The Hogwarts Halloween Dance

(wow alot of people can post in one day.)

I'm fed up," Dancing said, and conjured up a chair and sat down at Pinny's table. " there is like no one here. Well guys who aren't married."

Ummm....

"Hi amber, pinny. This party needs some..." *waves hand around at a loss of words* "some life!"

::Jenn laughed again and patted Seamus's arm.::

"We're a nice couple, both don't know what to do at the dance," She joked as she shook her head. "Well, since we're at a dance I suppose we should dance right? But let's wait til a .....normal song comes on. These songs aren't my thing." She looked over and grinned at Caro and Jesse still dancing wildly.::

He smirked and nodded in agreement. "I normally don't do dances." He looked over at her and downed his punch. "I warn you, I have two left feet." He chuckled a bit. Truthfully, Seamus had never really tried to dance...so, he never knew, maybe he was good. "Yeah, lets...wait."

::Jenn shrugged her shoulders and laughed too.::

"Well, I'll be sure to grab a large spot so you won't hurt anybody." She joked. "I've actually not danced alot either only a few times at parties." Jenn glanced down at her cup of punch. "I think I'll need a bit more spiked punch before it kicks in."

::A new song started up and Jenn grinned. "I think I can handle this one though. Who knows maybe I'll have two right feet and we'll be even!"

"Spiked punch?" He quirked a brow and smirked, getting another cup. "You never know, that just might work." He laughed a bit and downed the punch, twiddling a rose between his fingers. "Shall we then?" He offered her his other hand.

::Jenn smiled and took his other hand. Glancing around she grinned at the sight of Drake and Elana in their own little world. Making a mental note to mess with them later, Jenn walked with Seamus to the dance floor.::

"So has the spiked punch kicked in yet?" She asked with a slight smile, still slightly holding his white gloved hand.::

~Jesse who had to take a break- well a lonnnnng one- had no idea the punch had been spiked, and was on his 8th cup when he started feeling tipsy. As he stood up to head back to the dancefloor he started to stagger and giggle like a girl at almost everything! ~

''hey dancing'' ::prinny said as she walked over from where they were observing everyone. poor jesse, not realising that the punch had been spiked had...gone a bit overboard and was now acting rather...odd on the dance floor::

"ha! look at jesse!:: prinny laughed and sipped more of the punch. if she kept up like this she'd be worse than jesse was!::

::Amber who was a tad slow that night after having 5 glasses realized what everyone was talking about.::

"Did someone say it was spiked?" ::she asked.:: "I thought you were kidding!"

::Caree watched the giggling Jesse on the dance floor and rolled her eyes. She continued to dance randomly around, waiting for someone to break the rules so that she could blow her whistle and rush away giving warnings::

::SPiked? opps!! Lifey hide her 10 or 12 empty paper cups of punch.::

::trying to regain composure, Lifey started dancing widly with the music, at least then no one would be able to tell if she was stumbling or dancing.::

::Spiked punch my fave.

dancing reached for another glass, her tenth.

"I think i'm immune." She said, "It doesn't seem to be working." She stood and tried to walk in a straight line. "Um maybe i'm not immune."

she sat again. "ugggg, i feel dizzy, what was in that punch?"

::Ginny looked up and realized that Jesse..was...giggling. She immediately pulled out her wand and said::

"Accio video camera!" ::She grinned broadly as the magic-friendly camcorder appeared in her hand. Laughing to herself, the red head pushed the *record* button and began filming::

"Smile for the camera, Jesse!"

lol I'm guessing your gonna use that for black mail later huh?" Dancing said, to Ginny. "Want some punch?" She handed Ginny a glass.

"Beware it's spiked." She laughed "blame Pinny for that one."

