Weekend Wanderings

Clafin woke up and looked out the window.
It was a bright sunny day.
Exactly the kind of day she needed.
She quickly got dressed and rushed out of the Gryffindor Common Room.
Once outside she found her way to the her favorite tree,
and started soaking in the sunlight.

"Of course." He told her, smiling down at her.

Clafin looked up at him and smiled, unsure of what to talk about.

"Now...would you like to see a werewolf change?" he asked her softly.

Clafin looked up at him in horror. "What do you mean?" she asked immediately regretting that she had..

Luke smiled and laughed softly. "I take a potion you know...I'll be harmless." he told her.

bella walked over to where clafin was sitting with luke "hey"said bella whom loved to ruin a good moment.

Clafin looked at him for a moment unsure of what to say. "Well okay, I guess tha'd be cool" she said smiling.

"Sure?" He asked her, not wanting to scare her badly.

"Yea!" she said as her face lit up.

Luke smiled again, kissing her forehead.

"So, when is this amazing transformation going to occur?" she asked curiously.

"Um...next month..." he said, shrugging. "I have to check my calender." He said.

"Oh, thats quite a bit away." she said sounding somewhat disappointed. She got up and wandered over to a shelf where she picked up a Foe-Glass and spun it around in her hand.

"Well if I had talked to you a few days ago, you could have seen my two nights ago." he told her, standing up and walking over to her.

She looked up from the little trinket in her hands at his face. "If you'd talked to me a few days ago? Well then, why didnt you?" she asked jokingly. He had probably never even noticed her before.

"Because I was busy thinking." he told her, wrapping his arms around her waist.

As he put his arms around her, Clafin's stomach began doing summersaults. "About what?" she asked innocently as she pulled herself in closer to him.

"I really have no idea..>" he mumbled, laying his head on hers.

"Oh." she replied in a whisper. Everything so at peace. She wanted to stay in this moment forever.

Luke nodded, rocking back and forth gently.

Clafin was so nervous she could barley control herself from shaking. She looked up into Lukes eyes, but remained silent.

Luke bit the inside of his cheek before lookng back down at her. "Well...I guess this is were I ask you out?" He asked her.

She looked up and kissed him. "I thought you never would." she whispered into his ear.

Luke smiled as she kissed him and kept his arms around her. "Ok then...will you be my girlfriend?" he asked her softly.

"Hmmm, well Im not quite sure.." she said with a serious face then started giggling. "Of course I will"

Luke smiled and kissed her softly.

She kissed him back passionately. Then rested her head on his shoulder.

Luke wrapped his arms back around her, laying his head against hers.

She reached back and put her hand into his.

"Is there anything you want to do?" He asked her, letting his hand close around hers.

Clafin thought for a moment as millions of things flowed through her mind. "Hmm, not really. You?" she asked hopefully.

"Um....well...we can go swimming....just ask the room to be a swimming pool..." He said, shrugging.

She smiled up at him. Her uncle had put her on a swimming team when she'd lived with him. Her favorite sport ever, besides Quidditch. "Okay!
she screamed from excitement.

Luke laughed, thinking about a big enough swimming pool for them. He also thought of two changing rooms and walked into one, thinkng about green and black swim trunks, along with a wife beater.

Clafin thought about her changing room: a dark purple swimsuit, just like then one she had back home.
She looked over at Luke and smiled

He smiled back at her and walked from his changing room, sitting down by the pool.

Clafin watched him as he sat by the pool. Clafin couldnt stop herself. Before she knew what she was doing, she dived into the pool and swam its length.

Luke let his eyes watch her before slipping into the pool./

She looked at Luke from the far side of the pool and grinned so widely that her cheeks got numb.

"Having fun, Clafin?" he asked her, swimming on his back.

She closed the rest of the gap between them. "You have no idea!" she giggled.

Luke smiled, nodding. "Good...I want you to have fun." he told her.

Clafin's leg was throbbing. She swam to the shallows and leaned against the edge. She forced a smile at Luke

Luke sat up in the water, swimming towards her. "What's wrong?" He asked her softly, fearing he done something wrong.

"Er, its nothing really." she said as she looked down at her leg. There were deep cuts and dark bruises all over it. "I just havent gone to the hospital wing yet." she smiled at him trying to reassure that she was alright.

"What happen?" He asked her, grabbing her by the waist and setting her up on the side of the pool.

"I uh...fell in the woods." she admitted as she blushed.

Luke shook his head, expecting her leg. "Be more careful next time then." he said nodding.

She giggled. "Gee thanks. Hadnt thought of that one."
