2ND HOUSE QUIDDITCH MATCH - RAVENCLAW VERSUS HUFFLEPUFF

This is the post for the first match of the season, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw

Rules of the post:

Only Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw house quidditch teams may post in here (rpg only)
plus Cill - the commentator!

The posts can begin on Saturday 11th March- NOT BEFORE
and will end on Wednesday 15th March - 5 days of rpg posting!

Let the match begin...

(Ravenclaw Beater)

::Roman sees Etta chasing after the snitch and beckons his fellow beater, Herby, to send a bludger over his way. With a backhanded swing, he pelts the bludger towards Etta, hoping in the least it will make her lose sight of the snitch::

(Etta hufflepuff Seeker)

Etta saw what Roman had done just in time to dive out of the way of the bludger, swiftly though, etta kept her eye on the snitch and raced towards the earth after it very quickly she attempted the Plumpton Pass, but the snitch soared sraight through her robes and out of her neck. Cursing loudly she chased after it again.

(Ravenclaw Beater)

::Roman cursed as Etta dodged the bludger, but turned to see Lilys instruction and realised he had more important things to do. Finding another bludger and lining it up, he prepared his bat and swang. A loud crack was made with the force of the hit as it soared towards the Hufflepuff chaser line, cutting through the group to give Lily a free pass at the quaffle::

Etta realises that her team is in troube and quickly forgts the snitch and shoots towards the ravenclaw chasers perfomeing a perfect Woollongong Shimmy, throwing the ravenclaws into scattering drects, with a smile and whoop if delight Etta chokes....She has just done an unexpected Potter's Gulp.

Zooming down to the ground she tries to cough up the snitch which now imbedded in her throat.

(Ravenclaw Beater)

::Roman saw Ettas unbelievable 'catch' of the snitch and shook his head. He momentarily thought about helping her get the little golden ball out by thwacking her on the back with a bludger, but pushed away the idea as Lily zoomed towards the goal. Etta might have caught the snitch, but this wasn't a typical quidditch match and that didn't mean Hufflepuff had won. Lily did her victory dance as she scored and being in a good mood, Roman joined her::

"Go Ravenclaw!"

(Ravenclaw keeper)

::Kitkat suddenly pulls herself awake and glares around her and into the stands of the ausience. She knew that a sleeping spell had hit her but wondered how on earth she managed to stay on the broom. She kicked herself and shouts an appoligy to her team mates.::

"Right, no more miss nice kat!"

::Kitkat narrows her eyes and guards the hoops with her life::

(Jen- Chaser)

"Game over! We tried our best with our 5 members of your team!" Jen cheered loudly. It was the best they could do under the circumtances.::

(etta hufflepuff seeker)

Etta is still choking on the snitch with no help from her team, she had only one option. She gulped down hard.

"Sorry everyone, you'll have to wait for it to come out the old fashioned way!" She shouted as she jumped back on her broom and raced to badger tackle huggle jen. "Dont worry we did our best with a new team on tuesday night."

(HUffie Chaser)

:Flisan zoomed over towards etta and Jenn and hugged them both in one big Badger hug of joy. "We caught the snitch! we caught it!!" she cheered and hurried to grab her pom poms from the ground.:

"Well, we didnt actually catch it....it caught me....but never mind, it'll pop in a few days time...im sure.....Oh badger dance!" Etta giggled and she zoomed off towards cill to retreave her badger head and off to the corner of the pitch where the hufflepuff cheerleaders were cheering and picked up her badge suit, puling it on she did a lap around the quiidich pitch.