~Jesse giggled and blow at kiss at ginny and the camera~ "Helloooooooooo~hic~ I am pweased to meet woo..." he said as he started to do the hokey pokey and turn himself around~

::Lifey decided she didn't like her costume, pulled out her wand, and did a fast quick change.::


::she now wore this (only i kept my hair long and light brown that's straight and goes past my bottom)

::NOW she was ready to REALLY party::

~Jesse continued to stumble around till he ran into Ginny~hic~ "What white through wonder yimbow takes, it is the sunny east" ~hic~ "Come on, wets dance! WEEEE" He pulled ginny out to the dancefloor and started to tango quite fast as a very slow song came on.~

"WOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!! lalalalala!" He continued to dance with her accidentally bumping into a couple now and then~

Drake nodded in agreement. "No, I don't think that would be a good newlywed dance." He laughed a bit and watched as Jenn and Seamus walked out onto the dance floor. "Uh-oh, here comes trouble." He smirked as another song began to play, a rather...more fitting song for he and Elana to dance to. "This sounds a bit better." (Yeah, I could put a specific song, but I don't wanna.)

"No I actually think that I could use some more." He raised a borw as Jesse and Gin tangoed by. "Is my whole family full of insane people?" He laughed, catching Drake out of the corner of his eye he momentarily contemplated doing something rather mean, but decided against it should Elana be anything like the firey red headed Ginny. He then sighed and looked back to Jenn. "Well lets see what kind of train wreck this will be then, eh?" He said as the two began to dance rather awkwardly.

::Jenn jokingly frowned at Seamus and burst out laughing as she glared at him with her hands on her hips.::

"Excuse me, I do NOT dance arkwardly!" Jenn said as she grinned at Seamus. "I've had two cups of spiked punch and thats enough to loosen me up." She cocked her eyebrow at him as she bit her lip. "And in case you haven't noticed Jesse turned on a slow song. Don't worry, Drake should have warned you about Jesse. And Ginny *points* will be your new adopted mom when they get married...again. Long story." (lol)

::Remembering something Drake told her, she looked at Jesse still acting crazy, grabbed hold of Seamus's hand, and started to steer him away from the corrupted punch bowl. Just in case. *smiles*::

"Seamus better not try anything," Elana said, fingering her wand which was once again hidden in a fold of her dress. (*laughs evilly* You'd better watch yourself Seamus, my mum and I can be very similar...) She continued, a small mischievous smirk appearing on her face as she glanced at the full bowl of spiked punch, "Because we know what would happen to him if he did. Yes, I agree, this one's much better."

::They walked out to the dance floor, hopefully to a spot that was far away enough from Ginny and Jesse and Seamus and Jenn so that none of them could cause any trouble.::

::Jenn overheard Elana's comment and gave her a smirk worthy of making Jesse, her prankster partner, proud.::

"Seamus, wouldn't dare try anything," Jenn commented with a laugh. "After all I may not have won the Best Dueler title like Ginny, but I didn't reach the semi finals last season for nothing! Not to mention, the O'Reily brothers wouldn't want me to stop RPing with them now would they? So you better be nice!" She said Seamus with a mischievous smile. Nudging him slightly, she whispered, "We'll mess with them later!::

::Looking down at her watch, she noticed it was midnight and Seamus's birthday. "Happy birthday!" She said as she gave him a hug and a slight friendly kiss on the cheek.::

He followed her out onto the dance floor wiaht a smile. "You may not dance awkwardly Jenn, but Seamus does!" He girnned and watched the couple a moment as he began to dance with his wife. "Great, Jesse adopted Seamus too." He rolled his eyes and looked at his watch as well. "Oooh." He grinned evilly and slowly removed his wand from his pocket, eyeing Seamus over Elena's shoulder. "Can I? Can I please?!"

Seamus glared at his brother as he and Jenn danced. "I'll get you, Drake." He smirked and looked back to Jenn. "I wouldn't try anything? Are you sure?" He blushed slightly as Jenn hugged him and kissed his cheek. "Thanks." He said rather quietly. He glanced back at his brother who was now removing his wand from his pocket and he pointed. "Hey! No! If he's allowed to then so am I!"

::Jenn laughed at the two brothers.::

"Of course you wouldn't try anything. But I didn't say I wouldn't." Jenn joked with a wink. "Nobody's allowed to do anything until after the dance! Don't make me take your wands away." She pointed at the two boys sternly.::

::Leaning toward Drake, Jenn whispered curiously to him. "Although what did you have in mind?"

