so here we are, a masquerade ball


::the great hall was decorated with a spectacular array of lights and tinsel as it awaited the arrival of the students in masks::

::She walked into the hall, mask on her face, wondering whether anyone would recognise her::

:Rae stood off to the side, watching everyone dance and having fun. She was dresesed in an emerald green dress, with butterfly wings and a mask, while her black hair cascaded around her neck and shoulders. She had no idea what she was dressed up as, she just put together something and left. Luckily it was good engough for the ball:

::Blonde looks at Shae like she's crazy..::

"Me!? Miss a party? Yea...."

::Then She walks up to the DJ booth (if there i one) and makes them play Salt Shaker Remix by The Ying Yang twins....::

*Shae Grins, she had a feeling she might pick that song. She didnt waste anytime getting up to dance to one of her favorite songs and dragging Tailer with her. Her and Tailer began to 'shake it like a saltshaker' laughing as they did.

"Come on tailer shake that butt of yours! I know you can do it!" Shae said laughing.*


(ooh yipee i get to dance, to a fun song!)

::Tailer Giggles and 'Shakes it like a salt Shaker'::

"What would we do with out this song?"

*" I have noo idea," Shae giggled as she began to get low and sing along to the obscene words. Too bad Larry isnt here, she thought, i need my grinding partner! "Now, if they keep playing my songs, i might not be so bored after all."*

::Tailer laughs::

"And Sammi isnt here to insult our dancing....I think we can mange out songs...."

*Shae laughed as she remembered her friend Sammi's insults when they danced...

"Yeah, but she does make it quite funny though." Shae grinned as Tailer's favorite part of the song came on. " Haha Tailer. It's Tom's part." She joked as she continued shakin what her momma gave her.*

:: Tailer Screams and sings along

"Hahaha TOM! Sammi is quite funny...and a funny dancer.....hahaha"

::Tailer notices the song is ending, so she goes up to make them Play 'Do it' and falls into a fit of giggles as she walks back to Shae::

:Keelin was still stanind by herself, but decided to go and ask the DJ to play some fast music. He did and she jumped on the dance floor, daning solo, but she didn't care:

::Lifey, nice dress and all, ran over to her niece and started dancing too::

::After finishing the dance with Lifey and Carre, which was very interesting, not to mention hilarious, Elana slowly walked back to the table with the redheaded girl still sitting there. She sat at a chair next to the girl, crossing her legs, feet bouncing along with the fast paced music. She leaned back in the chair, relazing. She looked around the now crowded dance floor, picking out friends and smiling.::

::She briefly wondered why she hadn't brought a date. Well, I didn't ask anyone...but I could've been asked. Am I really that unfortunate looking? She sighed, remembering how the black masked boy had called her pretty. Maybe he was just being nice. I've been having a fun time anyway, I guess. But for those slow songs I'd have liked to have someone besides the girls to dance with...::

Jess sighed and sat down at an empty table as she watched everyone have fun. She wasnt really into big group things and no one had asked her to dance so she picked up her purse and pulled out her new book and began reading from the page she had left off at. She wasnt Hermione Granger but she might as well have been..

~Sitting up in the rafters, Jesse's rather 'evil and mischevious side started to resurface and he whipped out his wand and started making peach juice start raining all over everone but himself~

~He cracked up laughing as the girls started becoming hysterical over their dresses and makeup~

~He had livened up the party but now risked getting his bottom kicked by a bunch of angry females~

(Duude i had to liven this up, and so here is my way of doing it!)

::Caree looked up and saw a laughing Jesse. She tried her best to not laugh but couldn't help it as some of the girls ran out from the Great Hall, tears falling from their eyes. Caree skipped to the middle of the room and looked as everyone ran around her...::

"Nice job Jesse, couldn't let me know, huh?" ::she shouted up to Jesse and grinned.::

::Elana gasped as a liquid was suddenly pouring from the ceiling, drenching everyone. Holding her hands above her eyes to keep what she now saw was peach juice from getting in her eyes, she looked up. Aha! She immediately spotted the boy in the black mask, who was laughing at the turmiol he had caused.::

::"Up there!" she yelled, pointing with one hand at the boy. She hoped that the girls at least would be mad enough to help her do something. The ball had been getting boring, she woudl at least admit that, but not boring enough for this to happen!::

OC: *sigh* I couldn't think of anything evil Jesse!

