10 years later. Shadow and Jamies house.

Jamie ran down the stairs in a hurry, pulling on his sweater.
"hey..." he said to the person sitting on the stool in the kitchen...

"Yeah, we got War and also the ruler af darkness."Shadow muttered

"Oh and I'm scared of you....wait." Violet said, remebering how violent Jamie got. Violet stood up, took the plate to the kicthen and walked out the door.

Shadow sighed as she watched her friend go.

Violet walked already outside, glaring at the others looking at her werid. "What ever seen a witch?" She asked, pulling her wand out, knowing it wouldnt help her. "So leave me alone." She said.

Shadow strode out after Violet, most people shutting up and watching her.
"Vi, the wand won't help much."

"I know that!" Violet yelled, walking to the park across the street.

Shadow shrugged, walking back inside to join Jamie again.

Violet sat on a swing and started swinging. "This place is still purple." She mumbled, kicking back and forth.

Jamie walked out just before shadow came in.... "suns shining why not go out?" he shrugged

Violet jumped off the swing and walked to the merry-go-round. "This looks...dangerous." She said, noticing spikes in it

"It's not really for playing on Violet." jamie told her chewing the last of his toast and walking over to the swing,
"boy, im a little bored today, not not that usual for me though," he said to himself

"Then whats a swing for then." Violet whispered. "And your not the only one bored,"

"ermm..... decoration!" Jamie told her smiling...
"nah i dunno, were here when we bought the place," he told Violet

"Oh." She said and got off. "Yall got a tree house up there?" Violet asked, looking in the tree.

Jamie waved his wand....
"we do now!" he said smiling

Violet nodded adn started climbing up the tree.

Jamie waved his wand again and his broom stopped beside him, he mounted it and flew up to the tree hut..."easier way violet! Use your common sense!" he said

Violet rolled her eyes and climbed into the tree house.

Shadow walked out of the house, the two pegusi foals flapping around her head. She walked over to a tethered pegasus which was the colour of rich caramel, placing a hand on its neck. She watched the two in the tree house.

Violet sat in the corner of the tree house. "Where did that broomstick come from anyway?" She asked.

"Try the broom closet in the house Vi." Shadow called, grinning.

Violet looked down and smiled. "Didnt think you needed broom closet." Violet said.

Shadow shrugged.
"Jamie doesn't seem to like flying on Merlas here, so we got a few brooms." Shadow said.

"Oh." Violet said.

Shadow smiled before leaping up into the tree with the same agility she had perfected years ago.

"Nice up here." Violet said, holding her knees to her chest.

Shadow was crouched on a long branch, gazing out over the horizon.
"I suppose."

Jamie grinned at the thought of children sitting where he was... taking his form..

Shadow slipped her hand into Jamie's, smiling at him.

The horizon became cooler and jamie brought wine out for the night, ity proved to be slightly calming.

Shadow tidied up quickly before curling up in her wolf form by the fire.

"Eww. So much love." Violet said,.

Jamie didn't want to transform so he just lay beside her

Shadow opened one eyes and morphed back.

"So..." Violet said, watching the two.

Some people just don't know how to keep up an atmosphere. Shadow sent Jamie telepathically.

Violet stood up and walked over to the ladder. "I'm just gonna..." She said and jummped out. Violet walked over to the swing ans sat on it again.

Jamie looked at Shadow and smiled, not at what she had said but it was just the fact that they hadn't done that in a while.
"i love you...." he said kissing her

Shadow deepened the kiss, her own smile growing on her face.

The swing creaked in the backround and Jamie shuddered the cool winds sweeping over him, the hair on his neck stood on end, happiness spread across him.

Rain started to fall and drops were leaking from the roof, lets go in... Jamie said throwing his coat over himself and Shadow

Shadow moved closer to Jamie, enjoying the moment. She felt like there was nothng else to worry about.

Jamie pulled away and grabbed her hand,
"lets go..." he said as the thunder clouded over them...

Shadow stood up and followed Jamie.

Violet looked up but didnt move

Jamie opened the front door his hand cold. He out his arm around the door to turn on a light,
"comfortable out there where you?" a voice asked,
"Saken! bloody hell i forgot about you!" he yelled....

Shadow walked in, and smiled at Saken. She frowned slightly before dashing off.

Violet swang back and forth, not caring about the rain.

Shadow locked the bathroom door, before gripping the sink tightly, her stomach churning until she finally managed to throw up. She leant her head against the mirror, savouring the coolness, wondering how humans could stand it.

Violet walked in, soaking wet. Hearing someone puking she went to the bathroom. "Hello?" she asked knocking.

Shadow didn't make a move, scared of Jamie's reaction. She was NEVER ill, barely even a cold. Her blood stopped that.