::Ginny swore loudly when Jesse knocked into her and nearly dropped her video camera. Trying very hard not to laugh, she attempted sternly scolding her fiance::

"Now Jesse...stop this right now, the children are watching...speaking of children...Sunny said Prinny spiked the punch, and I'd like to have a word with my little Jujubean!" ::she attempted freeing herself, but ended up failing miserably.::

"Oh...lovely..."

Dancing giggled, and ran oveer to help Ginny up.

"Is he usually like this." She joked. "Crazy I mean."

::She shook her head, pushing an unruly strand of her red hair out of her face.::

"No...not usually...well, I mean, yes he is crazy but never drunk-crazy." ::Ginny said thoughtfully, looking back over at Jesse.:: "I knew I should've memorized that sobering spell better...oh well, I suppose I'll just have to do this..." ::she pulled out her wand and pointed it at him::

"Aguamenti!" ::a jet of water poured from her wand, dousing him.:: "I don't know if that'll help...but it was fun.::

~Jesse coughed and sputtered and blinked~Wha? What happened?" He looked to ginny then to himself dripping with water. "Should I even ask why you have your wand pointed at me and why I am dripping wet?" He raised a brow.~

::Jenn raised an eyebrow::

"That was effective Ginny!" Looking down at the wand in her hand, she smiled sweetly at Seamus. "You know what? You can go have some more spiked punch." She said with a laugh.::

~Jesse dried his clothes with a drying charm and chuckled.~ "I think I shall stick to water for a bit." He grinned.

::Caree started to dance around with Georgie, since Andy wasn't here::

"I'm sorry, my dear, but i have only permission to dance with you" ::she smirked and danced around:: "He's just too lazy to get his butt here so mwehh..."

*dances with carr*
"ok deary I don't mind dancing with you" she smiled as she made the DJ put on The Libertines song horror show and starts to jump around like crazyyyyyyyyyyyyy

"Good idea...Thanks Jenn!" ::Ginny said with a grin, waving to her fellow Hufflepuff badger. She then remembered her video camera, and had a good laugh watching the tape.::

"Oi! Anybody want to see Jesse's drunken dancing?" ::she called out, waving the camera in the air.::

::Amber looked up at the words drunk dancing.::

"I DO!" ::she yelled loudly.::

::She laughed and poked the video camera with her wand. Immediately, Jesse's performance appeared on one of the walls::

"Enjoy my friends!"

::Amber laughed alot not helping that by now she had had about 8 glasses of punch herself.::

"You know what we should do?" ::she asked.:: "Run in circles!"

::The red head looked worriedly at Amber::

"Amby...have you had any of the punch?"

"Only 8 glasses!" ::she replied holding up 10 fingers.:: "Its good punch!"

::Her brown eyes widened. Ginny reluctantly picked up her wand.::

"I'm sorry, Flatt-head, but it must be done..." ::she pointed her wand at Amber.:: "Aguamenti!"

"What must be do-" ::she started cut off by a stream of water. She shook her head.:: "Thanks Gin, I needed that."

::Ginny grinned.::

"Anytime. You know that's just how much I love ya, Amby-just enough to douse you with water when you've had too much punch."

::Amber laughed.::

"I wonder how many more people are going to need it?"

::She shrugged.::

"Well, hopefully they'll have learned to not drink the punch...I hope...if not, then this is going to be a very very amusing dance."

::Amber laughed again.::

"So true so true." ::she replied.::

::Ginny looked around.::

"And...now...nobody's dancing anymore..."

::Amber grinned.::

"Then we'll just have to change that wont we!" ::she said grabbing ginny and starting to dance to the next song.::

"You read my mind!" ::she said, spinning around and then twirling Amber in a circle.::

::Amber laughed at the twirlign sensation.::

"I know I recently accuried the skill."

"It's quite fun isn't it?" ::Ginny said, before realizing what she was saying.::