~Jesse waved down at her ~ "Hey Caru!! You can add some other juice flavors like grape? strawberry? or better yet..." He cockily jumped down beside her, "Where's that paintball gun of yours?" He asked with a sly grin. "You got moving targets, why not have some fun?" He pointed at all of the girls going nuts~

::Caree smirked to Jesse and pulled two paintball guns from her hat. She gave the other to Jesse and swinged her own paintball gun to her shoulder, enjoying the panic Jesse had already caused.::

"We're armed and darn fabulous, Jesse dear!" ::she said with a grin and loaded her gun. She saw everyone's eyes go wide as she started to aim at people.::

BANG!!!!

::Caree laughed evilly as she hit the guy who had asked her to dance earlier. He now had a pink spot on his 'almost' flawless tux.::

"That's for asking me to dance!" ::Caree smirked and nodded to Jesse, letting him know that they were going to ROCK 'N ROLL NOW!!!!!!::

::Elana couldn't help laughing as Carre joined the boy up in the rafters. As much as she loved Carro, she didn't know how good her aim was with a paint ball gun and decided to hide for the time being. Still laughing, she got off of her chair and slid under the table, bringing her knees to her chest and wondering what was happening outside of her safe spot.::

::She could hear screams, feet slipping on the wet floor, but mostly just plain confusion.::

~Jesse chuckled as she gave him a paintball gun~Oooo he had power now~

~He nodded to Caru proudly, then turned and aimed the gun at the crowd of girls~

BANG!!!

~He fired~

~His aim was perfect and right on his target who had been...ELANA! Now she had a large green dot right on her bottom and Jesse couldn't help but crack up laughing ~

::Elana jumped as something hit her backside. It must not have been covered by the tablecloth! she thought.::

::She carefully poked her head out from beneath the table, scowling up at Carree and the boy. She couldn't stay mad though, and began laughing, quickly sticking her head back inside. Wait! The rose! She slowly lifted the tablecloth and stuck her arm out, hand reaching for the rose on top of the table. Here it is! Might as well get his hat too. She grabbed both, giggling, and got her arm back in safely.::

::She began playing with the rose, leaning up against one of the legs of the table, listening to the madness.::

::Amy wanders in, she'd been busy with homework and forgot that the ball was on. She walked in on chaos - everyone was coloured in paint!

What was going on here?::

::Caree saw Georgie come in and she waved wildly to her. Quickly, she made her way through the Hall over to Georgie and gave her a gun.::

"Nice of you to finally join the fun!" ::she said and gave her a quick hug.:: "Gotta run, time is.... pink spots?" ::caree said and looked confused for a moment, before grinning widely and pulling on a gasmask she had stole from her brother's CS collection.::

::She saw Jesse who had just shot Elana and laugehd loudly. She had no idea that he was that good at aiming. But somehow, Caree couldn't help but feel bad for Elana...::

"FIRE AWAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!" ::Caree shouted and shot Lifey and Skully, ruining their dresses with neon pink spots. Caree laughed again and ran quickly away from the crime scene, jumping behind Jesse just in case someone would attack sweet and innocent her...::

*Georgie walks around the ball and ducks now and agian to stop gettng her dress dirty.*

"OI wacth it you two i dont want to get my dress dirty thank you" she shouts as one just misses her

"dumb paintball guns* she grumbles as she sits down to wacth the scearming girls and have a laugh at them.

~Jesse ran around laughing and saw Jess reading her book, he aimed and shot the book with a big purple blob of paint from his paintball gun, then saw amy had arrived and grinned evilly~

"Ohhhhh this opportunity is too good to pass up!" He chuckled to himself as he fired and shot her in the side with a hot pink ball of paint~

~He then ducked behind a table-oddly the same table that Elana was hiding under~

::Noticing, that her Jesse-shield was gone, she got an innocent look on her face as she saw who Jesse had shot just before storming away; Amy.::

"Uh oh...." ::she muttered and looked quickly around.:: "Jesse you daftball!!!!" ::Caree roared and ran after him::

::She turned around before jumping behind the table and aimed at Amy too. She shot three glowing neon pink shots and grinned, but whiped the grin quickly away.::

"I'm innocent, Amy!" ::She called across the room.:: "And i adore your brains, remember that one!" ::With that, she jumped behind the table and gave Jesse a cold glare, muttered curses under her breathe and started to crawl behind the table..::

"Traitor..." ::Caree said loudly enough for Jesse to hear.::

::Elana jumped as someone bumped her table. Cautiously lifting a corner of the tablecloth, she grinned, realizing it was the boy in the black mask.::

"Missing something?" she said, grinning, and holding out his hat as she lifted the tablecloth fully so he could see it was her. "Having fun?"

