Holly nodded and moved toward Natalie, with Riley behind her.

"And Jake too...and all the other peeps here...and if when Shadow wakes up...she can have one too." Natalie said.

"Oh goodie," George said, and joined in the group hug.
It started with Holly and Natalie, and then George Holly's arm, and then Riley hugged people over the top of Holly, and it continued like this, in a weird way

"Ahhhh....lung restriction.....can't...breathe," Natalie gasped, "your boyfriend's crushing me Holly....ahhhh"

Holly coughed quickly and drew back.
"Boy-boyfriend- no....nonononononono.....no....not boyfriend,"
Riley was mortified.

"Sor-ry...but....you can to the ball with him," said Natalie, confused and embarassed.

Hayley rasied an eyebrow at Holly, then said, "Good hug," smiling. She frowned. "I hope Shadow wakes up soon," she said, and Jake nodded silently behind her.

Natalie looked sadly at Shadow.

"Can I cast Enervate?" Natalie asked, "You know...to see if it wakes her up."

"Shouldn't hurt to try," said Hayley nodding to Natalie, but taking her wand out just in case anything went wrong. Although, she had complete faith in Natalie.

Riley glanced at Holly, wandering if they were thinking the same thoughts, but doubting it.

Natalie knelt down to Shadow and pointed her wand at her lifeless body.

"Enervate," she said, and waited.

Holly waited with her.

Natalie kept waiting.

Nothing happened, and Hayley shook her head, "That was one good stunning spell Holly," she said.

Holly got tired of waiting and began to pace around Shadow in a circle.
After pacing around seven times Riley grabbed her shoulders and placed her next to him.
"Youre making me dizzy," he explained smiling a little, "And youre cold,"
He took his jacket off and handed it to Holly.
"Thanks," she said awkwardly, and draped it around ehr shoulders.
"No problemo," he said grinning.

"Umm," said Natalie, walking round Shadow in the air of hermione granger walking around the riddle potion task.

Hayley gave Holly a 'just-freakin-kiss-him' look, then grinned jokingly.She shivered for the millionth time. Jake hugged her, and then looked at Riley, silently telling him how awesomely they treated the girls.

"Hum hum," said Natalie, glaring at Hayley, "stop staring at them."

"Ooops," said Hayley and then pretended to tie her shoelace.

"I'll help," said Natalie, going down too.

Hayley looked at Natalie, with a raised eyebrow, and a funny expresion on her face. "My shoes have no laces," she laughed quietly, "I was pretending, so I didn't look like I was watching Holls and Riles," she whispered.

"Me too...duh...I mean...who wears shoes with laces to the yule ball?" Natalie asked

Holly glanced at her friends grinning.
Riley was grinning at them too.
"They always like this?"
"Oh aye....always,"
"Youre friends are cool," Riley said thoughtfully, "So are you,"
Holly had a coughing fit and then said "T....thanks.....you are too....cool....obviously....nothing else like....i wasnt thinking about you being.....like....yeah. So...,"

"KISS HER YOU FOOL," said Natalie, apparently talking to two love bugs on the ground.

Hayley sighed. "For goodness' sake!" she said frustratedly, "Just...ask him out Holly Bristol!" Jake nodded to Riley with a look on his face that said 'Get in there my son.'

"He's your son," said Natalie, horror-struck

George slapped his forhead.
"You are quite the silly one today Nat," he said, whilst Holly stood on Hayley's foot, not unhappily.

Hayley laughed at Natalie's face. "No!" said Jake. "He's just...a guy, and that's what guys say to eachother when they know they like someone,"

Hayley looked down at her foot. "Holly, please get off, and just kiss that Riley NOW!"

"This is an imporant night Holly...go for gold dear," said Natalie.

Holly glanced at them and then looked at the ground.

"Bloody Hell dude," said Natalie, pretending to hit Holly.

"Holiya...." she trailed off.

"We never speak of Holly's full name," said Natalie.

"Oh yeah...sorry!" said Hayley

Holly looked at the ground and Riley sensed her unease.
"Shall we walk?" he asked.
"Thats a good idea," Holly said quickly, and George stayed behind, sensing brainwaves from Holly.
He smiled at Hayley and Natalie and said wisely, "He wants to kiss her,"
Riley grinned a little, as they set off and eventually settled beneath the huge oak tree.
"Pity about Shadow," Riley said, "Otherwise this would have been a relly nice night...,"
"Yeah," Holly said, hearing her own heart pounding, "Would have been.....,"
Riley turned to face her, looked away and then looked back again.
"I didnt know your eyes were brown....," Holly murmured, her voice trailing off

"Lets leave them to it, shall we?" aske Natalie

Hayley looked away, not wanting to perv, and smiled to herself. Suddenly, not wanting to feel left out, Jake held Hayley by the shoulders and kissed her. It was quick and Hayley didn't have much chance to respond, but enjoyed it all the same. Jake looked at Riley, and mouthed, "One all," grinning.

Riley grinned over at Jake, whom he was beginning to warm too, and mouthed back "Not for long!"
And once again, moved in for the kill

Hayley laughed, and doing the same as her kissing best mate, leant towards Jake and said, "We'll beat them," before kissing him once again. "Holy Crap," said Hayley as they parted, and for once she looked unusually happy. Jake looked amused to, and was grinning widley.

"Now thats just wrong!" Holly called over to them, "We arent competing against you dudes!"
George nodded, unhappy about all the kissing and what not.
"Kissing is to be shared between the two, not the four and Nat and me!"
Riley grinned and he and Holly wandered back to the others.
"Yo," Riley said.

"I know," said Hayley still grinning, "Jake's just the competitive type, and sorry George," Jake put his arm around Hayley, and said, "So are you my chick or what?" Hayley laughed, then said, "I suppose!"

Shadow stirred and opened her eyes.
"Arias... Where did you learn to cast a spell like that Holly?"

Hayley smiled, and sighed- she was finally awake. "I think she's just excellent when it comes to Stunning things, she knocked a guy out cold for three days once,"

Shadow smiled slightly.
"Well, don't do that again."

"Are you...are you feeling better? asked Hayley

"That's a very dumb question Hayley." Shadow replied.

"Yeah, sorry, just concerened that's all," Hayley said, going slightly red.

"Thanks." Shadow said softly.
