinning.

"Whats that cheeky grin about?" Holly asked, "Thats my thing you know it is,"
She grinned back.

"Alot of thing..." Natalie whispered so that Riley couldn't here, "where you going anyway?"

"My dorm," Holly said innocently, "Problem with that?"
And she winked.

Hayley raised her eyebrows, and pushed some unsightly images of what she though Holly might be thinking, out of her head. She muttered something very rude under her breath, just loud enought for Holly to hear. She smiled. "Joke. And night guys," she said. She looked at her watch. "Jake will be waiting," she said smiling strangely. She winked and followed Holly out the door, waving behind her.

"Night," said Natalie to the girls and guys.

This had been an eventful night.

Holly grinned, and left.

Natalie remained seated.

"Holly...you left your George," Natalie called, looking at the florlorned looking little monkey sitting on the chair beside her.

Hayley smiled and retreated. She picked up George, and walked towards Holly to hand him to her. "Don't think she heard you Nat," she said laughing. "Night," she added.

"Thank you," Holly yelled from outside, but her voice was strangely muffled.

Natalie picked herself up and walked out the door, getting the Weird Sister's autographs as she left.

Hayley frowned at Holly's voice being so muffled, but then shook her head.

Natalie was elated after her night.

Holly too, was rather happy.

Natalie knew that happy and elated were the same thing...but wondered did Holly.

Holly wondered if Natalie had mental issues, but she never said this out loud.

Natalie wondered if Holly knew she had been in a straight jacket five times in a room with only big white washed walls.

Holly was unaware of this, but because she was a nosey atch, she began to snoop inside Natalies head.

Natalie closed her mind so Holly couldn't see into it.

Holly opened Natalies-

Holly was disgruntled at the fact that she couldnt see into Natalies mind, but she accepted it.

Natalie looked up at the ceiling of the great hall.

"It must be snowing again outside," she whispered.

"Its pretty," Holly agreed.

"It is," said Natalie, smiling.

"I am," Holly said nodding.

"You are," said Natalie.

"She was," Holly agreed.

There was a loud crack, and Hayley appeared, in her dressing gown, with Blueberry in her hand. "I was bored up there, you two hadn't come up yet, so I thought I'd come back down," she said, yawning.

Phoenix entered with Draco soon after "Hey Guys" she said smiling.

"Hey Phoenix....Malfoy," said Natalie, glaring at Draco.

Holly nudged Natalie.
"Hey Phoenix. Hey Draco,"

Phoenix smiled "Hey Holly Nat" she said, Draco remained slient

"You look lovely!" Holly said seriously to Phoenix.

"Yes...I agree," said Natalie, grinning. Draco, Natalie had to admit, looked rather dashing himself.

Holly snorted at Natalies thoughts, even if they were truthful ones.

Phoenix smiled as Draco held her hand "You guys amazing" she said

Natalie smiled.

"Thanks...I made my dress myself," she said.

Phoenix smiled "Its beautiful!"

Holly grinned.
"We do try!" she said, "And yes Nat, that dress rocks! I got mine from Emo's Limited."

"Thanks," said Natalie, "and I love your dress to Hols...it's like punk rock/emolishous."

Holly grinned at Natalies made up word.
"I love that word," she said lovingly.

"You can have the word," she said, "for your birthday."

"Oh goodie," Holly said excitedly.

Natalie grinned at Holly's excitment.