::She laughed, glad she had come.::

"Oh, and that hurt!" she added. "Thanks for the bright green spot on my backside!"

*Goes and grabs a paintball gun from carree's room and then comes running back into the hall*

*starts to ramdonly shoting and hits Elana, laughs then runs under a table*

"i am sorry" she shouts from under the table

~He chuckled and took his hat placing it on his head~ "Thanks, and here" ~He handed Elana a smaller little gun that had grape juice in it~

"Join in the chaos with us!" He said proudly with his blue eyes gleaming beneath his black mask. "Have some fun!!"

~He then jumped out of his hiding spot and rolled across the floor behind another table aiming at his next targets~

::Grinning, Elana jumped up and out of the table, gun in hand. She actually was quite a good shot, suprising herself even, as she shot at random screaming people. Now, where is she? she thought, looking for the girl that had shot her before.::

::Aha! she spotted the girl and shot, hitting her. "Sorry!" she said, laughing.::

::She spun around, and realizing that the rose was getting squished, put it behind an ear. Laughing, she shot the masked boy's hat.::

"Whoops!" she said, still laughing.

*runs out from the table*

"oooooooh i am going to shot people with a gun ahhmmm ahmmmmmmm i am going to shot people with a gun ahmmmmm ahmmm*Georgie sings as she starts shotting again and hit jesse in the chest

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH oh nooooooooo"

"i am running away ahm ahmmmmmmmm" she sings as she drops her gun and runs around the hall

"Hey!!!" He was caught off guard and then laughed and shot Elana back as he ran away and started shooting at Lifey, Kee, Annie, and Jess~

"Wooohoohohohohooooooooooooooo!!" He cheered as he dove behind another table and rolled across the floor, being a show off as usual~

::Caree looked as Jesse came rolling past her and raised her eyebrows::

Boys..., she thought and crawled further.

::She saw a box filled with Butterbeers and she hurried her way to it. She opened a bottle and leaned against the wall to drink it, trusting that Georgie, Jesse and Lana would take care of the chaos..::

*looks back* "wow he didn't see me" she smirks and slowly walks back to her gun and hums her little song and starts shotting ramdonly again.

Walks over to caree and says " don't you jusst love this game?" she smirks turns to see that she is not talking to caree but someover girl

"ooops i am sorry" shots her and runs under a table and bumps into caree

"what are you doing under here?"

~Jesse suddenly noticed that not only had Elana shot him but so had Georgia and then he got up and shot at georgia splatting orange and pink paint on her~

"HAHAHA !!!" He laughed as he ran after her chasing her as she ran away. He tried shooting more paint at her but he wasn't too good a shot when he was running~

::Caree slowly got up and grabbed the box of Butterbeers and ran as fast as she could to the door, past the pink/purple Amy, but not without giving her a bottle of Butterbeer.::

"Here you go, Amy!" ::She said cheerfully and ran out, her laughter echoing in the corridors...::

(Yeah, i ran away with my Butterbeers to Neverland :D)

"ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" she screamed when she looked down at her dress and saw that jesse had hit her

looks at caree " your very clean, hey give me one" takes a butterbeer and sits down next to caree

*she starts to get hyper and starts talking rubbish that only caree would get*

"the turkey goes gobble gobble gobble and out comes the bladeeeeeeeeeeee" she said in a strong irsh accent and cracks up laughing

*looks up to see that caree has ran away with the butterbeers*

"gosh and here i am gobbleing to myself" climbs out from under the table to see jesse still shoting everyone and anyone and with that she runs as fast as she could

"caree is not having them butterbeers to herself" she muttered and with at that she went on a hunt for caree and the missing butterbeers

Jess stood up and glared at Jesse and the rest of the trouble makers. She cleaned herself up with her wand then she magicked herself up to the rafters bringing her book. 'No one will know Im up here' she thought as she leaned against a peice of wood and began reading her paint stained book.

