Holly and Natalie's study den

First topic message reminder :

Natalie stood outside the portrait of the moaning moonstone witch with a forlorned expression on her face. She kept glancing at her watch. She was waiting on her friend Holly, one of her Gryffindor friends.

"Where is she?" Natalie exclaimed impatiently.

"Not allowed." Shadow and Raven said in unison.

"I am..." said Natalie, "are you Hayley?"

"Oh yeah," Holly said crestfallen at the fact the twins couldnt come, "Well we can bring you stuff back from Honeydukes and stuff.....if you want,"

"Yeah...and Zonko's," said Natalie appologetically.

"Yup, I'm going to...it'll be fun," she said, with a rather forced happiness.

"Thanks."Shadow and Raven said in unison. They smiled slightly, but it faded at Hayley's forced happiness.

Holly smiled awkwardly, not quite sure what to say next.

The twins began to meditate quietly again.

Holly began to read again.

"Whats up Hols?" asked Natalie, "your in a ver ready mood today....is anything the matter?"

Hayley looked up out of the window, and saw Elliott flying towards it with a letter in his claws.
"Hmm," said Hayley.
When he reached the window, she opened it and took the letter from him.
"Oh great, my sister Daisy, you know her Holls, she's better again, she's coming back here,"

There was aloud bang, when suddenly a young girl walked into the room.
"Wow," she said. She walked up to Hayley and hugged her. "Well sis,"

Shadow leapt five feet in the air, teleporting accidentally once more as there was a loud bang. Luckily ehough, she didn't get herself stuck in a wall again and walked forwards to join her sister again.

"Don't worry," said Hayley grinning, "It's just my sister,"
She looked at Daisy. "So you felling better after the spattergroit?"

Shadow raised an eyebrow at Hayley.

Holly sighed as Shadow jumped.
"Hiya," she said to Hayley's sister, "How are you?"

"Yeah, but I thought I was going to die seriously!

Hayley grinned at Daisy.
"Um, you do know you can not die of spattergroit! And also this is Holly and Natalie whom you know and this is Shadow," she said nodding in turn to each of the people standing in the room.

Shadow nodded slightly in acknowledgment.

"Hi, i'm Daisy, Hayleys probably talked a little bit about me," said Daisy, holding out a hand to each of tem in turn.

Shadow ignored the hand and retreated to the shadows of the room.

"Shadow isnt good around strangers," Holly explained, she turned to Shadow, "They're not that bad, honestly,"

Shadow raised an eyebrow.
"Holly, last time I fully trusted a stranger, he tired to kill me."

"Alrighty then," Holly said quickly, "I think we should all talk about rainbows"

Raven rolled her eyes.

Holly shrugged.
"You got any better ideas?" she murmured to Raven.

"Hi Daisy...I' Natalie Patterson...we've never met...I'm a Gryffindor!" said Natalie and she smiled.

"And Im Holly in case you have forgotten," Holly added.

Hayley laughed. "How anyone one could forget you Holly Bristol is beyond me," she grinned. "Oh and yeah," she added nodding at Holly, rainbows are cool."

"Thank you," Holly said pointedly to Raven, "See, someone agrees with me,"
Then she laughed.
"Kidding,"

"Oh....I've seen a rainbow with a leprechane at the bottom....but it was evil, and told me to burn things....so I did....then I woke up and it turned out to be a dream," said Natalie happily.

"Okay, now that," said Hayley grinning at Natalie, "Is wierd."

"Yeah," Holly said nodding. She edged away from Natalie a little.

"Don't run away.....why does everyone do that," said Natalie, pretending to be annoyed.

Shadow and Raven glanced at each other, and pulled a face.

Natalie pulled the same face, then smiled.

"Thats unusal....I've heard only witches can pull that face....and wizards," said Natalie.

"We are half human." The twins pointed out in unison.

Holly edged a little further away.

Shadow watched Holly and rolled her eyes.

"Kidding," Holly said to Natalie, grinning, "So, any banter with any of you lasses?"

"Not overly.....I've been getting alot of homework at late....maybe it'll settled down soon," said Natalie.

"Aaw," Holly said sympathetically, "Well dont feel bad. I have a load too. I wont do it all like, but I have it,"

"True...true...you're not the homework type," said Natalie with a smile.

"Oh yes," Holly said stretching out on her bean bag, "So, anything you want to talk about? Boys?"

"Ew...ok," said Natalie, "did you see that dude in transfiguration.....he is fine," said Natalie, grinning.

"Oh yes," Holly said grinning, "Oh....what did you call him again?"

"Riley," said Natalie, grinning.

"Oh yes," Holly said, "Riley Farthing wasnt it?"