::Grinning impishly, Elana crouched down behind a table to protect her dress. Well, it didnt' have too many spots on it and she didn't want it to get any worse. She retied her mask, it had come loose during the 'battle.' Getting ready for more, Elana threw her head back in laughter, not believing what had happened. She put the impish look back on her face and sought out her next target.::

::Deciding that this wasn't the best place to be, well, not much action there anyway, Elana sat down and took off her shoes, hiding the wretched things under the table. After making sure that the rose and her mask were still there, Elana stood up and sprinted to the middle of the dance floor. She knew a good clensing charm so she wasn't worried about her dress. She was a witch after all.::

::Loving the feeling of the cool floor on her bare feet, Elana took the small gun in both hands, arms stretched in front of her, scanning the crowded and chaotic hall for her next victim.::

Jess was getting a little too bored for comfort.. she wanted to dance but everyone was having a paintball fight and she didnt want to be in that mess so she sat there in the rafters reading. Waiting for the chaos to subside

::Lifey, after cleaning her dress to look like new, and putting a protective charm around herself, crept up on her brother from behind, and after casting a few well placed jinxes, produced a huge punch bowl that floated over jesse's head, and slowly drenched him in punch from head to toe::

:: Charlotte saunters into the Great Hall, wondering how they have the nerve to call this casual get-together a ball. Oh well she thought, this can't be as horrible as it looks. ::

::She reached into her small green handbag, took out her silver compact and looked into her refletion happily, she looked nothing like herself her long blonde curly hair done up in a complex maze of green ribbions::

:busying herself with her reflection, she began to walk forward one hand still fixing her mask and the other focusing the mirror, all of a sudden she trips and falls flat on her back. looking up confused and angered she sneered "oh Elana, didn't know I'd bump into you here," "how've you been darling?"::

::Slowly as Charlotte got up, she realized the craziness that had been going on before she had come in. "Well I simply can't let this ruin my hair" she said with concern, as she posistioned Elana as a human sheild from the madess incasing them.::

~Jesse was suddenly drenched in punch thanks to his dear sister Lifey~

~he pulled out his wand and then cast a cleaning charm to where he was once again back to his normal handsome self~

~He waved his wand turning the empty punch bowl into a large pumpkin pie and splatted it right in Lifey's face~
~~SPLAT~~~~

~He laughed like a crazy man and turned and ran across the room, jumped up on a table, climbed up the wall back up to the rafters and sat down beside Jess, putting an arm around her~

"So, having fun?" he asked with a chuckle.~

OC: Charlie, a bit self centered tonight aren't we? *huggles* Bad double posting! : )

::Elana, becoming a human shield for the newly arrived Charlotte, realized that her foe and friend had not seen that she herself held a gun.::

"Good evening to you too, Charlie," she said, and getting out of Charlotte's hold, she turned and squeezed the tiny trigger. Laughing hystarically at the look on Charlotte's face, Elana quickly ran to a wall, leapt onto a table and swung herself up into the rafters. She decided to take a little break and watch the chaos from above, grinning impishly. She swung her bare feet above the heads of screaming and confused people, loving the chaotic scene that she had helped to create. She couldn't resist shooting at a few people while sitting in the rafters, though.::

::Hearing the boy above her, she looked up and waved to him and the girl he was sitting with.::

(grinning impishly has become my new favorite phrase or something, hasn't it!? *grins impishly*)

:Keelin watched all this craziness going around and wondered how it all started. She laughed when Jesse splattered a pumpkin pie into Lifey's face:

He's like spider-man she thought, watching Jesse run over to Jess.

Keelin shrugeed and looked around, wondering what mayhem to start next.

Jess looked at him awkwardly.

"not so much... this is the bad part of the book"
She sighed and looked back down to her book.

~Jesse snatched the book out of Jess's hands and began reading it aloud~

"...The big bad wolf huffed and puffed and blew the pig's house down...then the Death Eater piggy pulled out his wand and shouted Avada Kedavra."
~pauses to turn the page~then he continued reading~ "The wolf's lifeless body fell to the ground and the other piggys around cheered happily until the Death Eater piggy turned and blasted them all with Crucios. So then a big red weasel showed up and the Death Eater piggy attacked him too..."

~He paused to grin at Jess~
